I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.

But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG. my order charge was $666,99 but in my Credit card you send $669,99,please your solution

Hi, per our discussion only $666.99 (the correct total) was charged. We have confirmed this with our Credit Card Processing Bank.
I suspect what you are seeing might be a surcharge placed by your bank since the credit card used was international. Sometimes banks will add a $2 or $3 or even a percentage based surcharge for foreign transactions.

I ordered a pair of Rev'it Gear Pants from Revzilla after my local bike shop was unable to get the pants in three weeks.
I needed the pants 10 days after ordering them from my local shop for a class I was attending. When my local MC specialty shop was unable to perform I had to scrambled around at the last minute and purchase a substitute pair for the class. Unfortunately, the substitute pants would not be acceptable for another class I was taking a few weeks later. Three weeks after ordering (and paying for) the Revit Gear pants locally I was beginning to worry that once again I would be forced to run around at the last minute for a substitute. I called my local dealer and they were still clueless so I cancelled my order and purchased the Rev'it Gear Pants from Revzilla with 2nd day delivery. I had the pants in 44 hours
UNBELIEVABLE!
It ended up costing me 35% more including 2nd day delivery by not ordering from Revzilla in the first place.
Thank You Revzilla for being there.

The in store customer service was excellent. Marcus did a great job in helping me choose a jacket that fit my budget and my needs. He knew his product lines very well and was polite and engaging. It's hard to find customer service these days, but I found it here. Thanks RevZilla

The good ratings for this site are warranted. I placed the order on a Friday and received the shipment on Monday morning. It was well packaged (with the hanger even). The product was just as I ordered and the price was the best I found online. The website was easy to navigate and the photo zoom feature and size charts were critical to my decision (motorcycle jacket). I'll be back in the future.

Great service and great products. I had to return a pair of pants for a different size, and they were quick to provide an RA and refunded my money quickly.

I've ordered twice now from Revzilla and am impressed with their customer service. They answer my emails and also notified me when there was a delay in shipping an order. Only thing to be aware of is their return policy - which includes a hefty restocking charge.

I am very pleased with our first order from Revzilla. Everything was well packed and arrived in pristine condition. When we realized that one item was too small and did not fit properly we called and they immediately helped us select a better fitting alternative. Kudos and two thumbs up...

I had a pleasant experience with RevZilla from start to finish. They did what they said they'd do on time and with no hassle.
I also appreciated the quality of their web site and the knowledgeable sales associate that answered my in-depth questions.
I'd give them an A+ rating.

Item arrived well packaged and extremely fast. It was on my doorstep within ten hours of placing the order. They beat the local price by $90. I would definitely order from them again.
