This is my second time shopping at BPAV. Very smooth transactions. Normally shipped same day. Even the free UPS ground shipping was very fast. There was no hiden fee, up sells or anything like that.  
 
I sent back a Canon lens for exchange but forgot to take the UV filter off. After received the new one, called back about the filter. They found it and sent back to me for free. Very helpful.  
 
Their customer service is very friendly.

10/24 7:45 AM: I emailed BPAV with questions about product (Canon Powershot S5 IS).  
10/24 9:30 AM: I received response email that directly answered my questions.  
10/24 1:00 PM: I placed order online for Canon PowerShot S5 IS and received confirmation of order from BPAV via email.  
10/24 5:00 PM: I received email from BPAV stating product had shipped and giving me a UPS tracking number. UPS showed that product had in fact shipped.  
10/25 11:15: AM Order was delivered at my house in the Indianapolis area (BPAV is in Cleveland, OH area).  
 
Product was exactly as ordered, in manufacturer's packaging, with all accessories and USA warranty. There was no attempt to up sell or add accessories. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction, and the fast shipping was a nice bonus.

Based on their "About Us" link and their low price I was convinced this was the place to order my new digital camera. I was right. I ordered online on Wed. just before 1:00pm and paid the extra fee to expedite the order to ship the same day. The confirmation order page timed out twice so I was not sure if the order went through. I called their toll free number to verify the order. The man was very pleasant and confirmed the order with no pressure to buy anything else. I mentioned that it may have been submitted twice. He said it wasn't but if it was he would be glad to cancel the duplicate order. It was delivered on Fri. since UPS Ground is a two day delivery point from Ohio to my home.

A quick and easy process. These people are trustworthy. I had some hassles with two other photo shops out of NY and found absolutely no problems with bestpriceaudiovideo. Ordered camera on tuesday night, paid for two to three day air, and had my camera friday morning. Camera is as advertised with all accessories(including free flash card)and works great. I definitely will look here first when I purchase another camera.

I ordered a Canon A510 with free 128MB card on a Tuesday and it arrived on a Friday. It was packed nicely and it's a great camera. No problems arose with the sale and I am very happy with my purchase. They had the best price in my research(or at least tied it), but the free shipping and free SD card put it over the top for me. Smart move on their part.  
 
On a side note the free 128MB card is painfully slow, but it's a good backup so I'd still recommend buying a high speed SD card that's a little bigger.

Simply the best. Ordered on Tuesday, got item on Thursday. Flawlwss transaction. Have ordered many times over the Internet and this company has been the best of them all in my opinion for all around service.

Very happy with purchase. Ordered an Olympus 5060 dig camera Sunday night, had it in my hands vis UPS ground that same Thursday (several states away). It was brand-new in box, with all original accessories and wartranty. Their price was the lowest LEGITIMATE price I found. I previously ordered this same camera from a fraudulent internet outfit I found on Yahoo shopping, and I had to return it because it was refurbished, and I have yet to see my credit.  
I highly recommend ordering from Bestprice- you get just what you expect.

I bought a speaker set from this merchant on 11/10 and have not received the item up until today.The item was in stock when i ordered it, and i have called their customer service several time to know when it's going to be shipped. Now, I am working on getting my money back. I chose this merchant based on their ratings but it seemed you could get into a lot of trouble despite their good ratings.

Ordered Olympus 5060 wide zoom on Saturday eve. Reviews indicated that I would receive confirmation of order and contact from company within 2 business days. As of 12:30 AM 4 days after placing order, I've not received any contact, and believe the company (BestPriceAudioVideo.com) falsely advertised availability of this camera. Called their customer service number and reached an answering machine. Very disappointed...

I ordered a Canon S50 for my son last week. It arrived without a hitch.  
 
Then, I started looking for a Canon EOS Digital Rebel for myself. That was when I discovered resellerratings.com. I learned that there are a lot of scam sites out there trying to exploit an innocent purchaser of camera equipment like myself.  
 
Bestpriceaudiovideo.com had the best price on the Canon S50 and I didn't experience any of the call-back/bait-and-switch/grey market horrors that I read about at other sites.
