Ordered a Sony SAL-2470Z lens and VG-C90AM grip on 12/15 for shipment on 12/16 and overnite delivery on 12/17. Their website said both items were in stock.
Late afternoon 12/16, I noticed that order was still in "processing" status, so I did an online chat with a CSR. Told first that the grip was in a different location than the lens, and then a few minutes later told that grip was out of stock and now too late in the day to ship the lens. They should have called me so that I could have at least had the lens on time. I told them to cancel the grip and ship the lens the next day. After the chat, I checked their website - grip still shown as in stock.
Early afternoon on 12/17, I called to confirm that lens would ship that day (which is now 1 day late). I called because online status still "processing". Told that lens has been picked and packed at the warehouse and is waiting for FedEx to pickup. However, 4 hours later I get a phone call saying lens was on their truck in transit between stores, and delayed due to snowstorm-related traffic accident. Get a promise that it will ship the next day (2 days late).
Morning of 12/18, I check online status. It says "backordered", which may just be an indicator that it's in transit between their stores. I do think they would have shipped that day. But I didn't feel like calling again, and then waiting another day to see if it would ship, so I gave up, called to cancel the order, and went to a local store and paid a bit more to get both the lens and grip in my hands.
I had no sense at all of any dishonest intent or communication - I just think that they and their systems did not know what they had in stock, nor did they know where the stock was located.

They are terrible. I ordered a Sharp Aquos lcd TV . It arrived inoperable and the only way they would replace it, was for me to pay to ship it back. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never buy here again!!!!

This was my first purchase from OneCall and it won't be my last. The website was easy to use and the price was amazing! My receiver was packaged well and shipped on the first business day after my purchase and arrived in 3 days. Thank you!

When I returned a camera to One Call, I left my 8GB compact flash card in it. I called One Call customer service and asked if it was possible to return the card to me once the camera was received. I received my compact flash card today by priorty mail!!! I almost didn't even ask thinking I would never get it back. I really appreciated it and will definately be shopping again at One Call. Great customer service!!!

How much can one order be messed up?
I will never order anything at onecall again. It all started with me ordering a Panasonic Lumix digital camera that I wanted to use during my vacation. I ordered on a Saturday via phone and told the guy that I needed the camera on Friday (my vacation started on the following Saturday). I paid 3$ extra or so for a guaranteed 3-day Fedex delivery. On Thursday (!) I got an e-mail saying that they needed a credit card with a US billing address to process my order. There's 2 great things about that:
1. I can use my german credit card everywhere else, why not here?
2. Why are they telling me that 5 days after my order when I needed a guaranteed 3-day delivery?
OK, that meant no camera during my vacation. I told them that they should delay the order for a week so that it doesn't arrive while I'm away.
After I returned I got an e-mail saying that the camera was shipped with Fedex (remember? Guaranteed 3-day delivery). 4 days later I wondered why it didn't arrive, checked the website and it said "Delivered yesterday". My wife was at home the whole day and is absolutely certain no one tried to deliver it. OK this wasn't a big deal, 2 days later we found out that the Fedex guy left the package at our managers' office, without leaving a notice. Not really well planned, but OK, now we got the camera. Onecall on the other hand didn't provide any help at all locating that camera. They also weren't interested in it, they just said "Fedex delivered it to your appartment, the rest is not our problem".
OK, on it goes: The only reason I ordered that camera through onecall and not a GOOD store like amazon was that I had a $200 gift certificate for onecall. I think you can guess that they took the whole amount from my checking account. Which is really bad if you put only a limited amount of money on your checking account and the rest on your savings account and then are shopping for groceries and aren't able to pay for them... Well, fortunately in this case my german credit card worked!
So, right now, 1 month after my initial order I am still waiting for the $200 refund for the gift certificate. In this month I had to call ONEcall about TEN times and still they were not able to give me my money back.
My only advise is: NEVER buy ANYTHING at onecall

I've ordered the A100 kit during their Independence Day sale. The problem was that my shipping and billing address were different, and apparently I had to add the shipping address to the credit card, but nobody told me or contacted me about anything until the third day after the I placed the order, I called them to inquire as why I haven't received any tracking number or confirmation of shipping yet?
This was bad, since I needed the camera as soon as possible for a trip, but the camera arrived promptly when finally shipped, and the product was great and with the best price online, so I was satisfied at the end.

Unbelievable customer service!! I had an extended warranty issue, and when I called One Call to get some assistance, even though the warranty was with an outside vendor, they agreed to get involved right away since I had purchased the TV through One Call. Chad with One Call not only helped me get connected with the vendor, but also helped us find a reputable service company in our area and followed up to make sure everything was being handled to our satisfaction. Wow, these guys are fast. Same day shipping, and got it earlier than expected. No bs here - these guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.

