Thank you so much for my Gucci 1438 glasses. I could not believe my eyes when i opened the parcel. The model is discontinued and i was not able to find them anywhere in Canada.
The item is in a perfect, new condition, in original package, the service was great, delivery prompt.
Can not say enough. I am very happy. Will be returning for sure.

I searched a lot of online sites for frames. I was dubious about not being able to try on frames first, but their return policy was enough to reassure my initial hesitation. I first had an issue with an item that was discontinued, and they went the extra mile by searching their sources to find, and even alert me to other frames in the style that I might like as an alternate.
Frames arrived very quickly, were better than I expected, and their price and service couldn't have been better.
In a world of anonymous and "virtually" non existent customer service, particularly when shopping online, EyeWearUs/Decormyeyes went above and beyond. Will be back and telling friends.
I just reread a lot of reviews by others that have had problems with the CS there..and i have to say my experience dealing with Stanley the owner/manager? was never less than perfect, and even included an IMMEDIATE I mean minutes! ) partial refund to ny Card for a discontinued item. Who knows, maybe ya gotta be a New Yorker. they worked for ME! Capisce?

I would consider myself a savvy online shopper & do my homework when it comes to researching a good deal. In this case when comes to eyewear, this site exceeded my expectations in many ways.
Their prices & selection are outstanding I must say & their customer service is TOP NOTCH all-around. -- I work in customer service & can appreciate the many small attentions to detail this site provided, making my buying experience with them very enjoyable.

Thank you very much for the service that you gave me I greatly appreciate it.I received my glasses today,I m very happy with the repairs that you did to my glasses I thought you would not be able to repair them,as well as you did .I will definitely use you guys again for any repairs or new pair of glasses when I need them again. once again thank you......I will definitely spread the word about you guys to everybody I know....

..VERY Disgusted with the service this company provides and will never purchase from again!..Sent a pair of glasses to get fixed that i purchased from them and on the website states it would be be delivered in 10 days then i get an email a month later stating they cant fix them..when i recieved my glasses there were scratches on my lense and sent back to me without my versace case!this is a very disorganized,unprofessional, and sloppy business that CANNOT be trusted!

Never buy from DecorMyEyes - read all the negative reviews. I sent my prescription eye glasses to them for repair (they were originally bought there). They were sent & returned twice, in worse shape than I sent them for repair - all bent out of shape. Tony Russo the owner/manager was rude & told me he had done all he would & I should get them repaired locally. He is a jerk. Their insurance is worthless. I should have read the reviews first. Never deal with them again!!

Please don't order anything from this company,they are dishonest and exceptionally unpleasant. For a simple repair we wwere charged $100. When the glasses came back to me they had not been fixed. Tho owner Tony Russo agreed to refund me and fix them free of charge and I have the emails to prove it. When they took receipt of the glasses they then refused to return them until we paid for them,effectively breaking his promise. His response to me was that he had just set me up. This man isn't a business man,he is a thief.

I sent my glasses out to get fixed they then quoted me false prices. They rang up a bill that was so much I could of bought a new pair cheaper. I refused to pay it then said fine and refunded my money after it took over a month for them to fix the glasses. They then never sent my glasses back I keep asking them for a tracking number to prove they shipped them back to me they refuse. There Sales rep Tony Russo then sent me a email saying he stole my glasses just to be a smart ass I tried calling to no success this company is obviously is just running a scam. Check out Better Business Bureau they have a 150 complaints and only resolved 6 obviously there something shaddy going on. You are crazy to do business with such a fraud company thanks.
