I ordered a Samsung LN-55A950, Denon AVR 1909 Receiver, Panasonic DMP-BD55K and a Mirage sound system. I was a little hesitant when I read some of the reviews about poor TV shipping, but my TV came in fine and extremely quick – 3 days total – WOW!!! Outstanding!!!
Dealt with Chad and Brian and they were outstanding in putting together a package. Excellent communication - they made the deal really easy. I researched them on Better Business Bureau and other sites and overall they received good marks. Based upon my experience I would highly recommend them.
Re. the TV shipping, check out their web site. It really explains everything you need to do when the package comes in. They put a shock watch sticker on it to help make sure the TV did not get bounced too much by the trucking company. Their policies are just like everyone else, so all I can say is they did a great job for me and based upon this experience I would recommend them without hesitation.

I ordered a 50" Panasonic Plasma from OneCall online and the order was processed immediately. No follow-up phone call was required, pressuring me to purchase extended warranties or additional equipment. I even received a $50 rebate by using ebillme to pay for the television. The television arrived in 2-days after payment was received, and was in perfect condition. The packaging of the product could not have been better, and OneCall even included a sensor to detect rough handling. A week after I purchased the television, it dropped in price by $120. I called OneCall (Chadwick G.) and he credited me the difference. All in all, I could not be happier and the television is fantastic. I will recommend OneCall to my friends; and something else, I will be back. Thanks!

Outstanding! Ordered speaker stands and they arrived double boxed -- great to see a vendor who takes the time to package items well so they get to you undamaged. Very fast shipping as well -- ordered on Thursday, received on Friday -- and shipping was free!!

A truly fantastic shoping experience! I sent an email asking about the availability of a product and received a very prompt reply by Chadwick G., an AV specialist. Since I was in Northern Africa on travel, I didn't have access to normal phone lines so Chawick helped me fulfill my order through email and arranged my payment through PayPal. The attention I received made me feel like my order was top priority for the day! Excellent customer service!!! I will definitley shop with OneCall.com again!

I recently purchased a 52" Samsung LCD TV from OneCall.com. I'm already having problems with this display. I've contacted Samsung who want me to drop my large display at the local tv repair outfit for 1-3 weeks while it's "serviced". OneCall.com has done nothing but pass the buck to the manufacturer. Obviously it's unacceptable to be without my display for 1-3 weeks as I use it 12-14 hourds day. That's my experience. Needless to say, I'll never buy another Samjunk TV in this lifetime and I wouldn't piss on Onecall.com if it was on fire. Letting the world know....

These folks are the REAL Deal! Ordered a Nikon D300 and Battery Grip. Had found it cheaper online so they price matched, had very quick shipping and exceptional customer service. 12 Months Same As Cash was also a great option with their line of credit. Will absolutely do business again.

It was my third order for this year from this store.This time "Samsung" Lcd TV.I am just speechless how those guys doing their job.I placed order on october 13th and watch Tv at my appartment on october 15th.From state WA to CA.They help me on the phone with a lot of questions very friendly.Bottom line,they are doing job very honestly,with best prices.Thanks!M. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I have been a OneCall customer for a few years, made many significant purchases, and never had any issues with them. A few friends of mine also made many significant AND LARGE, HEAVY purchases from them and had the same good things to say.
Recently, I purchased a 60" plasma TV from OneCall. Through no fault of OneCall, the freight company ABF outsourced the delivery job to a local delivery company and the TV was mishandled and cracked. This could have happened even if I made this purchase with a local store. Calling ABF was basically useless. However, just one single call to OneCall to report the incident was sufficient. OneCall sales representative and sales supervisor not only gave me the the option for refund or a free replacement immediately, but also made the calls for me to ABF freight company. OneCall was able to go all the way up to the vice-president of ABF, and demanded same day in-room pick up of the damaged set and also a free upgrade to white glove delivery for the replacement set. To remind you, ABF wanted to pick up the damaged set one week later and would not agree to any compensation through out this incident when I was the one making the calls. OneCall did the calling for me and got it done! I live on the 4th floor walk up of an old Manhattan apartment with very steep and narrow stairs and this is a 192 pound plasma TV. So this was a huge upgrade. The TV is now here and operating perfectly.
Through out this experience, sales representative "Paige" and supervisor "Stephanie" were calling me on the hour every hour and everyday to assure that I was doing Ok through this ordeal. They were able to clam me down, took the INITIATIVE to PERSONALLY go out of their way to resolve any issues, and were not only professional, but also empathetic to the customers needs, even when the customer is angry or frustrated. You do not see this type of customer service anymore, ANYWHERE. For this reason and my past great experience with OneCall, you can bet that I will shop only at OneCall and not even consider local stores. OneCall has not only the best prices around, but the best services as well.
Make sure when you order from OneCall, ask for "Paige." She was just simp0le amazing!

I recently ordered two tv's from OneCall and they were very helpful and a great website to order items from. You can email or chat with them off the website. I used email and I always received a response right away. I will order more items from them in the future.

They are terrible. I ordered a Sharp Aquos lcd TV . It arrived inoperable and the only way they would replace it, was for me to pay to ship it back. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never buy here again!!!!

When I returned a camera to One Call, I left my 8GB compact flash card in it. I called One Call customer service and asked if it was possible to return the card to me once the camera was received. I received my compact flash card today by priorty mail!!! I almost didn't even ask thinking I would never get it back. I really appreciated it and will definately be shopping again at One Call. Great customer service!!!

How much can one order be messed up?
I will never order anything at onecall again. It all started with me ordering a Panasonic Lumix digital camera that I wanted to use during my vacation. I ordered on a Saturday via phone and told the guy that I needed the camera on Friday (my vacation started on the following Saturday). I paid 3$ extra or so for a guaranteed 3-day Fedex delivery. On Thursday (!) I got an e-mail saying that they needed a credit card with a US billing address to process my order. There's 2 great things about that:
1. I can use my german credit card everywhere else, why not here?
2. Why are they telling me that 5 days after my order when I needed a guaranteed 3-day delivery?
OK, that meant no camera during my vacation. I told them that they should delay the order for a week so that it doesn't arrive while I'm away.
After I returned I got an e-mail saying that the camera was shipped with Fedex (remember? Guaranteed 3-day delivery). 4 days later I wondered why it didn't arrive, checked the website and it said "Delivered yesterday". My wife was at home the whole day and is absolutely certain no one tried to deliver it. OK this wasn't a big deal, 2 days later we found out that the Fedex guy left the package at our managers' office, without leaving a notice. Not really well planned, but OK, now we got the camera. Onecall on the other hand didn't provide any help at all locating that camera. They also weren't interested in it, they just said "Fedex delivered it to your appartment, the rest is not our problem".
OK, on it goes: The only reason I ordered that camera through onecall and not a GOOD store like amazon was that I had a $200 gift certificate for onecall. I think you can guess that they took the whole amount from my checking account. Which is really bad if you put only a limited amount of money on your checking account and the rest on your savings account and then are shopping for groceries and aren't able to pay for them... Well, fortunately in this case my german credit card worked!
So, right now, 1 month after my initial order I am still waiting for the $200 refund for the gift certificate. In this month I had to call ONEcall about TEN times and still they were not able to give me my money back.
My only advise is: NEVER buy ANYTHING at onecall
