I recently purchased a Pioneer 151 from Roman at Clarity Technologies and couldn't be more pleased with the tv and the service.
When I received the television the first time, there was hidden damage, undoubtedly caused during shipping. In spite of the fact that I did not notice the damage until I had accepted the television, Roman immediately agreed to replace it.
I just received the second tv and it is up and running. I am extremely pleased with the television and with Clarity.
Here is a company that stands by their customer even when they could take the easy way out.
In addition, Clarity provides a quality product at a great price. I will definitely do business with them again.

You know you are dealing with a great retailer and honorable person not when everything goes well, but when there is a problem. My Pioneer 151 arrived but when we took off the protective wrap, the screen was cracked. The drive had already gone. I called Roman and he promptly replaced my unit with a new one. This one arrived and was perfect. It is now hanging in my living room. It was such a relief to deal with Roman and I will be certain to use him again! I have no reservations recommending Roman and Clarity Technologies for any electronic needs.
There are alot of ways to purchase highend products that did not exist a few years ago.
Traditionally, you went to a circuit city or bestbuy and bought from a vendor who really believed had the knowledge and customer support. In these tough times they cannot provide those services that you originally thought.
I was especially wary on my recent purchase, however, Roman is a reputable member of AVS forum and I communicated with him and other member/buyers for over 6 monthe before I decided to make the purchase.
Roman at Clarity is a knowledgeable hands on vendor who can be trusted from the beginning to the end. He made sure I received my purchase on time despite some shipping delays due to the extreme weather delays in the midwest.
I ordered a Pioneer Elite PRO-111FD for a fantastic price on a Wednesday. The TV went out two days later on Friday. Four days later on Tuesday, the shipping company was calling me to schedule delivery. They carried the box into my living room. There was nary a scratch on the box and the TV was handled with the utmost care. There is no cause for concern when buying a display from BuyBestPlasma. Roman was fantastic to deal with; totally professional. Why deal with sales drones in a big-box store when you can make one phone call and the TV shows up in a week? Thanks again Roman.

In spite of all the issues I have read about large flat panel purchases via the Internet, this was a remarkably smooth affair. The price was right and the purchasing process was a model of efficiency. Delivery was about 4 days ahead of schedule and uneventful. The unit arrived in mint condition. The ultimate testimony for a vendor is whether the customer would purchase again from this company. In my case, the answer is yes without any reservations. I only worked with Roman and he delivered everything promised.
YES YES YES! Thanks to everyone involved in this transaction, from Roman to Ben to Darrell at the Houston dock. Wherever there was an issue, Roman was right there to resolve it or help resolve it. He helped me get through a payment authorization issue, then when Jan. 30 came around and I still did not have my TV, he got on the phone with his shipper to authorize the local Houston office to allow me to pick it up Saturday morning. Even when I discovered the TV was not physically at the dock, the manager agreed to send a driver to the airline and bring it back for me. Unbelievable service! It's as much a credit to Pilot Freight as it is to Roman, but together they were determined to prevent any one of my issues from turning the deal into a disaster. I can't say enough (unless I already have) about Roman and his associates and would not hesitate for a second to recommend BuyBestPlasma to anyone in the market for a plasma TV.

I bought an LG 50PG60 Plasma TV from Roman and while the great snow storm of 2008 held up my shipping, I couldn't be more pleased with the TV and the price. Like many others, I "discovered" Roman Ogourtsov recently via discussions on AVSForum. I'm not sure how he and Clarity do it, but it works. The thing I appreciate the most about Roman (in addition to his very good prices) is that he is easy to contact and very prompt about responding. In the past few weeks, I purchased a 101FD Monitor, a TS02 Table Top Stand, and then, separately, a BDP-51FD blu-ray player. I'm in Northern California and the monitor and stand ended up arriving via Pilot Freight from Southern California. Everything looked great, monitor boxed and strapped to a wooden pallet. However, even though it was perfectly packaged, the stand was somehow scratched (bad QC by Pioneer?). No problem whatsoever with Roman (he was unecessarily apologetic)--back it goes via UPS and a new one arrives. No problems at all with the BDP, which was shipped from Washington State via UPS. Roman provides tracking numbers and everything I ordered arrived earlier than promised.
Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend Roman and Clarity.
