I purchased a camera (Casio Exilim EX-Z1000) on Monday and had the camera in my hands on Wednesday. Buy from this company!!

I highly recommend this seller. Their price was unbeatable, way below that of other merchants. I bought 2 Infinity speakers (weighing 140lbs) and they were shipped and delivered promtly as promised, at no shipping charges. The cover of one of the speakers had been slightly damaged in the factory. When I called them about the problem, they were corteous and solicitous and promptly offered to substitute the part at no cost to me. Bottom line: great prices and great service. A buyer cannot ask for more.

Outstanding! I ordered a JBL EC25 center speaker and it shipped the same day! I got it 2 days later. I'd do business with these folks again in a heartbeat.

Superb service. I ordered a Casio digital camera on their website and my order arrived the next day even though I only used their free UPS shipping option.  
The camera was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Their was no hassle and no attempt to upsell. Based on my experience I highly recommend Best Price Audio Video. I will order from them again.

Great price and delivery of a new camera with hassels

I ordered a set of earphones from this seller on their web site on or about August 13, 2006. I received an email that they were mailed USPS on August 14. I live in St. Paul, Minnesota, so these should have arrived on the 16 or 17th at the latest. I had not received the item on the 18th so I called the seller. They confirmed that the item had been mailed on the 14th. By today, the 21st, the item still had not arrived. I called and could not get any tracing information, or much other help. I was told that they are using a new mailing system "that takes a long time."  
 
I don't think this merchant is at all serious about online commerce. I have lots of experience as an online customer, and I haven't ever encountered a seller with such a lackadaisacal attitude toward a customer's order status.  
 
They do provide live customer service. The people are courteous, but not committed to providing any useful information or help of any sort.  
 
If you need or expect the usual speed, tracking information, or other amenities provided by many online merchants, you'd best order from someone else.

Placed order on a Saturday (none work day). Order confirmed on Monday with tracking number. Order received on Wednesday. Received exactly what was ordered with no additional contacts from company. Excellent seller. Would purchase from this seller again. 5*****

The product itself was ok, but I had very bad experience with them. They mixed up two orders and I received somebody's order while the other person received mine package.  
After contacting them they told us to ship the packages to each other. They didn't even bother to cover the shipping fee, which was low, but still, I needed go to post office, and I got my package after two weeks instead of 3-5 days. After shipping the package to other customer, they didnt bother responding to futher e-mails.

Excellent price and items were promptly delivered. Incorrectly received an email stating there was a processing error but that was cleared up with quick phone call.

Having bought over $4k in camera gear from them before with no problems decided to use them again {same C.C. and POB}. What a bad choice on my part...  
Placed an order for a Canon 20d on Monday {they said it was in stock} , my credit card was charged within 3 hours. For the next two days there was there was no status on there web site, then it said there was a problem with the order and to contact them.  
It only took two minutes to get to the a semi rude lady who preceded to go from one excuse to the next mostly trying to blame the credit card company, the final excuse was that they would not ship to a different state then my billing address {my address is a POB} I am a full time RVer and travel a lot. The credit card Co. told me there was no problem with my account and no one had called them. They [bestprice] then took 2 days to credit my account.  
 
Would I buy recommend them or buy form the again no and

BestPriceAudioVideo.com was competitive with their pricing for the Harman/Kardon AVR635 receiver. I ordered it after finding out they had it for the same price as J&R (was going to order from J&R except J&R's website was down for maintenance). Shipping was extremely fast with ground shipping getting my receiver to me in 3 days, oh and did I mention that shipping was free? I was impressed with their service and their products. Will be a repeat customer.

Ordered camera, photo printer and camera case Friday morning by phone. Pleasant folks. No hard sell. Order shipped same day and arrived Tues (Ohio to MD). They forget to include the invoice. I called & they emailed it promptly. I would definitely do business with these folks again.

These guys are great. Might not always have the cheapest price, but what they do have is, honest, reliable customer service,unlike some of the other 'internet dealers'out there. My latest order went smooth, and item was shipped fast.
