I just purchased a Pioneer PDP 5020 FD plasma tv from One Call. This was my second purchase from them and this transaction was as smooth as the first.
The priced was right and the tv arrived in 6 days, in perfect condition. They even use the best trucking company as the driver even helped me get the huge box into the house.

I ordered one Kef iQ7 floor speaker over the phone. Mike, the representative for onecall.com, was pleasant and helpful and the order taken quickly. Even before ordering I had emailed onecall.com several times and was quickly answered by Chad, another onecall.com rep. Overall, the staff, GREAT! pricing and the FREE shipping will keep me coming back. My next purchase will be a Kef sub, and I know where to go.

I ordered an Onkyo TX-SR576 Black 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver from OneCall. It arrived on the third day after ordering, which was super fast processing and shipping. It was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. The price I paid for this receiver was the lowest I've seen anywhere online or in a store. My experience with OneCall has been very good. And the Onkyo TX576, what a nice receiver! I'll do business with OneCall again, they are great.

I bought a new Samsung TV from ONECALL. They beat all the local Electronic giants by at least $700 dollars. I ordered the 52" LCD at 11am Thursday and it arrived at 11:30am on Friday. It came from another State. The whole buying experience was great. I've bought a lot of things off the net. This was by far the best deal and best service I've come by. The TV was on sale at BB for $2799. I payed $1997, did I mention the shipping was free and no tax. I was shocked how fast it got here. I would not hesitate to make another major purchase from ONECALL.
Great deal, great price and great customer service.

I ordered an Onkyo | TX-SR576 Black | 7.1-Channel Home Theater Receiver from ya. It arrived yesterday, which was a day earlier than promised. It was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. The price I paid for it was the lowest I've seen anywhere. My shopping experience with One Call has been great. And the Onkyo 576.........WOW! What a receiver! So thanks One Call! I'll be back.

I ordered a Sony Cybershot camera, which was marked down quite a bit. I first questioned the legitimacy of OneCall, but came to ResellerRatings and found they were legitimate. A good merchant selling at a great price.
I received the product as described. Tracking number was provided. This is a great merchant.

Toshiba 46 inch lcd tv ordered on Jan.31,2009. Delivered in perfect condition Feb 5, 2009. set it up in about 10 minutes, works great. I would highly recommend this company !!

Narrowed down companies to purchase my Samsung 52" from based on ResellerRatings.com to 3. Called sales dept. at #1 to question shipping/packaging method, at that time I was told I had 24 hours to report any concealed damage. Later I called #1, and #2's service dept. to ensure I understood return policy....was on hold for 56 minutes between 2 phones calls to each company (4 calls total)...finally gave up as I never could talk to anyone in their service dept. Called #3's(OneCall) service dept. and spoke to Mike who indicated the product would be put on its own skid and had "shock watch" devices attached that would help indicate mishandling in shipment. Also indicated I had 72 hours after receiving to uncrate and report any concealed damage. Being able to contact OneCalls service department and talk to a person was the final deciding factor. I placed the order over the internet, received a follow-up call the next day to confirm my order, explain the shipping/receiving process - rec'd a follow-up email regrading the shipping process, 2 days later rec'd the shipping company's contact info and tracking number....there was a slight delay in shipping as the product was going to ship from one warehouse but was out of stock by the time my order was completely processed so it shipped from another warehouse. Total time from ordering to receiving was 10 days (includes 2 days over weekend). I live in the middle of the U.S. and their warehouses are close to either coast I believe. Arrived as described, brand new in a pristine box...works perfect. Used "Live Search" to save an extra 2%. At no time did OneCall's employees try and upsell or pressure me with extras...it was a simple, "Do you need any cables with your tv order." Am very pleased with overall transaction and would buy from them again. MH

On Sunday, 25 January 2009, we placed an order for a large Samsung LCD TV. It was our first order with OneCall. Within minutes, our order was acknowledged BY A REAL PERSON at OneCall. They helped us arrange for delivery notification to be forwarded to my cell phone as well as our home phone. Despite a severe winter storm, the set arrived Wednesday, 28 January in pristine condition. Our entire shopping experience was outstanding. This may have been our first purchase from OneCall, but it won’t be our last. I don’t generally write letters commending a merchant, but in this case, I was so favorably impressed I wanted to let people know.

i just received the viera tc-32lz800 lcd tv that i ordered on 1/16. first of all, the company is terrific regarding the security of the customer. my shipping address was different than my billing address and i was called with pertinent questions to verify the order was legit. when i received the tv it was packed just like i had read in one of the reviews; the original box was packed into another one with enough bubble wrap to choke a horse. the price was more than competitive with other online retailers and the people i spoke with were friendly and very helpful. i would buy electronics from them again in a minute!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service! I ordered a wireless home entertainment system which they stated was completely wireless!!!!! Well come to find out it is not! So they tell me that they will give me a 100% refund! So I return it and of course they charge me a 15% restocking fee! What a bunch of lies! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is very important to us. We promise and guarantee that products, unless clearly marked otherwise, are factory sealed. We agreed to waive the restocking fee if the product could legitimately been sold as new. Unfortunately, when we received the product back it was not only opened but the packaging had been both cut and ripped. If you have any questions please call us at 800 663 5255.

Ordered a Sony SAL-2470Z lens and VG-C90AM grip on 12/15 for shipment on 12/16 and overnite delivery on 12/17. Their website said both items were in stock.
Late afternoon 12/16, I noticed that order was still in "processing" status, so I did an online chat with a CSR. Told first that the grip was in a different location than the lens, and then a few minutes later told that grip was out of stock and now too late in the day to ship the lens. They should have called me so that I could have at least had the lens on time. I told them to cancel the grip and ship the lens the next day. After the chat, I checked their website - grip still shown as in stock.
Early afternoon on 12/17, I called to confirm that lens would ship that day (which is now 1 day late). I called because online status still "processing". Told that lens has been picked and packed at the warehouse and is waiting for FedEx to pickup. However, 4 hours later I get a phone call saying lens was on their truck in transit between stores, and delayed due to snowstorm-related traffic accident. Get a promise that it will ship the next day (2 days late).
Morning of 12/18, I check online status. It says "backordered", which may just be an indicator that it's in transit between their stores. I do think they would have shipped that day. But I didn't feel like calling again, and then waiting another day to see if it would ship, so I gave up, called to cancel the order, and went to a local store and paid a bit more to get both the lens and grip in my hands.
I had no sense at all of any dishonest intent or communication - I just think that they and their systems did not know what they had in stock, nor did they know where the stock was located.

Quick free shipping via Fedex.
40 inch tv packed in it's original box
then that box placed in a larger box.
Customer service vey helpful to question I had.
Only thing I did not care for you have to be home will not leave with neighbor.

Fedex could not deliver my purchase from OneCall and it was returned to OneCall and the order was canceled. OneCall did refund my purchase amount, but did not refund the shipping charges. This cost should have been refunded to me and then billed to Fedex for their lack of delivery. It was Fedex's fault, not mine. I have purchased a lot from OneCall and because of this I will not purchase form OneCall again.
Dec 11: OneCall has now refunded the shipping charges.
