"OK"....Revzilla is a company run by thieve's!!
*(Now)let me tell you why? I ordered a Large *Kawasaki windbreaker for $80.00 dollar's...but by mistake I ordered a *Large!! honest mistake right? ((Wrong)) not to Revzilla!! they would not exchange my windbreaker for a XL... As a matter of fact they never called me back in regard's to the replacement!! ((ONLY)) after many many phone calls did they finally return my call's..only to leave a arrogant message that they would not exchange windbreaker!! ((Think before ordering))

Hi,
The reason no exchange was available for this was because it was a special order on a closeout item. Closeout items are marked boldly in red "All Sales Are Final".
Sizes/colors are confirmed throughout the checkout process, and are also confirmed in our order confirmation email. If sizing is a concern we highly recommend contacting us before ordering a closeout as we can walk you through the sizing process and make a recommendation.
While sometimes we can try to be flexible on closeouts, certain items are simply a complete loss if we special order them and have to take a return. We can however offer other incentives (such as discounts and store credit) to help alleviate the pain of this type of situation, however it looks like our phone calls were not returned.
Looking in our phone records, it looks like we did call you the same day we received your return request. We take all customer service inquiries very seriously and although we are certainly not perfect, we will typically respond within 24 hours.
All of that being said, it is on us to provide a return policy clear enough that customers understand the terms before purchasing. It sounds like that was not the case in this instance so please give us a call at 877-792-9455 and ask for Matt, we will make it right however we need to.

Ordered two items from them one I wanted to cancel the order they would not let me, this was over the holiday weekend, I knew he was lying about the warehouse and it took over 7 days to ship 10 days to ship another 7 days to deliver. 17 days. Which they could have canceled the order and retained a customer. Not recommended....

While we stock a huge amount of inventory, to be able to have the selection that we offer unfortunately some items have to be ordered. These items are clearly marked with the timeframe needed before they are ready for shipment (in this case it was listed as 'ships in 3-5 business days'). Once an order is placed and the items have been ordered, we do not allow them to be cancelled (we are penalized by our suppliers to do so), but do try to be lenient with the return policy in such cases. Sorry to dissapoint.

i had read several positive reviews about revzilla and i was fairly impressed, however for me, seeing is believing. one post i remember in paticularly the customer stated he had received his order the next day. i never imagined this same experience would be mine. I ordered my product @2:30pm pacific time on 5-14-08 and at @11am the next day "brown" rang my doorbell with a package. i didnt even go get it until about 15minutes later because I was sure it was something i was expecting from another company. I consider revzillas service better than next day because not even 24 hours had passed until it was delivered. I will definitely shop their again especially with their unbeatable prices. now i only hope the product proves to be as good as advertised.

Sorry we did not meet your expectations!
While most items that we sell can be processed and shipped very quickly, some take a bit longer, and we try to be as upfront as possible about that. Your helmet was listed as having a 3-5 day processing time, and it looks like it took about 5 business days. We are making efforts to reduce this processing time for these items, but we are not quite 100% there yet!

After trying to find Scorpion riding pants for women at multiple Bay Area stores I decided to order them online. Excellent selection, they were in stock and shipped immediately. Only problem is there is no sizing chart for the pants, everything else yes, helmet, jacket, gloves but not pants so I had to return the original M for a L and paid for that shipping. Otherwise, great site to find what you need.

I just received my suit and have not put it to use yet. Tried it on and like the other reviews stated 'Difficult to put on with the liner and pads' but once you get it on seems to fit well. Will put it to use this week. I wear business casual for work and hoping this suit does not wrinkle my clothing; will write another review about this concern later.

This pant is great for winter. It is a little heavy but versitile with the removable liner. It is one of the few that comes in larger waist sizes (greater than 48"). I ordered the same size as my waist and find it a little tight so order one size larger. I wish they would make a texitile air overpant in the 48-58 waist size. It would keep a lot of us larger guys protected better during the summer too!

While the product ended up being sub par, Revzilla had the best customer service ever. I ordered Revit gloves and the first pair had one glove that was too small. I called Revzilla and they got me another pair of the same gloves within 36 hours. Unfortunately, the replacement gloves were too large. I called Revzilla and spoke to Marcus who was apologetic about the gloves, offered to replace them again, suggested an alternative pair and then agreed to the return without charges (as the gloves were defective). I would order from Revzilla again in a heart beat! and would recommend them to a friend.

Good News, Bad News:
I had some difficulties getting responses to a wrongly-filled order. However, after the owner of the company found out he went out of his way to discover the problem and to try to fix it. i ordered 5 items from rexzilla. i received all of them in a very timely manner expect my gloves. the gloves took about three days to be sent out from the warehouse. other than that i have absolutely no problems with rexzilla. i will probably order any other motorcycle items from this company. i have already recommended this company to friends. the gear is in good order.

First off I would like to say that dealing with Anthony Bucci was great, he was very helpful with an issue I had with the two pairs of gloves I had to return and get a larger size. So I will shop at your store again. As for the gloves even the larger sizes I swapped out for are still to small, but its not cost effective for me to send them back.

Very pleased with the service. Mr order needed international shipping, the response time to confirm costs was within a couple of hours and the item shipped pretty much the next day. Order arrived quickly, and contact to staff via email was excellent. Will definitely come back again.
