I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.  
 
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.  
 
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :  
 
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.  
 
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :  
 
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!  
 
3- Prices:  
 
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.  
 
4- Exchange & Return:  
 
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.  
 
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG.

I've purchased about $800 worth of merchandise from revzilla.com and they're probably the best in price, service and deals on the entire net on motorcycle riding gears.  
 
Price:  
They have a deal where you get money for next purchase if you purchase over $100 (goes up $5 for every $100 increment). Combine the already low and very competitive price, you have the best price deal on the gears you want. They also offer free shipping over $35, which is about $50 less than what the closest competition offers. I'm very satisfied with the prices that I got. I saved a lot of money by ordering through them.  
 
Service:  
Nick at Revzilla.com is awesome. After going through some lousy service from other vendors, the service Nick provided are top notch. I had some issues with some of my orders and he got on it right away and was taken care of without any hassle. Probably the best service I got in a long time from any online stores. It's also easiest. no crazy menus that you have to listen to for 10 minutes when you call and it doesn't take Nick 20 minutes to pull up my file. Good Job Nick. His good service recommended all of my friends to Revzilla.com and they've already spent about $600 in purchases already and they're happy too.  
 
I would highly recommend this store.

It's always nice to find great stuff at a great price... but when the service is as good as these guys, that's a bonus. I had a hard time settling on a pair of pants, and Anthony at Revzilla really went out of his way to make me feel like he was there to make sure I got what I was looking for. It's hard to beat that kind of service when you've never met someone face to face. Thanks, Anthony!

I just bought a Helmet and some other accessories and I'm writing this review just to let others know:  
 
- The people at RevZilla is extremely friendly. I had a very specialized order and they just took care of everything for me. It was so easy, I'm still impressed and I couldn't believe.  
 
- The Pricematching they have there is quite impressive too! And it works!  
 
* Highly Recommended for anyone. Have no words good enough to describe.  
 
Delivery was amazinly fast! In almost 24 hours I already got the products in my own hands!
