Received items (tapes), but they arrived later than I expected them (after Christmas), so I ended up having to buy tapes from somewhere else just to make sure I had tapes in time for Christmas. So I was not happy overall.

Not received yet but expecting it today. Previous orders were sent with no problems and very quickly received.

Good price, immediate confirmation of both order and shipping, including a tracking number. Only problem was 2 cake boxes of DVDs were put beside each other in a smallish box with one piece of wadded up paper. One spindle was broken but it wasn't a loss.

I was glad to find the site. They had the cleaning tape I needed with a description clear enough for me to verify that it was the correct item. They also had the carrying case I was looking for. The site was easy to use. Prices were very competitive. The items arrived promptly, undamaged. I have bookmarked this site to use when I need anything related to backup media and supplies.

I use high end digital tapes for the best possible images. I spend a great deal of time trying to keep my costs down by searching for the best deals on the Internet. I have yet to find a competitor that is able to match the price, let alone beat the prices I have found at TameandMedia.com. My deliveries are always on time and so far I have found the product to be exactly as advertised. I think this is what most customers are looking for; good service at a good price.
