OneCall is an extremely terrific company to work with. I ordered a Canon D60 Digital Camera and Battery Pack, and also a MindStor 5G Digital Companion. Even though these items are all in very high demand and out of stock frequently, they worked very hard to get these items to me before I went on vacation in May. Mike, the customer service rep I worked with most of the time, was extremely helpful and accommodating. This was my second major purchase from OneCall (I purchased a wide-screen TV and a Tivo unit from OneCall last year) and my most recent purchase was just as delightful as the first. I would highly recommend OneCall to anyone! More business should be like them!

I bought a Canon Powershot S200 from Onecall. It was slightly cheaper at Dell.com after rebate but Dell would only promise to ship within ONE WEEK (hard to believe, isnt it?). Anyway, onecall promised to ship the same day (which they did) and also they had the Canon battery in stock, so I went with onecall. The onecall website was somewhat buggy, I had to reenter my order several times before I could get all the fields to work properly. The camera arrived as promised two days later but in an opened box, which made me very nervous. But everything checked out okay, so at the end of the day, I am pleased with my purchase. Based on this experience, I would probably order from them again.

I ordered a Philips ProntoPro (universal remote control) from OneCall. All the lower-price merchants used PayPal for credit card orders, which I find unacceptable.  
 
Their phone salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and even placed a follow-up call a week later to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. He wouldn't quite price-match the low-ball sellers but I got what I considered a very reasonable price on the ProntoPro.  
 
They shipped the day I ordered and packed the shipment well.

Purchased a digital Mini DV camcorder. Merchandise was delivered one day ahead of scheduled delivery and was in perfect condition. Salesman was very knowledgeable and yes he tried to sell me many accessories (that's part of the job), but he was not pushy and accepted my response to each accessory without pressure. Tremendously positive experience with this vendor. Hope to have need to make another purchase in the future from them.

After misunderstanding, received full credit for return, even though it cost the company money as they had already shipped it. My original decision to buy through onecall was correct and I highly recommend them.

placed a pre-order from them. when merchandise arrived, salesman sent without consulting/confirming wit me. When i asked to return store asked for 15% restocking fee. Salesman never called me back after that sale. Typical sales tactic, force the sale then avoid customer afterwards. Their prices are never the cheapest and when this sale tactic were dealt with , i'd not recommend nor use them in the near future. There's so much competition out there. If you can't deal on prices, at least deal on service and they failed at both.

I have waited two weeks to post so that I could test the quality of my product. My new camera works perfectly.  
 
I bought from Onecall upon the advice of forum members and this website. It is not easy spending so much money with an online service. I always have fear about them taking the money and running. However, Onecall's ratings were very good and they are certified by the manufacturer for many brands. I went through the complete buying process. I talked online via their LiveChat to a Sales Rep (Brandon)who assured me the product was in stock and gave me the complete specs. Then before I asked, he offered to tell me about the company; their location, history, policies, etc. After that I felt very comfortable about placing an order with OneCall.  
 
Instead of ordering online, I decided to call my order in. Talked with another Sales rep (Larry) who again assured me the product was in stock and that it would ship the day it was ordered. Ordering was a snap and Larry knew all about different credit card policies so I did not have any complications with shipping addresses. Some credit cards can only ship to billing address. Only sales push was "anything else?", no pressure to buy accessories at all.  
 
Recieved email confirmation that day on my order and a web link which contained a FedEx tracking number. The next few days I watched via the website as my camera made its way to me(through various FedEx stations). My camera came inside three boxes, professionally packaged and in mint condition. Got a follow up call to confirm delivery.  
 
I cant say enough about Onecall, great service, reasonable prices, top quality name brand products. They take the worry out of online buying.

Wow, this company was amazing! I placed an order for a Yamaha receiver on Friday morning, using their web site. They shipped it FedEx Express, and it was on my doorstep on Monday! The pricing was very competitive, too. This was a new model, and everywhere else was charging MSRP. OneCall gave it to me at 10% off, no sales tax, and free FedEx Express shipping. I will definitely do business with them again!

