My order went smoothly (just like in most of the reviews I read about this company before I decided to make a purchase). E-mail confirmations & tracking were timely and both packages arrived on schedule.  
 
I had a quantity question after hours (the DV tapes I was interested in showed less in stock than I wanted to buy), so I called the next day (by which time the tapes appeared to have been sold out online). The representative I spoke with checked the ETA on their next shipment and found that they must have just received their order. He did some quick cyber-magic on his end and I was able to place my order right away.  
 
He also steered me in the right direction to find an AC power adapter for the rewinder I bought since this company doesn't carry them. His estimated cost was off (~$20-$25 as opposed to ~$10), but with his help, I still found what I needed.  
 
The little pad of post-its was a nice, unexpected bonus.  
 
I've added their site to my bookmarks and would not hesitate to order from them again. :)

I have had a very good experience purchasing from this store. Received the tapes I ordered promptly; and it was well packed. Their prices are very competitive, so I will probably shop from them again.
