..VERY Disgusted with the service this company provides and will never purchase from again!..Sent a pair of glasses to get fixed that i purchased from them and on the website states it would be be delivered in 10 days then i get an email a month later stating they cant fix them..when i recieved my glasses there were scratches on my lense and sent back to me without my versace case!this is a very disorganized,unprofessional, and sloppy business that CANNOT be trusted!

Never buy from DecorMyEyes - read all the negative reviews. I sent my prescription eye glasses to them for repair (they were originally bought there). They were sent & returned twice, in worse shape than I sent them for repair - all bent out of shape. Tony Russo the owner/manager was rude & told me he had done all he would & I should get them repaired locally. He is a jerk. Their insurance is worthless. I should have read the reviews first. Never deal with them again!!

Please don't order anything from this company,they are dishonest and exceptionally unpleasant. For a simple repair we wwere charged $100. When the glasses came back to me they had not been fixed. Tho owner Tony Russo agreed to refund me and fix them free of charge and I have the emails to prove it. When they took receipt of the glasses they then refused to return them until we paid for them,effectively breaking his promise. His response to me was that he had just set me up. This man isn't a business man,he is a thief.

I sent my glasses out to get fixed they then quoted me false prices. They rang up a bill that was so much I could of bought a new pair cheaper. I refused to pay it then said fine and refunded my money after it took over a month for them to fix the glasses. They then never sent my glasses back I keep asking them for a tracking number to prove they shipped them back to me they refuse. There Sales rep Tony Russo then sent me a email saying he stole my glasses just to be a smart ass I tried calling to no success this company is obviously is just running a scam. Check out Better Business Bureau they have a 150 complaints and only resolved 6 obviously there something shaddy going on. You are crazy to do business with such a fraud company thanks.

Extremely rude and unyielding customer service, unreasonable if not unconscionable "restocking" fee of 20% of the cost of a returned item. E.g., they will charge you something like $38.80 to put a box of sunglasses back on a shelf. This is a business site designed to rip-off customers, not serve them. Their imperious, rude, obnoxious, uncooperative attitude says it all. Don't EVER do business with them. You'll just get screwed.

If ONLY I had read these reviews before I sent my Gucci glasses to this wretched, boileroom scam operation for repair. Sent them the glasses along with one lens that had popped out. For starters, though I had been required to pay $14.95 up front for return shipping, they billed me an additional $12.00 for return shipping, which they said they "credited" to me after I complained. When I received the glasses back after about 3 weeks, my Gucci case had not been returned, and the glasses were missing the right lens. Someone named Karina told me they would replace both lenses, even though they would "lose money." Glasses were never sent. Numerous phone calls to Karina resulted in doubletalk, every corkscrewing grift known in Gotham, etc. Today she turned me over to some jerk named Tony, who mostly laughed, claimed they never got the missing lens, said I was "putting him to sleep," insulted me, the whole nine yards. Then he said he'd "talk to me tomorrow" about it. Yeah. I told him I'd file a complaint with the New York Consumer Affairs office and also be sending a letter to the New York Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo. Whatever you do, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS.

I was in shock when i found out that i was promised return shipment credit and when i asked for it i was told i was pathetic and couldnt believe i had the time to ask for 10 dollars. i was then told through emails that we were done, and i was speaking to the owner so i couldnt make a formal complaint. Today when i called i spoke in person wiht the owner who said i was harrassing him and if i was there he would shove the money up my rear! i was told he also spend more money on drinks for girls at clubs then i spent on shipping! i was wasting his time he is a multi millionare! and that my mom was fake! and welcome to decoremyeyes.com!!! for someone that usually has words i was speachless!!! this company is insane and the glasses they sent were defective! probably fake!!!! DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME!!!

