I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.

But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG. I received my Icon overpants yesterday. This company has fast shipping and the product came packaged well. The pants are true to size. I will

This pant is great for winter. It is a little heavy but versitile with the removable liner. It is one of the few that comes in larger waist sizes (greater than 48"). I ordered the same size as my waist and find it a little tight so order one size larger. I wish they would make a texitile air overpant in the 48-58 waist size. It would keep a lot of us larger guys protected better during the summer too!

Was real happy that two of the original 4 items were shipped immediately (Within 1 day). The pants were on close out and were no longer in stock even though the webpage still listed all sizes in stock. The socks for some reason took an extra 2 days to ship. I did receive the call about the pants being out of stock and I replaced them later. It took a couple of days to update my revzilla dollars so I had to talk with someone at revzilla to place an order for a different pair of pants. Otherwise I would have just bought another pair of something else. Shipping is within two days on the east coast even if they don't ship from Philly. Will do business again with revzilla. Extremely happy.

It is a real pleasure shopping with RevZilla. I found the quality product I was looking for at a very fair price and received free and quick delivery to my door step. Because this was my second order with RevZilla I was able to use the store dollars I received from my previous order on this purchase. I didn't have to mail in any coupons or keep up with any promotions either, my store dollars showed up when I submitted my purchase.

The website is really user friendly with all the information you need to feel confident about order from them. The information provided while checking out about availability and returnable is steller. Revzilla is doing things right.

Just bought an Akuma Stealth V2 and had it shipped, to Canada, 5 business days to process, and it was here at my door in 2 days, awesome helmet, fits nice, great site, will buy from again

Fast shipping, great prices and free shipping. I received the Scorpion XDR Awe Pants only 3 days after I Ordered them. It was neatly packaged and in perfect condition. It was also the 3rd order i made from them. When you order from guys as good as Revzilla, you look no where else!

one of the best shopping experiences and an extraordinary store. i was looking for a new helmet online. there are very many different kind, but i did not want to buy one before trying it on. and i am glad i found revzilla. they have a ridiculous number of different helmets. i actually drove to their philly store from dc. the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. they are all bikers there too. matt spent at least a half hour bringing out various helmets for me to try one. turns out non of the ones i was looking at online fit me well. so i bought an x-eleven, which fit me perfectly... and i got a *deal* on it too...

Fit of these gloves is spot on for me (2X). The gloves look and feel very good as well. I ride in 90+ degree F temperatures and the cooling effect is nice. I'll see how durable these gloves are in the coming months.

Item was instock which lead to a very quick turn around. Packaging was well done and box arrived fully intact. Many other vendors asked for more money on this item and when you combined the free shipping by UPS it was a win/win situation.
I would order again from this vendor and recommend them to friends and family.

Searched around to a bunch of sites. Revzilla had the best prices, fast free shipping, and rewards back. The items purchased were very good quality. Definitely buying from again!

Talk about FAST! I ordered on Saturday and received my order on Tuesday. Way to go! As usual, the order was correct and exactly what I expected. I followed the advice of others and ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly.

First, dealing with RevZilla was a pleasure. I emailed them a question and got a fast response. Their ordering system is simple. I got a great price on the helmet I wanted. It was shipped immediately and I received it on the exact date they specified. I am very happy with RevZilla.
Now the item. I purchased a Vemar VSREV Italia helmet. I know, never buy a helmet without trying it on. This is the second I've bought on the Internet without finding a dealer in my area to try on the lid. The result: Both times I received exactly what I wanted. I did my research, so I knew what I was getting, essentially. The finish on this is excellent. The underlying graphic elements are very well laid out, the clearcoat seems thick and is well-applied. The venting is incredible. Far exceeds my old Shoei and is as good as my AGV. The face shield is thick, not flimsy, and clear (plus a free light tint shield is in the box-nice touch!). It's anti-fog coating seems to work well, though it is only September. We'll have to see how it does in the winter. The size is nice. I wear glasses and the wide opening is very helpful. I always wear large and large fit just fine. The rear opening is higher than I am used to, but it works much better for my riding position (Aprilia RSV 1000). I can actually tilt my head back without digging the rear of my helmet into my neck. It's a bit loud due to the large opening and good airflow, but I always ride with earplugs (and so should you!). This is a very nice helmet, made in Italy, looks great, fits well. I am satisfied.
