I have never written a review about a product or a reseller. But after being frustrated by the bad quality of service provided by some online resellers in terms of prices, communication and assistance, delivery speed, I found myself obliged to write a review and give credit to the reseller that saves me time, money and headache.
This is my evaluation of their service quality compared to other online resellers I bought protective gear and motorcycle parts from.
1- Pre-Purchase Assistance :
Try this, send an inquiry about a product to five different resellers including Revzilla and see which one replies first with accurate information, I place my bet on Revzilla.
2- Shipping & Delivery Speed :
Of the several resellers I bought protective gear from, Revzilla was hands down the fastest. I placed an order for a Dainese Santa Monica Jacket in the Revzilla website two days after placing an order for an Astars MX-1 jacket in another online reseller's website, the Santa Monica was delivered FIRST!
3- Prices:
It's simple, compare the prices in Revzilla with the other resellers online, I did regret buying some items from other resellers after seeing their price tags in Revzilla.
4- Exchange & Return:
You can read their policy, it says it all. I had to return a pair of pants just because I changed my mind after buying it, it was already packed, I did experience the No Nonsense policy they talk about, it's not just a marketing slogan.
I would HIGHLY recommend this reseller for the reasons mentioned above, and wouldn't buy protective gear or motorcycle parts from other resellers unless they're not available or if another reseller offers the same item for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price.It's ideal for someone who hates receiving his order after waiting for TOO LONG.

This company has great products at affordable prices, would consider purchasing from them again. i recently got my gmax helmet from them, it is a great product and affordable. still waiting on the rest of my order, hope to get it soon. but otherwise this company is great.
This was my first time on your web site, I found it easy to navigate and easy to order what I wanted. I received my product within a few days, the box was damaged but the product was intack.

RevZilla is a great online retailer. They have a great selection, rapid service, and provide timely updates to your order's status. I am very happy with their service and will continue to recommend them to all of my riding buddies.

2nd order from this company.i couldn't be more pleased.first order was a helmet which i had fitted at phila store.arai profile helmet.1 day shipping.second purchase was a pair of rev'it gloves...2 day shipping.both purchases smooth no issues. both products as advertised, arrived in perfect condition.this seller will always be my first choice for future purchases...these people are riders that understand the product they sell...thanks again.. i am already spreading the word.....

I needed some riding pants quickly for a long trip and recieved perfect service from RevZilla. Actually got a real human to work with and the pants were shipped the same day.
Prompt Service. Good communication on order status. Reasonable price. Got what I ordered and in good shape. My first time using Revzilla Motorsports so I have only this one experience.
Would not hesitate to use RevZilla Motorsports again, given this experience.
Revzilla is an excellent company to do business with. I received an immediate email response to my order and the order was shipped the next day. Shipping was free and I received the order in 2-3 days. Too many free shipping offers are delivered by mule back in 7-10 days when you're lucky. The staff proved to be very helpful with a pressing question I had while out on a trip even tho it concerned a product I didn't even buy from them.
If you're shopping for motorcycle gear and they have what you're looking for, then there's no need to look further.
Not only did they have the best price and best selection of sizes and colors, but their communication after the sale was great too. I received my product quickly and new status every step of the way.
I am a very happy customer! All of the sizing information provided was accurate. I received all of my items fairly quickly and the packaging was great. I'm a first time rider, so I'll probably be using RevZilla for future purchases.

*(Now)let me tell you why? I ordered a Large *Kawasaki windbreaker for $80.00 dollar's...but by mistake I ordered a *Large!! honest mistake right? ((Wrong)) not to Revzilla!! they would not exchange my windbreaker for a XL... As a matter of fact they never called me back in regard's to the replacement!! ((ONLY)) after many many phone calls did they finally return my call's..only to leave a arrogant message that they would not exchange windbreaker!! ((Think before ordering))
from Rezilla.**All they had to do was simply replace/exchange item!! but no that's asking too much!!

The reason no exchange was available for this was because it was a special order on a closeout item. Closeout items are marked boldly in red "All Sales Are Final".
Sizes/colors are confirmed throughout the checkout process, and are also confirmed in our order confirmation email. If sizing is a concern we highly recommend contacting us before ordering a closeout as we can walk you through the sizing process and make a recommendation.
While sometimes we can try to be flexible on closeouts, certain items are simply a complete loss if we special order them and have to take a return. We can however offer other incentives (such as discounts and store credit) to help alleviate the pain of this type of situation, however it looks like our phone calls were not returned.
Looking in our phone records, it looks like we did call you the same day we received your return request. We take all customer service inquiries very seriously and although we are certainly not perfect, we will typically respond within 24 hours.
All of that being said, it is on us to provide a return policy clear enough that customers understand the terms before purchasing. It sounds like that was not the case in this instance so please give us a call at 877-792-9455 and ask for Matt, we will make it right however we need to.
