I ordered a Pioneer Elite PRO-111FD from Roman. The price was perfect, Shipping was perfect (no flaws, arrived sooner than expected). i just finished hooking the TV up. AMAZING!!!!! I will DEFINATELY buy from Roman and BESTBUYPLASMA AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I purchased a Pioneer PRO-111FD from Roman about 3 weeks ago. They had a very competitive price - about 15% than a local dealer by me. The set arrived less than a week after ordering and in perfect shape. I would definitely do business with them again.

Dealing with Roman from Clarity Technologies is a real pleasure! Although his company advertises on the AVS Forum, of which he's a member, he's not the type of person to push his wares onto people. He's very personable and easy to talk to. You can ask him anything and he'll give you a straight and honest answer. If you send him a private message or e-mail, he is prompt to reply to you.
I was in the market for a new Pioneer PRO-111FD Kuro Elite and his company was one of a few that carries them. Normally you have to negotiate with a local A/V dealer who carries the Pioneer Elite line if you want to purchase something like the PRO-111FD. I had tried that, but those dealers all wanted MSRP or close to it. When I talked to Roman, he told me his selling price and I was floored! It was SO MUCH LESS than the other guys! On top of that, I didn't have to pay tax or shipping charges! I ordered on the spot with him that night (it happened to be my birthday) and I received a tracking number the next day. The shipping was a little slow, but the television arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guy even stuck around to let me inspect it before he went on his way. I also learned that my television doesn't have a stuck/dead pixel and the buzzing it emits is almost negligible.
I'm very happy I ordered through Roman and Clarity Technologies. Roman gives you excellent service and unbeatable prices. I'm looking forward to doing business with him in the future.

Roman was excellent to work with and he lived up to all the recommendations. He even bumped up my delivery date 2 days because I had an electrician scheduled. I received my PDP-5020FD is mint condition and it looks fabulous above my mantle. I will buy all of my future televisions from buybestplasma.com. Excellent buying experience with Roman. He removed any doubts I had about buying a plasma tv online. He provides great customer service and looks out after his customers. No problem recommending him to anyone! Received tv a pioneer 6020fd in excellent condition. I would definitely buy again from him! No disappointments here just complete satisfcation!!!

After several months of the old “Should I risk buying online and save lots of money or go with the safety of a brick and mortar store” struggle I decided to take the plunge and order my Pioneer Elite 151FD plasma from Roman and Clarity Technologies. I had developed a confidence level with Roman through several online chats, and the 100% positive feedback on ResellerRatings further supported my decision. Of course, Roman’s price was most competitive and the Elite plasma is fantastic in glorious high definition. But, I can also report that the billing process was safe and secure and the shipping/delivery (my other big concern about ordering a plasma TV online) was first rate. The delivery person helped to both get the boxes inside my house and to open them for inspection. I am completely satisfied with this transaction, and I am now anxiously awaiting the new Elite BDP-05FD Blu-Ray from Roman once he has them available for purchase and delivery.

I received my Pioneer PRO-141FD yesterday. Only the second delivered to a client so far nationwide, at least from reading the AVS Forums, so Roman has some great connections.
I initially had reservations about working with an individual and not a Best Buy/Magnolia operation where I could simply bring the unit back for a swap or refund. Well you need not worry - Roman will assist in resolving any issue...there is no reason to pass up the savings that can be achieved with him.
The 141 arrived early after a cross-country trip, which is normal with my living in Michigan. Box looked like it just came from the factory - no scuffs, impressions, slide marks - perfect. He is EXTREMELY picky with who he ships product with - I had heard this, and I am convinced after examining the box.
Don't hesitate to use Roman for your next purchase.

I purchased a Pioneer 111FD last Wednesday night (8/13/08 @~10pm). The whole transaction went very smooth. The quality of the shipping company that they work with is excellent. My TV came in perfect condition and was delivered ahead of schedule!! Roman did a good job on follow-up after the purchase to ensure I get the TV ASAP. I am very satisfied with this merchant and I will definitely shop from them again in the future!!

I ordered my Pioneer Elite Pro-151FD from Roman at BuyBestPlasma. From the beginning it was a very pleasant and stress free transaction. He explained the entire process with me. I pre-ordered the Pioneer Elite 111 from Roman after lurking in the AVS Forums for a while. I figured that given his helpfulness with people on the forum that did not purchase from him, he'd be more than willing to help out with any warranty issues that might develop. The TV showed up in perfect condition and earlier than expected. I hope I never get to test my theory about Roman pitching in if my set develop problems, but judging by his conduct before and during the purchase, I have no doubt that he'll work with me to resolve any issues I might have with Pioneer. I purchased a plasma display from Clarity Technologies. I have to say this company is first rate. They sell top of the line products at competitive prices with straightforward communication. I am one of the last people who have upgraded to a Plasma TV because I've been waiting for prices to drop and quality to get better. On Monday I woke up to my normal routine of turning on my TV and brushing my teeth, only my TV wouldn't turn on so I knew it was finally time.
I immediately went online to Costco (Seattle is Costco country) along with Dell and Best Buy, but couldn't make heads or tails of the brand names and resolution specs.
I did a little more searching on the internet and found www.buybestplasma.com. (Happy to see they were local) I was surprised by the animated woman on the homepage and was impressed they only deal in brand names I am familiar with and trust. (I made the mistake on my last TV not buying a brand I trust).
Using the live chat feature was great and it was nice to talk to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. Roman was able to explain to me why 1080 costs so much more and Plasma's vs. LCD's and what would work best for me.
I gave him a modest budget and he worked with me to set me up with the best value.
I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new TV.
PS He even followed up today to make sure I didn't have any more questions which is why I felt I had to get online and post my comments about his company.

Excellent transaction from beginning to end!
Customer Service/Sales were easy to reach and offered a lot of help with questions regarding product selection, compatibility, etc. In addition, I was able to speak to someone regarding how the entire ordering/shipping process would go in advance. The "Live Chat" on their web site is particularly helpful for this. It creates a low pressure situation where you are not talking to someone who is trying to up-sell you on anything.
When you place your order, you will be called to verify everything and setup shipping. This is not to try and sell you accessories, kits, or warranties.
In my case, I purchased a Panasonic TH-65PF10UK plasma display. Shipping for this was through a logistics service (not UPS/FedEX) that would properly handle large, fragile, expensive equipment. Clarity will setup a general time frame upon which delivery is acceptable to you, then the logistics company will call you to confirm and finalize the day and time. I was able to chose morning (8am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-5pm) delivery on a specific date.
There were no hidden fees as others might tack on (such as shipping insurance), everything was included in the original price.
The only thing that would have been extra is a "White Glove" type service in which the shipping company will bring the TV into your home, move to the desired room, unpack it and allow you to hook it up and test it out (wall mounting usually not included). This extra cost was (from what I gather) mostly a way for the shipping company to cover the extra insurance they need (if they were to damage it transporting it within your house). I did not buy this service and it worked out well for me. Just make sure you inspect the delivery and don't sign for it if there is significant damage.
