I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.

But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG. Spoke to Marcus about ordering yoshi pipes for hornet 919,asked for price match which he did payed by card over net.once order was processed shipping confirmation was sent by email on 17th January ,received shipment on 21st January Pipes shipped to Australia.Great job guys.I will certainly use theses guys again.

Ordered on the 23rd,received on the 24th. Doesn't get much better than that. Super nice and knowledgeable phone agent. Looking forward to future purchases.

Revzilla is a great place to order from. I ordered just a couple of days before Christmas. Revzilla guaranteed delivery by 12/24. Everything showed up on time. I have ordered from Revzilla in the past and will continue to do so. They have a great selection of products and their prices some of the best I've found. Definitely an eTailer you should consider doing business with!

I surfed the ends of the internet to ensure I was getting the best deal possible on my next set of tires, and no one else even came close. Since I was saving a bundle ordering my tires I decided to throw in a new helmet as well. Plus I was able to taking full advantage of their holiday promotion. Well somehow I managed to enter the wrong promotion code for my total spent. I sent an email in to customer service , and they were able to correct my mistake immediately. I would highly recommend Revzilla to anyone looking for great prices on the top names in the motorcycle industry.

I cannot believe how incredible RevZilla is! They promised fast delivery, and they delivered on that promise! We ordered on the 17th and it was delivered on the 19th, with FREE shipping! Thank you RevZilla, you rock!

I needed to get 2 new Helmets for spring because my old one was worn out and a second for when I have a passenger. I found the Sparx helmet on there site and then found it on another site for 20 dollars a helmet cheaper and they matched the price no problem. I also needed a jacket because I had ordered one off ebay and they shipped the wrong jacket. I found the same jacket on the site ordered it and got it the following day and the helmets still have not come yet but are on the way. I give Revzilla an A+ on everything customer service was great Matt helped me out very well. I will be shopping with them again and again if I need to buy any new helmets or anything else I need for riding gear.

So far I’ve been pleased with this store. I like the layout of their website and the ease of navigation. They have a large product selection and good quality items. Shipping is pretty quick and customer service is polite and professional.
One complaint: RevZilla glamorizes their return/exchange policy too much. It is suppose to be “no hassle”, but if you read the fine print, it is the same as just about any other store. Nevertheless, I was able to exchange an item without any trouble.
I recommend this store. I would not buy from them if I did not like them.

Service was absolutely top notch. Jacket is everything they said it would be. Received it in Canada in less than 1 week from order date. Would highly recommend.

I buy alot of merchandise online and have never been as impressed as I just was by revzilla. Their speed of service was amazing, and the customer service was the best I have experienced.
Due to the shipper, U.P.S., there was a major complication. They claimed the package was delivered on time and actually even signed for, but I had never received it and wasn't even home at the time of delivery. I contacted revzilla about the issue and they launched a trace/investigation with UPS immediately. I let them know I needed my package by a certain date for a trip I had planned and they immediately shipped a 2nd one.
Customer service responded to all of my emails promptly and was very courteous and helpful. Excellent online buying experience and the place I will assuredly go to first in for all future purchases.

What a nice shopping experience! I had looked all over numerous websites to find the motorcycle jacket my daughter wanted with NO luck. I just happened on Revzilla and went on their email notification for the item. Within a couple of days I received notification that they had ONE jacket. I managed to order it in time and had the item in 2 days! Matt at Revzilla kept me informed on my order staus. I would very highly recommend shopping with Revzilla!
