I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.

But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG. Revzilla had the best price for the helmet I was looking to purchase. A shipping notification for my order came to my email inbox two days later. The box from Revzilla was on my doorstep 2 days after that. My order was in perfect condition. Great online shopping experience. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Lowest Price, Quick Shipping, Information provided after purchase regarding shipping, delivered my TourMaster Venture Air Pants as promised. 2nd time with Revzilla with no complaints, only complements.

The Fieldsheer Polar gloves I ordered are great looking and provide the hand protection I would want if ever I take an unwanted spill. I ordered a large and when they arrived, it took me a few minutes of stretching them out to just get them on my hands. I think compared to other gloves I've purchased, they have been constructed a little on the small side. I'm only into my fifth day of riding with them, so I know they'll stretch out more over the days and really conform to my hands. But they are great gloves in all other respects. They provide enough finger sensitivity so I can operate my bike with control and know when I'm touching my turn signal without having to look down. My hands stay warm at speeds of up to 75 mph in temperatures as low as 40 degrees F with no hand guards on my grips. Below those temps, it can get a bit chilly on my fingers. I just wish there was more room inside the gloves to wear silk under-gloves. All in all though, a good glove.

I purchased the new Shark 'Evoline' helmet from this company.Not only did they have the lowest price on the internet that I could find they shipped it for free. Super fast confirmation of order and shipping with tracking information. When the helmet got here I discovered that the owners handbook was not in the box and a
chip in a plastic cover on the side of the helmet. This was not RevZilla's fault...the box was factory sealed from the manufacturer. One email to RevZilla which was answered within the hour and they had a plan in place. They were ready to ship out another new helmet and when I got it to send this one back...no shipping charges no hassel and no questions asked. Marcus at RevZilla is awesome. If you are considering this company to purchase an item rest assured you will be satisfied. I definately recommend RevZilla, their customer service is second to none you can't put a price on that...and no I'm not affiliated with them in any way.
By the way I did not return the helmet because it was such a minor issue to me...I wore it today on a quick 200 mile ride and I love it, fits me big head perfectly and is well balanced. Really neat helmet.

Can't believe I didn't know about this store before! Amazing service, phone calls and emails are returned promptly. The Revzilla cash discount is great.

I read several encouraging reviews and thier prices were much lower than other sites add free shipping and I had to try them out. I was glad I did. I ordered late at night and first thing the next morning I called to confirm the order. Not only were they helpful but the expidited my order without me asking. I work in retail and know the importance of great customer service. Needless to say I will be doing more shopping with RevZilla.

Spoke to Marcus about ordering yoshi pipes for hornet 919,asked for price match which he did payed by card over net.once order was processed shipping confirmation was sent by email on 17th January ,received shipment on 21st January Pipes shipped to Australia.Great job guys.I will certainly use theses guys again.
