I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.

But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG. Talk about FAST! I ordered on Saturday and received my order on Tuesday. Way to go! As usual, the order was correct and exactly what I expected. I followed the advice of others and ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly.
Keep up the great service.

First, dealing with RevZilla was a pleasure. I emailed them a question and got a fast response. Their ordering system is simple. I got a great price on the helmet I wanted. It was shipped immediately and I received it on the exact date they specified. I am very happy with RevZilla.
Now the item. I purchased a Vemar VSREV Italia helmet. I know, never buy a helmet without trying it on. This is the second I've bought on the Internet without finding a dealer in my area to try on the lid. The result: Both times I received exactly what I wanted. I did my research, so I knew what I was getting, essentially. The finish on this is excellent. The underlying graphic elements are very well laid out, the clearcoat seems thick and is well-applied. The venting is incredible. Far exceeds my old Shoei and is as good as my AGV. The face shield is thick, not flimsy, and clear (plus a free light tint shield is in the box-nice touch!). It's anti-fog coating seems to work well, though it is only September. We'll have to see how it does in the winter. The size is nice. I wear glasses and the wide opening is very helpful. I always wear large and large fit just fine. The rear opening is higher than I am used to, but it works much better for my riding position (Aprilia RSV 1000). I can actually tilt my head back without digging the rear of my helmet into my neck. It's a bit loud due to the large opening and good airflow, but I always ride with earplugs (and so should you!). This is a very nice helmet, made in Italy, looks great, fits well. I am satisfied.

These guys are great - they have lots of time on the phone to help talk you through your options, helping you choose the most suitable product. Once I had ordered it arrived really quickly - I'd really recommend these guys.

Sorry we did not meet your expectations!
While most items that we sell can be processed and shipped very quickly, some take a bit longer, and we try to be as upfront as possible about that. Your helmet was listed as having a 3-5 day processing time, and it looks like it took about 5 business days. We are making efforts to reduce this processing time for these items, but we are not quite 100% there yet!

When i first went on Revzillas web page I could not believe how cheap the prices were, They have a large assortment for motorcyclists to choose from,I had to put my order in right away knowing I will not get a better deal anywhere eles.

I've ordered from revzilla on three occasions now, and each time has been hassle free. They had everything in stock they said they did, and I received all my orders earlier than expected. All my orders were the correct size and model and in new condition as advertised. I bought two motorcycle helmets from them now, and both had production dates within 6 months of the purchase date. I will continue to buy motorcycle gear from them, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

This purchase like all the others I have made from Revzilla have been great.
the tracking number was right with the shipping notice so I could track it and it was here pretty much asap.

Excellent Company, with excellent prices and excellent employees.
I leave outside US, and this was my first time buying from Revzilla.
Matt Kull was very professional and helpful to provide immediately all information I need.
My package arrived on time and I was very satisfied with the whole process. All my Brazilian friends heard from me that Revzilla is an excellent company.
If you like good services and good prices, do not hesitate buying at Revzilla.

I ordered an Olympia Viper jacket. When it came, it was too big (my own fault, I should have followed the sizing chart). When they say "no hassle exchange" they mean it. Thanks guys.
