I bought a Denon AVR788 reciever from etroonics last February through Amazon.com. After I placed the order, and received the unit I found out that Denon does not offer warranty service from non authorized dealers, of which Etronics is one of. Last month the unit died. Being quite frustrated I contacted Amazon.com, and Etronics demanding that the unit be replaced or my money refunded. This along with a review of my Amazon marketplace transaction ripping both Amazon & Etronics for selling products without a manufacturers warranty. Etronics promptly replied requesting that I return the unit to them. I got my repaired unit back today Nov 19th. To my suprise I received what appears to be a brand NEW unit of the same model #. I must say that Etronics stood behind their word that they would take care of me, even after posting on Amazon.com my extreme displeasure of them, & Amazon & only giving a 1 star rating for the transaction. Etronics fast handling of my situation restored a lot of my faith in the human race. Thank You. Etronics!
I'm not a happy customer. This order was place three weeks ago and it has not been shipped. At first they claimed that they did not receive an order from EBILL, although EBILL claimed they placed it. SO now it shows up as an order but they still haven't shipped it. What the frig?
NOTE - I was offered a $25 Amazon gift card to delete this review by a Leo L., VP of Sales and Marketing at Etronics.com Mr. L asked me to "Please modify the review and give us 5 stars cross the board". This cements my decision to never do business with this retailer ever again.

Even though my shipping address matched my billing address, and the credit card used shares the same address....Etronics wanted me to fax in a copy of a utility bill (!!) to prove my address. I have purchased several thousands of dollars worth of items over the Internet from dozens of different vendors just in the past 6 months and none of them have ever asked me to do anything like this. I called up Etronics and the salesperson was very friendly and apologized for the situation. He told me that their billing system was "very picky" and that he has experienced this before with other customers.
I let Etronics know that I would absolutely not be sending in any sort of utility bill to prove my address and they agreed to credit my account which they did within 48 hours.
If my bank (Bank of America) has the correct address on record, and I want Etronics to ship something to that same address why do I need to prove my address? Absolutely absurd. I recommend Etronics take a look at their "picky" system and fix it.

I ordered a cover for my Grill and was not only pleased with my choice, but with the service provided as well - two thumbs up for a good merchant offering a great selection, great prices and fast processing to include quick shipment!
I'm very disappointed with the service they provided. My order consisted of 3 items, all of them indicated in the stock. Two of them were shipped 10 days after the order and no information was given on the 3rd one. I had to call, 2 weeks after the order was placed, to learn that the 3rd item is out of stock and I can cancel or wait. The call to representative was easy and nice though.
Do not trust this vender. I ordered a Bel Vector 995 redar detector and got a Bel Vector 955. The order page displayed a picture with a radar detector with Vector 995 on it. The product was misrepresented. I received the product promptly.
My expriance with etronics is good.
Good price, Did quick and timely shipping. got the item in a good packing and overall I am satisfide. I do recommand etronics to my friends/other.

I am very pleased with the service and prices of Etronics. I bought the same pioneer car receiver that the major retailers sale for a very low price. I received the CD player one week after I ordered it using standard ground shipping.
Excellent store. I purchased a Weber Summit Grill from Etronics. Price was the best I found on the internet, ordering was a breeze, product shipped when promised, delivered when promised and arrived undamaged. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and will definitely look to them first for my next purchase.
This is the third item I have purchased from e-tronics. Incredibly fast shipping in all cases, and very easy to order on-line. Would be my first choice for future purchases
I find it hard to believe that a mistake of such magnitude was made without deliberation in attempting to fulfill my recent order through Buy.com
The model # ordered was SHX36L15SS, which is stated on the Bosch website as an Integra 300 Series DLX undercounter dishwasher in stainless steel color.
The model which was shipped to us was entirely different other than the brand. SHE4AM12UC is an inferior model to the one ordered as described on the website. Not to mention it was white instead of stainless.
I hope that they will be able to rectify this situation soon, as I had bought this for my wife's birthday which is happening in weeks.
I have recieved an email for return shipping of the unit, however I wish to discuss this matter with a manager who has some authority before I send it back so that I can arrange shipment of the dishwasher that I ordered originally...
09/25/08 Unfortunately, etronics does not have that model anymore, but they have contacted me to appologise for tha mixup. They even credited $50 to my paypal account for the inconvenience!
