I had serious uncertainties to mail-ordering a large and fragile piece of electronics like a Samsung UN40B7000 40-inch LED 120Hz 1080p LCD HDTV. Checking ratings and comments at OneCall.com and at Amazon.com convinced me to give it a try.
I'm glad I did. The TV was ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday and received on Saturday as informed and in perfect condition!
Prompt, Excellent low pricing, Fast shipment with no hidden charges, great care in packaging--you couldn't ask for more. This company goes to the top of my list as a merchant who gets it right.
Next piece of consumer electronic I am to get will for sure be from OneCall.com - Steen

My Mitsubishi WD-65835 (65" DLP HDTV) arrived without so much as a scratch on the box, shock detector intact. Thanks, OneCall, for detailed instructions on accepting shipment.
The TV is awesome and the price was terrific! I will be back for more and I'm recommending OneCall to friends and family.
Before buying I had shopped extensively and nearly pulled the trigger a couple of times, but when this 65" came up on a special OneCall weekend price I couldn't resist... partly because of their terrific customer feedback from people like me!
Anyhow, I'm a believer! Great product, great deal, great shipping... now if the Bears can just beat the Seahawks this afternoon my weekend will be perfect! goway@comcast.net

I had serious qualms mail-ordering a large and fragile piece of electronics like a Panasonic 50 inch plasma HDTV. My initial email was immediately answered (on a weekend!) and, when I phoned Onecall the following day, the representative's courtesy and patience in addressing my concerns, combined with their price and ratings, convinced me to give them a try. I'm glad I did. The TV was ordered on Monday, shipped on Tuesday and received on Thursday in perfect condition. Prompt, courteous and professional customer support (based in the U.S.); excellent low pricing; fast shipment with no hidden charges; great care in packaging--you couldn't ask for more. This company goes to the top of my list along with Provantage as a merchant who gets it right.

This is my first purchase from OneCall.
I purchased a Sony 46" LCD TV and it was shipped on time by FedEx Freight. I was concerned about shipping damage for such an expensive item. The TV shipping box was strapped upright on top of a small pallet. The TV was delivered in perfect condition and is brand new. Customer service provided excellent communication via phone and online Chat.

My experience with Onecall was great...I ordered a TV mount from them, an open box item, about $150 cheaper than anywhere else, and I got it the next day! With standard shipping even...I was not expecting it to be so prompt, it was nice. With the open box item I could not even tell it had been opened before. Everything was there, still in what I think was origional wrapping, not a scratch or ding on anything.....They did a good job...Will most likely buy from them again

Ordered through Amazon. These guys are number one in my book. After going back and forth on which company to order, NY NY was always playing in my mind. Onecall had the lowest price by 100.00 and boy was I worried that it wasn't going to be one of those bad boy deals. I ordered. They shipped the same day. Received today and as I promised them, I writing a review that says, these are my go to guys. Oh, and they never called me to try to upsell. I was actually hoping they would have called since I wanted an accessory. I had to call them. They shipped that same day also.
All arrived in original box. Good job Onecall.

Ordered a Denon 4308CI during name your price promotion. Got a great deal. Order processed same day. Shipping details provided same day as well. Was a bit apprehensive about having such a large/heavy item shipped across the country. However, item arrived double boxed and in excellent condition throughout. Very happy with purchase, won't hesitate to recommend to others.

I could not be happier with my experience. I'd rate them a 10 out of 5! The gave me the lowest price, then when their price dropped a few days later, they credited me the difference graciously. There was NO pressure to buy, no steering me to certain products. When they did not carry something I wanted, they acknowledged that the product I was looking for was excellent and did not try to convince me to buy something they sold. They knew their products well. I bought a 50 inch plasma TV and HDTV receiver that arrived on time and in perfect condition. I will buy from them again.

Excellent service. Ordered a Sony Bravia 46" TV on 7/17 and received it on 7/21. Was kept informed on status and shipping info. Item was shipped tied down on a pallet and well packaged. Order taker was extremely courteous and helpful, particularly since this was my first purchase from this company. Price on the TV was the best around. Would highly recommend and, in fact, have made another purchase based on the previous experience.

On the bright side they shipped the right lens.
Unfortunately that was all they did right in my interaction with them. On May 6, 2009 I placed an order for a Canon 70-200mm F2.8L IS USM telephoto lens. For all of the mainland OneCall offers an inexpensive $9.96 shipping rate but for some inexplicable reason people in Hawaii are forced to choose at a minimum 2nd day air ($26.78). Offering FedEX Ground shipping would be a much cheaper and attractive option.
My order status sat in processing until Friday, May 8 when I found a voice message from OneCall requesting that I call the. I phoned in to find my order was on hold because I have a non local number. But after I explained I'm military and that it is a cell phone the CS rep told me it would ship soon.
Friday evening it shipped from OneCall’s Spokane, Wa. location via FedEX 2nd day air. I was e-mailed about the shipment and provided with a tracking number. The package arrived in Hawaii on Saturday, May 9. On Sunday, May 10 I tried to contact FedEX to request the package be put on hold at their sorting facility. Initially the FedEX CS rep responded that this would be an easy change but quickly took that back claiming that system wouldn’t let him because the shipper requested that and suggested I contact OneCall.
I then attempted to use the OneCall live chat. I connected to their chat CS rep quickly but after I asked my question, about why I can’t put the package on hold and if they could do anything about it I received no response. I waited ten minutes before giving up and calling in, I ended up speaking with Ken who looked up my order and said that OneCall did *NOT* request that the package only be sent to my house, and that there is no reason I shouldn’t be able to pick it up at the FedEX sorting facility. After I got off the phone with Ken my chat conversation was punted to another rep (15 minutes after I had last said anything) who helpfully asked “Didn’t you just talk to Ken about this on the phone?” I ended the chat conversation noting how they completely ignored the chat window.
On Monday, May 11 ***edit: this portion had a lot to do with FedEX*** She told me that they can’t put it on hold because OneCall requested that they absolutely physically verify my address… I pointed out that I live in a 45 story apartment tower and that no delivery person has ever gone beyond the guest parking lot. But this fact breezed over her head and she insisted again that it must be delivered to my shipping address. After more back and forth banter I thought we had come to a good middle ground… My package would be placed on hold and I would come in with a state issued ID that has my mailing address on it.
Tuesday, May 12 ***edit: this portion had a lot to do with FedEX***
At 1830 my phone received a text message from FedEX… It stated that the delivery failed – customer not available. I was sitting there in the guest parking… no FedEX truck ever arrived. I immediately got in my car and drove back down to the FedEX sorting facility and asked if I could *now* pickup my package and find out why the delivery failed when I was sitting there waiting for it. The CS rep now allowed me to pickup my package and the failed delivery reason was written on the box… “Need local number” So basically FedEX held my package hostage till Tuesday because they could and took it for a ride around the island without ever intending on delivering it because I don’t have an 808 phone number.
Also of note is a sticker OneCall placed on the box informing FedEX that only they can make changes to the delivery route. OneCall: Tell your CS reps about this… or better yet warn customers about this so for those of us where this is a huge inconvenience we can choose a different company to do business with.
