And I douted your reps honesty and information. I needed to tell you this so that your reps, customers, and future customesrs may hear this right from me, one who doubted your honesty, and now one internet shopper who is a customer for life!You may publish this but with only my initials. Etronics had the best price for the floor standing speakers I wanted, so I ordered from them. I received an email immediately that acknowledged my order, then another the same day with a tracking number that said my order had shipped. UPS also sent me an email with the same tracking # that day.
After five days though, the tracking # said UPS still didn't have the box from Etronics, and my account at Etronics.com said the package had not yet shipped. I emailed Etronics and asked what was up. They responded (the same day) that the package had been shipped, so I decided to wait. The next day, it arrived at my door!
If you need/want accurate tracking or immediate delivery, I would only buy from megasites like Amazon or Newegg. I, however, was looking for the lowest price, and that's what Etronics had. The product was in perfect condition, cheap, came quickly, and customer service responded to my questions. Only bad part was the stress over the inaccurate tracking info. If you can live without perfect tracking info, Etronics might save you some money.

Prices are excellent for Sony A/V receivers. Service and speed of delivery also turned out to be excellent. I purchased a Sony STR-DG720 online on a Friday evening, but decided the next day to upgrade to a model DG820. I emailed their service dept. on Saturday and called on Monday morning. The upgrade was handled rapidly and the unit shipped out the same day. This was a very good online experience, right up there with the best I have had.

I ordered the Alpine iDA-X100 in dash MP3 player from Etronics. They had the lowest price on the internet (more than 40 bucks cheaper than Best Buy) that I could find. My order was processed and shipped to me in a timely fashion. The item I received (the Alpine iDA-X100) was new and in perfect condition. I would recommend Etronics based on my recent experience.

I bought a Denon AVR788 reciever from etroonics last February through Amazon.com. After I placed the order, and received the unit I found out that Denon does not offer warranty service from non authorized dealers, of which Etronics is one of. Last month the unit died. Being quite frustrated I contacted Amazon.com, and Etronics demanding that the unit be replaced or my money refunded. This along with a review of my Amazon marketplace transaction ripping both Amazon & Etronics for selling products without a manufacturers warranty. Etronics promptly replied requesting that I return the unit to them. I got my repaired unit back today Nov 19th. To my suprise I received what appears to be a brand NEW unit of the same model #. I must say that Etronics stood behind their word that they would take care of me, even after posting on Amazon.com my extreme displeasure of them, & Amazon & only giving a 1 star rating for the transaction. Etronics fast handling of my situation restored a lot of my faith in the human race. Thank You. Etronics!

I ordered a cell phone headset that included a "free" leather carrying case. I received the headset, but the free case never arrived. I emailed the company and they informed me that the case would arrive soon. A week later, after not receiving the order, I checked their website and my order had been changed (it no longer indicated that a free case was included). I emailed the company again and they informed me that a leather case was never advertised. I pulled up their website and there it was! They still wouldn't send it. The next day, the free leather case was no longer advertised. I am not happy about advertising a product and not sending it. I wouldn't buy anything from this business again.
I was contacted by this store the same day I placed this review which surprised me. They wanted to rectify the problem, which they did instantly. This helped and I have gave them a better rating, however, I'm still a little leary about ordering from them. This review was modified by its author, jeriharms, on

Evil grey market sellers!!! Horrible customer support that tries to force you to keep broken merchandise!!! I bought two unlocked GSM phones from them. One didn't work properly. I called Etronics and they said their warranty was only for 2 days (!!!!) and after that I had to call the manufacturer. Motorolla informed me that the phones had been imported from United Arab Emirates and therefore had no US warranty.
I called back Etronics and they said they weren't going to do anything about it. Luckily I had bought this through Amazon (Etronics was their reseller); when I told Etronics this, they knew Amazon would enforce their guarantee, so they reluctantly agreed to accept it for repairs. And I mean reluctantly - they have rude customer service reps.
THEN, I accepted a job to work in the UK, so I knew I would be out of the country before they could return the phone. So I called back and asked for either an expedited repair or a refund. This they refused in a "I can't believe you're asking for such a thing" tone of voice. When I told the cust service rep I'd bought the phone through Amazon, she sighed loudly (I could just feel her rolling her eyes) and transferred me to a manager. This manager, who was actually very nice, agreed to give me a refund, and issued me a Return Authorization number.
So I sent the phone back, thinking everything was OK. Wrong! When the package arrived, the "returns manager" overruled the Return Authorization and sent the phone back to me, untouched!!! So I called Amazon and they told me to refuse the package and they would enforce their guarantee. The package was still in transit, so I called Etronics to tell them I was going to refuse it, and they could go ahead and recall it from UPS if they wanted; they tried to convince me to accept the package, since they'd refuse it from me! This was obviously BS because they're the sender - I'd mailed it to them via the USPS, not UPS. So I got off the phone and am going to wait for notification from Amazon about my refund. What a crappy company! Ordered a pyramid car EQ and two 8 gauge amp kits. The EQ "works" but picks up alternator noise like crazy. I've tried many things to fix it but nothing helps. That's what I get for buying pyramid junk. The two "8 gauge" amp kits are not 8 gauge at all but more like 16 gauge. On the back of the package it says "gauges are measured from outer diameters". This was not listed on thier website. Furthermore, the amp kits were supposed to have 20ft. of wire but the ones I got had only 17ft. That's what I get for buying "8 gauge" amp kits for $12.62 a piece.
So, I have very limited use for the amp kits (if any at all) and the only place I can use the EQ is in a home evironment with a 12v converter so that is is away from any alternators. After reading everybody elses review about returns, why would I even try to send this junk back? I would acquire much less stress by just throwing it in the trash and moving on with my life and never ordering from them again.

I ordered from this company last year and the delivery time was acceptable (took 3 days to ship). I placed an order for two items that were shown in stock. One day after I placed the order, they sent two emails saying that due to some reason, both items I ordered are out-of-stock. And on their website, it still shows both items are in-stock and ships in 1-2 days after I received both emails. Their CSR answered my inquiries just as if they are not human being, but a dumb machine. No apology, no explanation and no regret. Do NOT order from them.