I purchase a pair of prescription glasses from decormyeyes and when I received them the lenses had swirl marks on them, one lense was too big and had a crack in it and the other one was too small and kept popping out.  
I called them to complain and was told to send them back and they would repair them if it was their fault.  
I shipped them back registered mail and have confirmation that they received them.  
When I called they first told me they were repaired and had been shipped back, then when I called back a second time they said they hadn't received them and that I should put an insurance claim in, I informed them that I only had $100 insurance and then was told that I could just say I never received them and that they would put in a claim with UPS.  
I was treated rudely by everyone I spoke to and was shocked that they would want me to falsely say that I never received them.  
I wish I had read the feedback on this site before I ordered.  
This site is the biggest scam and they should all be in jail.

THIS COMPANY WON THE SHADES THEY SENT ME FROM EBAY FOR 63 BUCKS USED AND SCRATCHED ,MEANWHILE I PAID 142.94 SINCE MAY 27TH FOR NEW SHADES,EMAILS YEP SENT THEM PHONE CALLS YEP I MADE THEM STILL NO SHADES I AM NOW GOING TRU PAYPAL TO FILE DISPUTE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SITES TO DO BIZZ WITH I READ THE REVIEWS AND WENT AHEAD AND TRIED THEM OUT BIG MISTAKE BIG BIG MISTAKE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR PAY MORE FOR YOUR SHADES IF U HAVE TO IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN THE END

DecorMyEyes and EyeWearUS are the same company. DON'T do business with either of them. It is a SCAM!!! Here's how it works: they claim to have your item in stock and once you give them your credit card # they will tell you that the "one" that they had in stock is damaged. When you try to cancel, they charge you a 20% "cacellation fee." That is how they make their $!!! Check the BBB on these guys...and whatever you do, do not give them your credit card number. It's a bait and switch scam and you WILL lose money...another reviewer says these websites are owned by the same guy:

I ordered a pair of Fuente Antix overnight shipping. I neither heard nor recieved anything. I called to check on my order and was told there was a mix up and the glasses would be out shortly. Not too long after I recieved an email from managment asking to buy back my Fuente Antix which correctly stated that I had in fact ordered the Fuente Antix. I then receieved a cheaper brown pair of Antix. I called about recieving the wrong glasses and was told that I got what I ordered. When I asked why did I overpay $75 for plain Antix and why did I recieve an email from there company stating that I had ordered the Fuente's, they responded quickly and said they would send me a replacement pair or my money back. I sent the wrong glasses back and chose to order another pair of Oakley's. I was told I would have to pay an exchange fee. I threw a big fit and got that waived. I paid again for overnight shipping. Well needless to say its been a week since I paid for overnight shipping and suprise suprise the glasses are not hear. I have to call constantly and email constantly. The customer service reps are rude and clueless. This is the worst consumer site I have ever used on the internet please beware of the empty promises, bad customer service, and tardy shipping.

AWFUL!! Ordered Ed Hardy frames for prescription glasses and received Cavelli sunglasses. Not even close. Contacted them and they were clueless. Promsed to get me the eyeglass frames in time for my eye doctor appointment but never received them and no email explaining why. They even expected me to ship their sunglasses to the person who bought them!! I was willing to do it just to get my frames, but at this point I will only ship them out when I get my refund. Can't trust them at all. The customer service rep herself used these words when I asked her if I would get my frames in time for my appointment, "don't count on it" Just to let everyone know, I scheduled the appointment based on their email telling me when to expect the frames. I was supposed to receive them on Tuesday so I scheduled for Friday. Don't order from them, not worth the trouble. Pay the extra 20-30 dollars.

This place sucks big time.  
They dont have a record of what items are on stocks and which ones dont.  
I paid for a frame and got an email some days later that they were not in stock. The sent me an option replacement that i didnt like. Then they give me more options to choose. I picked one and days later they told me that those frames were also out of stock. When i cancelled the order i got charge for $40 as a restocking fee. Why? The item i ordered in the first place was out of stock. Why do i have to pay for a restocking fee of something that was out of stock. Please stay away for this company, it was a painful experience and definitely a big no no in online shopping.