ONECALL should be called NO-CALL.
I ordered some vital parts for one of my projects in Southern Ca. and figured that they were at least on the West Coast (rather than 4electronicwarehouse.com , my previous supplier, that's in Illinois), so that might save some precious shipping time. I needed these things fast.
The website quoted about the same price as them, and said they were in stock, so I called. Their recorded hype talked about how fast and accurate they were, and how much they cared for their customers. Man, that was HYPER-hype!
I'd ordered it before their daily cut-off time for shipping, so had it sent by 2nd-day air, as it was much cheaper than overnight. It should have arrived by Thursday, well in time for my installation deadline.
Well, Thursday passed with no delivery, so I was anxious to get it on Friday. FRIDAY AFTERNOON, some bored customer disservice guy calls me to inform me that "there's been a delay in your order - we only have 3 of them in stock."
OK. The website was wrong about their stock numbers. That happens sometimes. Fine.
But they (1) didn't process the order until Wednesday, even though I was well before the cut-off time on Tuesday, and (2) TOOK UNTIL FRIDAY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THIS!
When I practically screamed at the guy, he gave me the canned apology, as if he'd heard such rants a hundred times before. Well, he probably had.
If monoprice, 4electronicwarehouse, and newegg can actually process their orders on time, ship on time and call their customers instantly... why can't these guys?
Avoid like the Black Death of 1347 A.D.
Trust me, there's LOTS better places to deal with.

I was extremely satisfied with this company. Not only did they have the plasma TV I wanted for $1000 less than the big box stores, but they also had SUPERB customer service and FREE SHIPPING. At the time they were running a special where you got 10% audio equipment with the purchase of an HDTV. I took advantage of this but found out that my Velodyne subwoofer was not eligible because of Velodyne's strict price control. Before I could even say anything the rep offered to take what would be the discount on the sub and take it off of the wall mount I was buying, so I still got the $80 off! Never was I asked to purchase accessories or anything else.
To top it off, the rep gave me free 2-day shipping on all the rest of my gear. Everything arrived flawlessly and on time, then a week later my salesman called me to check in and make sure everything was ok. I'll definitely buy from them again!

I ordered a SONY KDS-R60XBR2 TV & SONY BDP-S300 BLU-RAY from one call. got it yesterday,fast service,great people took interest in my order. Kept me updated on delivery. Shock glasses were clear,boxes in good shape. TV works great,haven't played blu-ray yet.thanks ONE CALL I'LL be getting hold of you on my next order.

I ordered through Amazon. com LCD TV from Onecall. My order was cancelled next day due to this particular item was sold out. I was extremely upset and called the store being very angry especially due to my recent negative experience with online TV shopping. I was absolutely sure that it is one of these online retailers/scammers. Supervisor was polite but was not offering me anything in exchange. I asked if she can pre order me the same item, then she called a sales rep Brian. He said that on last meeting he heard that they will receive even better model for the same fantastic price next week. It almost was too good to be true, and could not believe it until it arrived yesterday. It was delivered in great condition, carefully packed, and TV exceeded my expectation. I can not express deeper appreciation to Brian for his help and sincerity, and I wish more people like him was in sales especially in online sales where it is particularly scary to buy something expensive. Next time when I will need to buy some electronics I will definitely call him first. Thank you again. Elena

I purchased a Mitsubishi bigscreen DLP TV from OneCall.com - I was kind of hesitant to make such a large purchase from an online vendor without a store presence, but went ahead with it.
I am so glad I did! Their price was excellent, the order handling and shipping was very prompt, and my piece arrived in perfect condition.
I am delighted by the experience and would order from onecall.com again in the future without thinking twice. They appear to be a class outfit!

Greetings,
I ordered a Canon EOS 30D and 100-300 USM lens .. plus other items. I placed the order at 11am MDST Friday and recieved the order in PERFECT shape on the following Tuesday via FedEx !
No BS no phone calls, NO PROBLEMS what so ever !
I have to admit they live up to their motto...
"We Get it RIGHT... You get it FAST !"
I can say I highly recommend OneCall ! I will order from them again ! Oh ! And the price listed from one of the search engines was wrong , I actually got the camera fro about $50 less than the price initially listed !

Thursday - Ordered a Nikon 55-200mm VR camera lens that had just arrived in stock. Paid for overnight shipping, which was a pretty reasonable $14.
Friday - Unit arrived one time. Lens was adequately packed and box was in good shape upon arrival.
Nicely organized website, and would order from them again.
