Even when I called back and added 2 items (racks for Minidiscs) about 2 minutes after I placed the order for 100 Gold Minidiscs, he was very kind. I just received the order today, April 2, at 3:10PM. I have ordered dv tapes from tapesandmedia.com 2 times. Each time I received a quality product at a cheaper price than anywhere else that I can find (And trust me I search far and wide for quickness, shipping costs, price per tape etc).
Just to let you know that these tapes they are sending at quality. I run a website called ballislife.com and we film about 100-200 games per high school season and use the tapes from here and never have they messed up. I will continue to do business with tapesandmedia.com and will continue to spread the word.

I have been ordering from tapeandmedia for over 6 years now. I can say that I have extensive experience in dealing with this company. Their customer service is exceptional, their shipping time is incomparable and prices are EXTREMELY competitive. Another company tried to lure me away from them by offering a lower price only to deliver subgrade product three days after I expected it to be delivered. I learned my lesson. I even accidently ordered the wrong tapestock. I ordered 30 minute tapes instead of 60's and their staff called to make sure that was what I wanted since I usually order 60's. You will not go wrong by ordering from this company and I can't say enough good things about them.
