In the past I would never leave comments for any typr of business. However there is always a first for everything. After searching through website after website for the best prices on the new Nikon Coolpix 8800, I stumbled across the royal camera website. I couldn't believe the prices were this good. So I decided to call them directly, and realized that even though the representatives were a bit pushy with the accesories, overall I felt that I came out with a much better deal than I thought I would get. And it was shipped next day air to my house. Thank you Royal Camera.

I don't think I ever expierienced such a friendly organization like Royal Camera. The prices were great. Even after almost a year my purchase is still working like it was the first day I got it. Plus I got a free 1GB memory card and a free camera bag as a token of their apperciation, because I'm such a valued customer.

This was one of the easiest on-line purchases I've ever made! I purchased two cameras with several accessories. Within an hour or so, someone called to confirm the order and to assure me everything was in stock and being shipped. He advised me of a two-for-one deal on lenses that I had missed -- I had ordered one of them -- so he made sure I received the second lens. Several other deals were brought up but never pushed and shipping was upgraded to 3 days with no extra charge. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. I appreciated their guarantee that factory sealed merchandise would be sent and it was. All this and great prices, too.

Great store. I got my Canon camera delivered to my door via fed-ex next day. Right on time. Also they had the best price on my camera, had it in stock as well as the accessories. I ordered over the phone and the sales rep was polite and knew the answers to my questions. I really needed the camera next day and they assured me it'd be there. I was kept up to date via the fed-ex tracking # that was e- mailed to me. I'd recommend them and will buy from them again.

Ordered Wednesday AM, got the camera Thursday AM. Prompt answering of the phone, in stock, no bait and switch. A bit of pressure to buy the warranty, and some accessories, but that's how these guys make some profit on the sale. All in all, I'd order from them again.

Had a great experience with ROYAL CAMERA purchasing a digital camera package. The 512 meg memory card that came with my package was on back order, but I was leaving for vacation with my new camera in just 2 days. The agent on the phone gladly shipped me two 256 meg cards instead, and I rec'd in time for my trip. Would definitely use ROYALCAMERA again

I bought my Canon camera from this company and was extremely pleased. They were not the least expensive listing, but the stores who listed lower prices either didn't have it in stock or said they only had it in stock in a package which was much more expensive. They immediately took no for an answer when they asked me if I needed any accessories. I was able to track my delivery, and the camera arrived a day before schedule. I would definitely buy from them again.

I give Royal Camera an overall rating of EXCELLENT. This is due to several aspects of my order placing experience. First, the site was extremely user friendly with simple steps and clear instructions. Next, was the email feedback. I was informed when they received my order, when the order was verified and when the order was shipped (which by the way was the same day it was ordered). Then to my surprise, I received the merchandise two days after shipment and this is with ground shipment from New York to South Dekota. Nice Job. I will be back.

I shopped around all over to get my self a camera for a good price but i felt all these companies were ripping me off until i came across this wonderful company who had unbelievable prices and excellent salesperson who make you feel comfortable.I recommend this company to everyone. My camera came on time, it was well packed. I am going to do all my camera shopping from now on from Royal Camera its the people I trust.

Ordered two electronic items online which arrived in a very timely manner with no hassles. My favorite part is how the units came shipped double-boxed in a very large box with lots of packing material (which I was not charge extra for). This would protect these items from most any incidents that may occur during shipping.

I was amazed at the service that I received from Royal camera. The staff there is very knowledgable about their electronics. If I asked a question I was not transfered to someone else they always had the answers. The shippng came right on time to get the perfect holiday pictures with my canon powershot. I will be a regular customer for all my electronic purchases."

These guys are awesome. They are tops in every catagory of web shopping; easy to navigate website with plenty of product info, the pages are well thought out and not all cluttered like Amazon, up front pricing including shipping, great prices, fast shipping. The only thing I don't know is how they are with returns or customer service as I have yet to need either. I have ordered from them several times and the merchandise is always as I would buy from a brick and mortar store but cheaper and more convenient.

You people had me really scared. I had ordered almost $4000 worth of gear from Royal last Wednesday ( 22th Dec. ) for delivery on Friday. Then I found this site on Thursday. Scary reading!  
Over the weekend, I read all the postings and compared my experience with the salespeople with the posts. Yes, the salesman did offer other lenses than Canon, but was not pushy. He told me the 20D was just the body and nothing else, and upgraded to the full kit at a comparable price to Beach and Ritz. One lense was cheaper than elsewhere by $200. Camera and lenses are Canon USA with warranty and rebates. The gear got here today, Weds, delayed by weather. Shipping was free. All in all, I can say I am happy.
