Super Dooper Company to do business with. I ordered new speakers for my boat on Dec 26,07 in the AM and they were delivered to my house at noon the next day. How's that for fast delivery!!! The speakers arrived in A-1 condition and were exactly as described at the time of sale. Etronics.com is the BEST of the BEST.

I am extremely satisfied with the service this company provided. I placed the order with Amazon.com and when the order came, I didn't notice it did not come from Amazon. I received an email from Amazon letting me know the item was being shipped. When I received an email with my order number and tracking info from Etronics, I was very confused. I emailed Etronics to inquire what was in the order. I received an immediate email from Etronics letting me know my inquiry was received and was being given to a representative to research and respond. I received an email with a full explanation from the Etronics rep (Mark B) within 10 minutes. I do a lot of mail ordering and this is by far the promptest response I have ever received. Truly WONDERFUL!!!!

Tried for 1st time and observed the following: Ordered item late evenig and it was shipped out the same day. Quick delivery and no problems with transaction. I will buy future items if Etronics offers the best price.

I placed my order and the item was listed on the site as shipping out within 24 hours. It took five days before my order was shipped and I never got any response to my email.

I was a little concerned when I didn't receive a receipt in my email right away. I meant to call about it but i got busy and kept putting it off. Withing 24 hours I got my order confirmation email and the next day it was shipped out. Took about a week to reach me with ground shipping to CA. Everything went well. Got my product, great price, not a bad store. Will consider buying from again.
