Ordered a 17" monitor to go along with a computer I was building for a customer (parts ordered elsewhere), on 4/15/03. I also ordered stuff from other sites, which all were delivered within the week. This monitor wasnt, so I thought it would be delivered so Monday or Tuesday. Over the weekend, checked out status and saw that it was still processing. When I called on Monday, I was told by a rep that the order is now on maximum priority. "When will it be shipped?" I asked...and the dude said in 3-5days. "You mean it wont ship for another 3-5 days?" He agreed with my question and I instantly canceled the order. It was a real waste of time to bother with this site. I also discovered that I was never charged for the order, which is good news, but now I believe the people never had the monitor in stock, when their site said they had several. My dad also tells me he has had a similar experience where he saw a sale for memory chip, so he went ahead and ordered it along with a computer case. Got the case a few days later, never got the RAM chip. Sounds like an old fishy trick, where you visit a store for a great sale, and its never in stock, only to see other items instead. Its a trap.  
I once ordered a 21" monitor before and not had a prob as far as I knoe, but now I go here and see what low rating they have, and plan never to order from them again. Not one of my favs anymore

Good prices. Poor shipping. I've been waiting for nearly two weeks and my order has still not shipped.

OMFG this is the worst online company ever! I ordered an in stock item, which I waited 3 1/2 weeks for and it never shipped. So, I try calling/emailing/faxing these people, no one ever answers phones or responds! I finally get an email response 2 weeks later saying my order was cancelled and my car(which was charged the day of the order) would be refunded in 5-7 days...5 weeks later no credit! I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will hopefully get them to charge it back. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE BLOODSUCKING MONEY HUNGRY NEVER SHIP ANYTHING people. EMSCOMPUTING should not be allowed to sell online ever. Be careful everyone, they are also the same people running TechSavings.com AND ETW.com, known as ETECHWAREHOUSE.COM....BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!

I purchased an Orinoco AP-2000 unit from them and I still have yet to see this product, emails go unanswered from them (even tho I have read receipts showing that they have acknowledged some of my messages), and its almost impossible to get someone on the phone.  
 
I have now been forced to dispute the charge on my credit card and I will be filing a report with the better business bureau regarding their business practices.  
 
Stay away from these scam artists!!!!!!!!

This Company is ABSOLUTELY the WORST I have ever dealt with. STAY away from this FRAUDULENT Company. Placed an order and cancelled shortly after finding out the TERRIBLE ratings of this company and its fraudulent activity! Charged my CC immediately and have YET to get refund for my cancellation. Still going back and forth w/ CC company for a chargeback from this DISHONEST/SHAMELSSS/FRAUDULENT sheister Company. AVOID @ ALL COSTS!!! There are many other "honest" & "decent" companies out there in internet land...

This was the absolutely worst interaction I have had on the web. Their site took my credit card info and billed my card. No product was ever sent. There was never any response to any of my emails. They were never available to answer the phone. I eventually had to get the bank that issued the card to reverse the charges.

the worst company i have ever dealt with. i waited a half hour on the phone before i gave up. they never responded to my emails. the item said in stock but was still unshipped after 2 weeks. had to cancel my order through the credit card company.

I've ordered from EMS 3 times, ordering speakers and a monitor. This last time I ordered the z-560 speakers while they were in stock but like the other times I ordered it was just EMS lieing about their inventory. I waited a MONTH!!! for them to ship before I canceled the order. Now I've been waiting over a week for my money back. Never again will I buy from these liers. Saving a few bucks is just not worth it.

Like many of the reviews here, I also waited two weeks to receive my Antec server case. When I called to inquire on the status, the automated system stated that it could not handle my call due to extremely high call volume. I finally reached someone through another option just to find out the warehouse was backlogged and attempting to catch up. I received the same response 4 days in a row. Two weeks after I ordered this case it was shipped from a warehouse 3 hours away from me in Tennessee. I received it the next day. That and the other reviews here made me decide to spend my money elsewhere.

Slow processing and shipping, but good prices. I tried getting ahold of tech support but could not by e-mail or by phone. My monitor did eventually come. Although slow, i was not in a hurry and the monitor works and looks great. So if you don't mind the wait, and they have something you want, the prices are good, order it, but be prepared to wait longer than it says.

They claim they've changed, but I'm not willing to risk it again. They ran an offer for free shipping last June, so I ordered a Viewsonic P225f, paying the sales tax because it was in FL. They canceled my order for no obvious reason, saying that refund the amount to my credit card within 48 hours. It took two weeks and a BBB complaint.

I ordered these speakers "IN STOCK" yet they didn't ship for 3 weeks!! I called and they were backordered and stock quantities weren't "live." Fine, I cancelled the order and got a confirmation email saying my credit card would be back-charged in 5-7 business days. 6 weeks LATER... no money! These people are going to be shut down by the better business bureau if they haven't already! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased an Antec case from these folks back on February 8th. On Feb 17th I realized they were never going to ship the item. Cust serv claimed the warehouse to be very busy. I waited an additional week, then cancelled. I was promised a refund in 5-7 days. Today is March 22nd. I called yesturday to be told they have recieved an incredible amount of cancellations and can only process so many per day, so they were very far behind. I was promised my refund, got the email it has been process, it states it will now appear on my C.C. in 3 days. I wish I could get interest free loans like this one! Folks, it is buyer beware with this site. You draw your own conclusions, I lost the web address.

Unfortunately I did not visit this site before I had ordered a case from EMS computing. Like pretty much all the complaints here, they billed my credit card within 5 minutes of my ordering, yet still haven't shipped out my purchase. I've sent several emails with no replies. I guess my best course of action is to follow what others have suggested on this message board... which is a painful waste of time. Never again will I order from this company, and I suggest anyone who is interested in buying parts from this company to spend an extra $10 that they would have saved and spend it on a reputable company.

My order hasn't been shipped after almost 2 weeks. An email I sent has not been responded to. And calls to their telephone number are unanswered or I'm told I have to email them as they have "Heavy Call Volumes" My sense is this company is having some major issues and my order isn't going to be processed.
