Stay away from this supplier. Once an order is placed over their web site, they send you an e-mail to call them about the order. This results in you being subjected to high pressure sales tactics to upgrade and buy more.
Their web site is, in my opinion, very ambiguous as to what is/is not included. I feel that they advertise merchandise at lower than normal prices to suck you into ordering, then upsell you.
They also overcharged me for shipping - added over $70 to my bill because "we get 8% shipping and handling" - this was in addition to the $79.95 they charged for 2 day air shipping. There is no mention of this handling fee on the invoice I got when I ordered over the internet.
They substituted an inferior camera flash for the one I ordered, then tried to get me to keep it by saying that it was "better" than the one I ordered (which it is most definitely not). I have returned the flash with the promise that I would be shipped the right product at the price advertised, with no additional shipping charges, but I am skeptical that they are going to follow through as promised.
I'm concerned that they are going to play games with the flash because the invoice I got from them in the box had ONE PRICE, and everything underneath it was at $0.
With all the quality vendors out there to buy from, I would never buy from this vendor again, and highly recommend that you don't either. I've bought a lot of stuff over the internet, and this is the first time I've had a problem like this.

Sales people are rude, obnoxious and without any professional integrity. Rip off on shipping. $59.95 for a small camera body. refused to sell camera body if I did not buy hundreds of dollars of extras. Like manufactures included items. Battery, charger, strap. Also insisted I buy items I did not need. This compamy has no ethics. Thier bisiness practise borders on being illegal.

The Worst!!! company in the world!
NEVER EVER EVER buy from this shady company. I recently placed an order and recieved an email stating I needed to call and confirm my order. Which turned out to be another ploy to get me to buy additional accesories. When i refused to buy it the salesman became very rude and he said to cancel my order. He then began to make personal attacks at which I hung up on him. I then called my credit card company and filed a complaint. Don't buy anything from here unless you are prepared to living your worst nightmare!

NEVER EVER EVER buy from this shady company. I recently placed an order and recieved an email stating I needed to call and confirm my order. Which turned out to be another ploy to get me to buy a $300 warranty. When i refused to buy it the salesman became very rude and when I asked him to cancel my order he refused. I then got extremely angry and asked to speak to a supervisor. He then began to make personal attacks at which I hung up on him. He called me back and tried to impersonate his manager. I recognized his voice and hung up again. I then called my credit card company and filed a complaint. Don't buy anything from here unless you are prepared to deal with some of the rudest, most ignorant group of people out there.

Despicable outfit of ganifs(Yiddish for thiefs)! The first salesman hangs up on me after I refuse to purchase over-priced accessories. The second salesman is incredibly rude and after verifying that he has this grey market camera I want in stock, I agreed to purchase it to save $500. Called back 3 days later for an order status and , of course, the item is back-ordered for at least 3 weeks. You'll never purchase these items at these ridiculously low advertised prices because they only make real money using classic bait and switch tactics. By the way, I then tried another one of these shady dealers who claimed to have the unit in stock but wanted to charge me a "standard" $299 shipping fee!

This seller is loke an auto dealer selling you a car then asking if you want wheels.
The camera I wanted to order was, as i found out, not a functional camera as listed.
They will suck you in to paying way more than expected for their advertized items.
I am very dissapointed with Yahoo sales having this outfit associated with them.
BEWARE!

Beware. Don't attempt to make an order at this site. They have no intentions of selling anything at the advertised price. They will call and presure you to buy hundreds of dollars in overpriced accessories. Then they will tell you that the only thing that comes for the advertised price is the camera body ... no battery or cables (nothing else), even though they say items are brand new retail products. When they call they then say that the items are not on the American market. "BAIT AND SWITCH" ... LIE LIE LIE. Don't go here!

Tried to purchase Sony VX2000 on their website for $1,549. They call me back and offer me the unit for $2300....the $1,549 would not include the warranty, AC adapter, battery, etc....so basically they want $750 extra to be able to plug it in! What a joke. How do they stay in business with this technique? Aren't there laws about false advertising?

These people should be called Con Camera Inc. ! I called and asked about a Canon camera body (SLR) advertised on their site for $284.00 USD. They said that model is a Korean model and that I would need the USA model for $320.00 and that I would need to buy 1 year warranty for $40.00 USD because the camera does not come with a manufacturer warranty ! I placed the order C.O.D I then called Canon USA and they informed me that all Canon 35mm cameras come with manufacturer warranty that’s good worldwide as long as you have a receipt ! Canon is now investigating Royal Cameras warranty scam with Canon products.
These people also wanted to charge me $70.00 USD for UPS Ground shipping from New York to Los Angeles on a 3-pound small package ! Anyways I called them to cancel my order and they said that the order has already been sent and that I would need to pay for their shipping expense of $70.00 or they would send it to collections and damage my credit report. They were trying to scare me so that I would not reject the C.O.D package. I found out I was being ripped off by them and did the right thing by canceling the order and in return they threatened to damage my credit report! I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and the consumer reporting agencies in New York City!
Do your self’s a favor and don't fall for their false advertising, rip off shipping fees and rip off false warranty fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT AND THEIR GET RICH QUICK PRACTICES !

This company should be renamed Royal Ripoff! I submitted an internet order only to receive a call back for verification. On the call back the salesman tried to sell me all kinds of overpriced accessories. When I declined all of those he insisted that I buy a one or five year USA warranty. Thinking a one year warranty could not be that expensive I agreed only to find out that it was $311. I told him to cancel my order and he became very beligerant then. He insisted that I could not find the camera cheaper. I told him I already had at a reputable internet site. He hung up on me. Don't waste your time trying to do business with this company. Their low price advertising is just a scam.

Just purchased an Olympus E-20 camera. Price was outstanding, however, the additional sales practices left a bad taste.

I am so glad to see that so many people had the same problems I had. I ended up screaming at some moronic sales person after he was extremely condescending and rude. Telling me the camcorder battery that comes with the unit only lasts 20 minutes and that a needed to purchase a warranty. I was wondering why their prices were so low, it is because they lie and cheat and practically steal. I hope that anyone thinking about buying something from this "company" finds these messages first. I immediately called customer service and had my order cancelled.