After reading so many bad review about so many  
websites, I was really nervous about making a  
camera purchase from an internet store. Then I  
read some of the reviews here about Onecall.  
The first thing Here are some of the thing that  
I noticed about Onecall.  
They are located in Washington not New York!.  
The prices are competitive and they included  
shipping.  
They are proud of their reviews (many links to  
review sites like resellerrating).  
I called them to verify stock and price.  
A real person answered the phone. No multi  
level menus.  
The salesman was polite, knowledgeable and  
didn't pressure or to rush me into making  
the purchase.  
When I told him I wanted to buy only the  
camera and nothing else, it was still  
in stock!.  
I told him I wouldn't be home to sign for  
the package. He took the time to look up  
the nearest FEDEX location( only about 1  
mile from my home) and suggested I pick it  
up there. The camera arrived 2 days later.  
I did pay a little more then some of the  
New York scammera sites but a couple of  
buck is worth the pease of mind.  
I highly recommend this site!!

Onecall is a customer’s dream. Like most of you, I have dealt with other e-retailers (that tend to be based in a certain city) that run the bait and switch operation, are rude and insulting, and don’t realize that service extends beyond the sale.  
 
Checking first on the internet, I found an excellent price on a Canon GL1 at Onecall, so I called to confirm the price. I talked to a sales associate, and he was patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. He also informed me that there was a bigger rebate starting in 2 days for that particular camera, so I waited and ordered and saved an additional $150 that I wouldn’t have if their sales staff were any less knowledgeable or considerate.  
 
The camera arrived in 3 days (I chose standard shipping) from Washington to Texas – so they processed my order immediately. Full USA warranty, full retail kit – no gray market worries here.  
 
Once the camera arrived, I had an issue of concern, so I e-mailed Onecall. They called me back within the half hour and we were able to straighten things out.  
 
Two weeks after my order, my original salesmen made a follow up call to make sure that I was completely satisfied.  
 
Could I ask for anything more?  
 
With my small business, I consult with other businesses, organizations, and churches to determine their video needs and to train them for their needs. For their purchases, I will refer them to Onecall without hesitation.

Great people to deal with!! I looked for this product for 3 months, they were different all the other sites I meanlike 15-20 of them were just stupid and hard to deal with, but these people are smart tell the truth about your order, availability, and also have very good prices.

Great customer service-was able to talk to a sales rep on my first try. Great prices and more than shipping charges. Delivery quicker than I expected. Will certainly buy from them again.

I would highly recommend OneCall / Huppin's with a 10/10 rating. Reasonable pricing, honest advertising, easy Internet ordering, and very fast shipping, OneCall sets the standard for an Internet merchant. I purchased a Canon ZR-50 DV camcorder from OneCall. Ordering was easy, with an immediate confirmation e-mail of my order on a Wednesday morning. Before noon the same day I received another e-mail confirming shipment with a FedEx tracking number. Even though item was sent 3rd day FedEx (for only a $7.99 shipping charge), my camcorder was delivered to my door on Friday. OneCall also has very reasonably priced accessories and add-ons; I purchased an extended 3-year warranty for only $99. I tried buying this same camcorder from many of the East Coast camera shops that always show up on low price search services. While these so called low price merchants advertise lower prices then OneCall (but not that much lower), very few will actually sell you the item at that low price. The trick with these East Coast shops is the "confirmation phone call" where a high pressure sales person tries to sell you over priced add-ons you don’t need. If you don’t buy the over-priced add-on items, then the low priced item you wanted is no longer in stock. OneCall dose not use this dishonest advertising gimmicks, what you order you receive at the advertised price, and quickly. Great job OneCall!

My second purchase from onecall.com, this time a Toshiba DVD player.  
Great price, DVD players had free shipping too and it showed up in 2 days (was sent FedEx saver), the packing carton looked unused! The Toshiba carton inside was well packed, considering the condition of the shipper it was overkill.  
Unit functioned flawlessly, so I am pleased. Recommended them to a friend who was scared to buy anything over the internet, he too will be back.  
 
Can't go wrong with these guys!
