I was very happy with the recent order of the Sandisk 256Mini SD Memory Card w/ adapter from Etronics.com. I received email updates for each step of the process and felt my first purchase was handled quickly and reliably. The product worked perfectly. Definitely a company to return to for more stuff.

I have been buying from Etronics for over 6 years and I've never had any problems with any of my orders. They double pack the merchandise really well and ship promptly. I've bought TV's, AVRs, AV equipment, DVD/Blu-Ray players, phones and software from them. I always check them once I decide on what I'm buying and then usually end up buying from them with confidence

I am completely happy with this purchase.

They had a good price on an 18" Avanti Dishwasher but when it arrived and was installed, it didn't even make it through the first cycle. It got stuck draining and stayed there for several hours before I turned it off.  
 
After contacting etronics, I found out that in order to exchange it for a working unit, I would have to repackage up the dishwasher, and pay $90 to ship it back to them even though they sold me a broken dishwasher. They insisted it as Avanti's fault and I should call Avanti to get someone out to service the dishwasher (which by the time they could service it, it would be to late to return it to etronics).  
 
A service repair man came out and "fixed" it but the next time I used it, it stopped on another cycle and wouldn't work. The repair man is scheduled to coma back and fix it again.  
 
I understand this is the fault of the manufacturer, but if you sell products you need to stand behind them and take responsibility and etronics should have paid to have it shipped back and sent out a new one to us. We have now gone four weeks without a working dishwasher and counting...  
 
*Update*: It is now 8 months later I received an email from etronics.com who is now trying to buy a 5 star rating from me on this site (all the while doing nothing to actually try and fix anything they did wrong). Here is the part of the email where they try to buy a 5-star rating from me:

Ok...I had doubts but I'll take this time to give it up to etronics. I ordered a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker and got the thing quick fast and in a hurry. They had the best price and what end up being the fastest shipping by far....thanks

Great service with fast shipping. Ordered a Sanus VMPL3B Universal Tilt Wall-Mount Bracket in the morning using their web site and the bracket was shipped the same day! This was the third Sanus wall mount that I purchased from them.
