BAD, BAD, WORSE.  
Product arrived DOA. GeForce3 Ti500.  
 
Called line, gave me tech num(wouldn't even xfer me).  
 
Horrible experience. Like I said, product dead on arrival. Missing the manual. And if I request a refund because I do not want to deal with this people, they'll charge me a 15% restock, but restock what?! It's defective.  
 
I would not suggest ANYONE buy from these people. Unless you think defective parts can't happen to you. Look at their 5 return rating.

I had a good experience with Spartan Technologies. I ordered (by phone) an MSI motherboard, Athlon XP 2200+ cpu, fan+heatsink, arctic silver thermal paste and a floppy drive. I received an email confirming my order within 12 hours. The email contained a link to the order tracking page on Spartan's site. I would have preferred to be given the UPS tracking number in addition to Spartan's tracking system, but that was a minor issue.  
 
Everything was delivered promptly and well packaged. I would use this company again.

Great service and very fast delivery. My item was out of stock and they sent me a better one for the same price. It was at my door in 3 days.

10-04-02 Ordered an Asus DVD ROM on 10-02-02 and it arrived on 10-04-02 (TODAY). I have been ordering computer parts for over 5 years and this is the FASTEST that I've ever received an order from anyone. Normally it takes 5 days!

Rapid order procesing. No waiting for sales or tech help. Great service and fast shippment. Products are as described and prices are very reasonable.

Ordered a bunch of stuff on 09/09, late night: RAM, CPU, 80GB HDD, GEFORCE card, MB. Chose ground shipping, no hurry here. On 09/11 got a shipping confirmation that everyting has been shipped on 09/10. Got it 09/16, no problems whatsoever. I think these guys have a very good price combined with a very good service.  
The only thing that's kind of wierd - they won't give you the package tracking number, you actually have to go to their website, enter your order number and then they will give you tracking info.  

Up until yesterday I had nothing against this company. However, after a year and a half of silence, they decided to spam me. I hate spam. I will never allow any company to send me anything unless I explicitly ask for it. Worst of all when I called them on it they copped an attitude with me. Just unsubscribe, as if I should do the spammer a favor. I'll do them one better, report them to my reporting service. I warn everyone they will spam you.

They had one the best prices for the memory I was looking for (Corsair XMS3200C2), and it was a far easier purchase experience than some others I've dealt with recently. The memory arrived precisely on time, and with no problems whatsoever.  
 
I will definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a Pentium III 800 MHz processor to use in a dual processor system. The sales rep talked me into buying a retail version. I received the processor within a few days. The processor was reasonably priced, deliverly was quick, sales rep was pleasant, and the processor works just fine. I am pleased!

This was my first purchase from Spartan Tech . I purchased 512mb of Corsair XMS 3200C2 memory , and everything went as promised from the 2-day shipping and obtaining some "REAL" Corsair 3200 CA2 memory .** I also recieved prompt e-mail notification and tracking . Spartan will be on my future list of retailers from now on ! Thanks Spartan .

I ordered a black 19" Viewsonic monitor over the phone on the 17th. The gentleman I spoke to was very courteous. Inspite of having it shipped UPS Ground, which I expected would take quite some time, I received the monitor today on the 19th. Oh and the monitor works great. I would definately do business with them again.

I ordered three items: Abit KT7A MOBO, ATI Radeon 7000, and a SB Live 5.1 Platinum no remote OEM.  
I received an email after the order saying the MOBO and SB were back ordered. The site claimed 1-2 days ship for each of these items. After a week of nothing I called and they said they had the MOBO but the SB would be another week. I cancelled the SB and they immediately shiped out the ATI and the MOBO. When I got the MOBO it was defective. They said they were not going to get any more and they would issue me a refund on it after I shipped it back. Hopefully that will go off without hassle.  
Bottom line is don't buy anything from them that is not immediately in stock. Otherwise, they were freindly and helpful, and the price on the only item I kept was good. I just didn't have a good experience this time.
