My order required some special logistics, but OneCall.com was very accommodating and did all they could to get my order processed. The products were shipped promptly and received in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to purchase from OneCall.com again.
This order was one of many, I have purchased three TV's and multiple audio components from OneCall. I have never had an expereince as a customer that is as favorable as dealing with OneCall. Their staff is knowledgable about their products. They will go out of their way to research products and provide support. I have even had them help me find a service provider to fix a TV when I called to purchase a new one because they thought it was more cost effective for me. I once had difficutly hooking up a new TV and surround sound system. They stayed on the phone as long as I needed to help be get everything working. I have had several people offer to research products or issues concerning the products they have sold me and they always follow through and call back in a timely manner. All in all I could not recommend any company more highly than this. Think Nordstrom's or Ritz Carlton service, only better. And all of this with great prices! A dream come true for the consumer. I have ordered from One Call for over ten years now. After three large screen televisions, a camcorder, camera, and several items of midrange "audiophile" equipment I can say that One Call has the BEST prices of any factory authorized store for most items.
The company also has amazing customer service, and unless they have changed things they also offer items not on their website. The company is the internet branch of an audio-video store. I have purchsed several high end Sunfire items (Ultimate Receiver and a True Sub signature) from the store via phone order.
They have amazing prices and will always work with the customer to get things right.

The BEST customer service I ever received from an online (or B&M) store, I placed 3 calls to customer service before I ordered, and they answered all questions I asked, and answered the phone on the first ring every time. I was shocked by their service, I never got the feeling that they were too busy to talk to me, or trying to rush me off the phone. They answered all my annoying questions and I never heard a sigh. You just don't get that kind of service anymore. They raised the bar for what 5 star service is.
I called them after I placed my order, they price matched me a with the new sale price without hesitation.

Excellent customer service from Dax B. 12/17/09-12/22/09 re replacement of defective lamp for Toshiba HD TV. He worked directly with Toshiba to verify my proof of purchase of the defective lamp which was still under warranty. He kept me in the loop with a phone call and then email. He notified me when item was in transit from Toshiba, and then did a follow-up email to verify the new lamp had arrived. OUTSTANDING customer service! THANX
This is my second purchase from One Call. Again I am more than pleased. This purchase was for a Samsung LED TV. It was delivered on date promised and in excellent condition. This store was truthful in its advertising. When I called to make my purchase (Rob was the rep), there was no pressure, no bait and switch, no stress. The rep was informative and very nice. The delivery was done by Fed Ex in mint condition. The TV was equipped with 2 Shock Watches (no other stores give this that I know of), which tells if the package shakened (noting possible internal damage). This gave me greater peace of mind. Shari

I had serious uncertainties to mail-ordering a large and fragile piece of electronics like a Samsung UN40B7000 40-inch LED 120Hz 1080p LCD HDTV. Checking ratings and comments at OneCall.com and at Amazon.com convinced me to give it a try.
I'm glad I did. The TV was ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday and received on Saturday as informed and in perfect condition!

I purchased a Sony 46" LCD TV and it was shipped on time by FedEx Freight. I was concerned about shipping damage for such an expensive item. The TV shipping box was strapped upright on top of a small pallet. The TV was delivered in perfect condition and is brand new. Customer service provided excellent communication via phone and online Chat.
