terrible terrible terrible, took order over the phone, charged my card, and my email confirmation on the order was an order cancelation. I needed the products in a week as was stated to the girl who took the order, and they charged my card anyways, so the money is tied up in my accounts for a week or 2 that i cant use or spend somewhere else. called back and asked what was going on, they just said they werent in stock...WOULDNT ANYONE WITH 1/2 A BRAINCELL CKECK INVENTORY OR STOCK PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE ORDER OR CHARGING MY CARD, this all happened mind you within 10 minutes. Dont even bother shopping there, i highly doubt that they have anything in stock and the promoted FALSE savings is NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, i shouldve known better when i asked her when they would ship, and got the run-a-round that i would be notified via email. this company is as much of a joke as 47th street photo.

Ordered Sigma 1.4x EX APO teleconverter for Pentax. Price listed as $159. After completing order, received an email the next day indicating: "Thank-you for the order however we apologize the item you ordered is not available your order is canceled."  
 
Now, one week after 5DiamondCamera indicated the item is not available, it's still listed in their online catalog.  
 
My guess: given how much lower the price is on this item relative to the competition, it's just a teaser to get people to visit the site...and hopefully purchase something else, too.
