I ordered a Canon A700 digital camera on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. No hassles, callbacks, order verification problems at all. Very fast service for a free shipping purchase. One factor in their favor was being Ohio based. After all the horror stories about Brooklyn based camera dealers, I hoped they might be good to deal with and they were.  
 
Their selection has a limited selection of products but if they have it, I recommend them.  
 
The only suggestion I would make is that an email when the product actually ships would be an improvement.

After a very disappointing experience with Profeel Video I continued my search for a Canon Optura 60 mini-dv camcorder. I found Best Price on Bizrate, read their many positive customer reviews and decided to give them a try. What an easy transaction. After placing my order on-line I was e-mailed an order confirmation instantly, since it was a Saturday I recieved my shipping confirmation and tracking number on Monday morning. Today is Wednesday and my camera arrived as promised. FREE SHIPPING!! No pushy salesperson called to verify my order and try to upsale me on overpriced items, no e-mails telling me to call them, nothing. It was wonderful. I will definitely give these guys another try for purchases in the future.

I ordered a digital camera from this company based on their rating and their great price. There was a problem with my credit card info due to a recent move, which delayed the transaction a couple of days. I was disappointed that it took longer to get my camera, but glad that they took the time to make sure this wasn't a case of credit card fraud. The woman I spoke with on the phone to clear this problem up was very courteous and helpful. There was no effort to try to sell me additional items.  
Once the credit card problem was cleared up, my camera shipped the same day. They had the best price, and very good service. I would definitely order from them again.

Based on their "About Us" link and their low price I was convinced this was the place to order my new digital camera. I was right. I ordered online on Wed. just before 1:00pm and paid the extra fee to expedite the order to ship the same day. The confirmation order page timed out twice so I was not sure if the order went through. I called their toll free number to verify the order. The man was very pleasant and confirmed the order with no pressure to buy anything else. I mentioned that it may have been submitted twice. He said it wasn't but if it was he would be glad to cancel the duplicate order. It was delivered on Fri. since UPS Ground is a two day delivery point from Ohio to my home.

ORDER ON HOLD- CREDIT CARD CHARGED  
Order placed 10/7/05. Received emails 10/10/05 and 10/11/05 saying that my order was on hold "The problem with your order has to do with the information that was given at  
the time the order was placed...Because of the large amount of attempted fraudulent credit card  
activity coming through our business"- call to clear this up. (While checking my info w/ the credit card company I learned my card had already been charged on 10/10/05!) When I called the BestPriceAudioVideo phone number, the recording said Closed, call back between 10am and 6pm. There may be credit card fraud- but it is BestPriceAudioVideo that is perpetrating it. Of course, if I could be home between 10 and 6 I would not need to be ording off the net late at night.  
 
Note: Exactly the same information was given to HookedOnTronics on the same night. According to UPS tracking, tomorrow I will have surround sound speakers from HookedOnTronics- but nothing to hook them to thanks to BestPricedAudioVideo.

I ordered carrying bag for my laptop. I placed order on Wednesday, but still not ship out(Sat). I do not know how long wlll it take to just pack. Also last time I ordered small bag, it took more than 1week to get my home. I opened the box, and there is no invoice. I do not want to do business with them again.

I've placed a few orders over the past couple years with bestpriceaudiovideo.com and i've never had any problems. They are fairly quick to ship and have decent prices on their cables. Their NXG Cables are of awesome quality, compareable to monster cables, but at a fraction of the price. I will continue to order with bestpriceaudiovideo for all my cable needs.

A quick and easy process. These people are trustworthy. I had some hassles with two other photo shops out of NY and found absolutely no problems with bestpriceaudiovideo. Ordered camera on tuesday night, paid for two to three day air, and had my camera friday morning. Camera is as advertised with all accessories(including free flash card)and works great. I definitely will look here first when I purchase another camera.

I ordered a Canon A510 with free 128MB card on a Tuesday and it arrived on a Friday. It was packed nicely and it's a great camera. No problems arose with the sale and I am very happy with my purchase. They had the best price in my research(or at least tied it), but the free shipping and free SD card put it over the top for me. Smart move on their part.  
 
On a side note the free 128MB card is painfully slow, but it's a good backup so I'd still recommend buying a high speed SD card that's a little bigger.

Bestpriceaudiovideo.com, does have the best price I have seen for this camera, and also gives you a free "128mb SD card" with purchase. I order the camera on May/30 on a Sunday, and it was delivered on Wednesday the 1st of June. Monday was memorial day (No one works). So I knew the order wouldn't get processed until the next business day ( which was Tuesday). Wednesday it's on my doorstep delivered by the UPS. That is excellent service.......  
 
1) The package was carefully packed. (Plenty of styrofoam packing for protection)

This is a great company. I cancelled an order with another company because of bad service. So I was real careful to find one that was highly rated. I ordered a camera late on the evening of April 29. It was shipped out on the 30th. I received it the following Wednesday.  
The company was responsive to questions, curtious and professional. I plan on using them again. I like the fact that on most orders there is no postage charge.

Very good service. I ordered a pair of Athena AS-B2 speakers (lowest price on the net by about $50). They shipped within 2 days, and I received them 2 days later.  
 
The speakers arrived damaged with a small dent on the front, but very noticable. I emailed them about it, they responded saying they were sending another pair, and that UPS would be back to pick up the damaged pair the next business day.  
 
Overall, very satisfied with how they handled the return, highly recommended.

BestPriceAudioVideo seemed to be among the first sites on the web to carry the new Canon Rebel XT digital camera. I was skeptical when they said they had them for sale, and would ship on 3/8/05 when Amazon and others were showing ship dates in late March. BestPriceAudioVideo came thru and my camera arrived March 10, 2005. All was well with the shipment and were great to deal with. Now I'll be able to use my new camera at my daughters 1 year birthday on March 19.  
 
The only difficulty I had was placing an order via the phone. Due to the relatively new item, I wanted a verbal commitment that they would ship product by a certain date, and the web ordering didn't give me that comfort factor. When I called their order number, the first woman I talked to informed me that I could only place an order over the web. A second call resulted in a more favorable response, and the rep was very helpful with getting my order placed over the phone.
