As I read through the previous five postings, I was nodding my head in concurrence to every comment made. Without reading any of the other reviews of BestBuyPlasma (besides the aforementioned five), I can confidentially say that I wholeheartedly agree with their comments as well. Why? Because based on my experience, they can only be positive!  
 
When the time came for me to purchase a plasma, I began my research on AVS. After reading numerous threads in an attempt to decide on a make/model, I had yet to make that decision, however one thing was clear; based on numerous long standing members comments and praises of BestBuyPlasmas prices, and perhaps more importantly their business ethics (specifically naming Roman), I certainly knew who I was going to make the purchase from.  
 
As expected, I purchased the new plasma from BestBuyPlasma. Beginning with the initial conversation with Roman, and culminating with the delivery, I couldn't have been more pleased. Given the large pricetag of the item, I was a bit hesitant about purchasing online, but after talking with Roman, and again trusting the comments of the numerous others who came before me, I was calmed by his professionalism and willingness to take an extra minute to ensure my questions were answered to satisfaction.  
 
The plasma was delivered expediently, it arrived in pristine condition, and the delivery service provided quality 'White Glove' service as Roman promised. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to BestBuyPlasma, specifically Roman, for making the purchase of a large ticket item painless and worry-free.

I became aware of Buy Best Plasma from the AVS forum where many members recommended this company.  
 
I ordered a plasma TV from BBP on April 10 and received the unit April 14, two days earlier than I had expected. What a pleasant surprise. The entire process was smooth and professionally handled. The shipper notified me the day before and then called again a half hour before delivery. The product arrived in perfect condition and was inspected by me and the shipper.  
 
This is the second transaction I have had with Buy Best Plasma in the last month and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I have a few other purchases to make in the short term and this is the place it will happen.

I just received my TV from Roman/BuyBestPlasma/Clarity Technologies. I became aware of him through AVS Forum and when I heard Pioneer was discontinuing their TV business I contacted him for a price. I wasn't really expecting to purchase one, but the price on a PRO-111FD he gave me was just to good to pass up.  
 
My only complaint was the shipping. It took a little longer to get it than I wanted it to, but it was still within the quoted time frame. The main problem was that the box had been pretty beat up during transit. There was not a pallet and the box wasn't even sealed shut like it should have been. This obviously was not Roman's fault as I know that it passed through a few trucking companies on its way here. The TV itself was in great condition with no dead pixels.  
 
Other than that I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be doing business with him again.

I finally took the plunge and purchased an Elite 111FD. I am extremely happy with my purchase, a bit nervous at first since this was one of the biggest purchases I've made via phone. After doing a lot of research and reading AVSForum I settled on purchasing my TV from Roman. He is a great guy, excellent customer service; an art long lost these days. It's good to know there are still good people and companies out there. I will absolutely without a doubt buy from him again.

After reading all the feedback here and on avsforum I decided to purchase a Pioneer 151 from Roman - my first big internet purchase. The tv arrived on time in perfect condition and I am completely happy with the whole experience. Roman was very responsive to my questions and concerns and he even recommended I delay my purchase for a few days since he anticipated another price drop. BuyBestPlasma is a class act and I would not hestitate to purchase from them again.

I finally pulled the trigger on the Pioneer Pro-111FD, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with my purchase. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical buying such an expensive item off the internet, but after my experience with Roman at www.buybestplasma.com, I would not hesitate to do it again. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

I purchased a Pro-111 from Roman after hearing that Pioneer was going to stop making panels. The price was great and service top notch. The shipping was excellent and arrived 3 days early. I would order from Clarity again without hesitation. This was my first big ticket item over the internet and it could not have went better.  
 
The panel did have 1 intermittant pixel (would flash red, hang red then go to normal) but after running some break in images on smoke mode (as recommended by some people on the AVS forum) the pixel straightened up and the panel is now perfect.

Purchased the Panasonic TH-50PH11UK. I couldn't beat the price anywhere on the Internet let alone store fronts. The people are great to work with and offered assistance over and above what would even be expected. Very happy with the unit. The transaction couldn't have been better.

I finally made the decision to buy the Pioneer PDP-151fd after a very long shopping period.  
I had contacted Roman at www.buybestplasma.com early on during my shopping and he has been more than helpful towards all my questions and concerns about such a large purchase over the internet.  
Roman answered all my question, and offered his advice when I was contemplating the Panasonic displays as well. He often times also answered questions late in the evenings and on weekends.  
My 151FD arrived in very good condition and I have been running break in images for the past week, it has no dead pixels, minimal buzz, and I can't wait for the break in period to end...and the viewing to begin :)  
Also, the unit that I received is manufactured Jan 2009 and I believe that Roman is right when he says that production is limited and don't wait too long to get this great TV.

I had been searching for the best deals on the pioneer kuro for months , and bought 3 in the process including the Elite 111FD I got from Roman.  
The Elite is the best of all .which is a dream come true - thanks to Roman for giving me and my wife a great deal. Roman is very professional and he answered all our queries promptly. Delivery was days ahead of schedule...even arrived earlier on the day itself. WOW !!!

I ordered my 151FD from Roman at BuyBestPlasma and would not hesitate to do so again. This was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had for big ticket item.  
 
The plasma arrived in good shape, on time, and the unit works perfectly. No dead pixel, or any other issues what so ever.  
 
Roman responded promptly to a couple of e-mails I sent him during the process.  
 
The only downer was that the delivery service only sent a driver and I had to help unload the unit and get it into the house. That WASN'T BuyBestPlasmas fault. The shipper ignored the two man delivery instructions clearly printed on the bill of lading. But the driver was fully cooperative in helping get the unit to the room where it was going.  
 
I'd recommend BuyBestPlasma to anyone, no reservations at all.
