After returning a camera back to Abe's of Maine for selling me a gray market item without telling me, then sending a camera back to Adorama for selling me an open box item as new, then returning a camera locally at Wolf Camera for selling me an open box item as new as well, BPAV came through with flying colors. No up-selling tactics like Abe's of Maine, and stood by their word of actually selling me a brand-new US warrantied camera. After 3 cameras, and a very stressful 3 weeks, I thank BPAV.com for not only giving me a great price and a NEW product, but also for lowering my blood pressure ;)

BestPriceAudioVideo had a great price on the TV I wanted and it arrived in perfect condition. The only hitch with my order was an inventory problem that resulted in a slight delay in my shipment. The staff at BestPriceAudioVideo was very apologetic and promised to take steps to make sure that it wouldn't happen again. It was definitely worth the slight inconvenience to get such a good price on this TV.

I order Canon 52mm UV filter for my new 50mm F/1.8 Nikkor prime lens. This is my second order. My first one was for my D80 kit lens. As before, this Canon UV filter is cheap and great. I love them and happy to have my Nikkor lens protected.

I'm sorry to hear of dissatisfied customers of BPAV, since my first experience with them was SO amazing! I ordered a Magellan Maestro 4210 GPS system yesterday afternoon, paid the extra $5 for expedited shipping (4-7 business days) ... and the package arrived on my front doorstep this morning! Wow ... that's unbelieveable. Never expected the shipment THAT quickly. I'll definitely shop from BPAV next time!

Was looking for a Canon EF 50mm F/1.4 Lens with a US warranty. After checking multiple webstore price search websites, this store came up with the lowest price of 309 including tax and shipping. There were a few other sites with a cheaper price, but most of them looked like the usual bait and switch, grey market import sites with pretty bad reviews on resellerratings.com.  
 
I purchased the the lens at 1:47am that morning and got a shipped email at 2:03PM, got a UPS tracking number for ground delivery. Came in a new, unused box, and included a genuine Canon Warranty slip. Lens works great, I'm happy the lens is a legit US version with the warranty and the pictures look awesome.  
 
I would probably purchase from this company again.

Purchased a Center channel speaker at a great price and communication and speed of processing and shipping were fantastic! Really nothing negative from my experience.

I ordered a Tamrac 5692 camera bag. Every part of the order process was flawless: from order date to order arrival was 2 business days, product was new and not opened, and undamaged.  
 

This is my second time shopping at BPAV. Very smooth transactions. Normally shipped same day. Even the free UPS ground shipping was very fast. There was no hiden fee, up sells or anything like that.  
 
I sent back a Canon lens for exchange but forgot to take the UV filter off. After received the new one, called back about the filter. They found it and sent back to me for free. Very helpful.  
 
Their customer service is very friendly.

10/24 7:45 AM: I emailed BPAV with questions about product (Canon Powershot S5 IS).  
10/24 9:30 AM: I received response email that directly answered my questions.  
10/24 1:00 PM: I placed order online for Canon PowerShot S5 IS and received confirmation of order from BPAV via email.  
10/24 5:00 PM: I received email from BPAV stating product had shipped and giving me a UPS tracking number. UPS showed that product had in fact shipped.  
10/25 11:15: AM Order was delivered at my house in the Indianapolis area (BPAV is in Cleveland, OH area).  
 
Product was exactly as ordered, in manufacturer's packaging, with all accessories and USA warranty. There was no attempt to up sell or add accessories. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction, and the fast shipping was a nice bonus.

This was my third order from BPAV as the first two went well. I ordered a Canon Lens. I received a confirmation email when the order was placed and another email when the item was shipped with tracking information. I received the lens 3 days later, 5 days before it was scheduled to arrive. This is the way a buying experience should be.

I had previously never heard of BPAV. Based on their low price and excellent rating I chose to order my Magellan Explorist 600 from them. As was expected my unit arrived on time today with everything it was suppose to contain. I have just spent an enjoyable evening reading manuals, looking over the product, loading software and in general being just a happy as a kid on Christmas morning. What a great pleasure to deal with a company that delivers as promised. That's really all I ever wanted.
