I recently made my first HDTV, flat screen purchase and I did it through buybestplasma.com. The price, service, and professionalism throughout the entire process couldn't have been better. Roman, the owner, worked with me directly and he was very kind and eager to please.  
I had been looking around for a good deal on the new Panasonic th-50pz800u plasma tv for a while. I found myself reading a lot about the tv on the AVS Forum site. Buybestplasma.com is a sponsor of the site and had a number of posters recommending them in the discussion threads. So I went to the site and found the tv at a really good price. Unfortunately, they were only accepting pre-orders since Panasonic had not released the tv yet to the street. I put my name on the list and waited. A few weeks later, I received a call from Roman letting me know that he had a limited number of the 800u's in stock. I ordered mine over the phone on a Tuesday and the tv was in my home on Friday. It was professionally delivered by FedEx.  
The tv is up and running right now. It looks great and I even got a better deal than I originally signed up for when the price went down on buybestplasma's site. Roman explained that this wasn't their normal practice but he wanted and happy customer so he reduced the price for me. I am a very happy customer.

I found BuyBestPlasma on google searching for the model of the Television I wanted. I called and the phone was answered promptly by a knowledgeable sales person who quickly and accurately took my order and sent me a confirmation via e-mail and even gave me a follow-up call to make sure that I had gotten my confirmation. The television was shipped the next day at which point I received an e-mail and a phone call regarding the tracking information. I was extremely pleased with the one on one service and level of professionalism. I received the television yesterday just as promised. In summary, excellent service, great products and great prices... I will be using them for all my future purchases for televisions/video components. I would give them 10/10.

Great sales experience. I had read of horror stories from many online buyers of a bait and switch experience but this was a no-pressure, hassle-free purchase.
