The Shipping was real fast. I ordered a Motorola V3 Cherry Blossom phone. It was good as described in their website. I will defenitely buy from this merchant again.

I ordered the Motorola L6i, since it was priced at $29.95 + $6 (shipping) I wasnt expecting much. Once I got the item in 4 days (including Sunday) I was pleasantly surprised. Totally brand new in a brand new box, not some torn, dented boxes that other could come in. Product was as advertised. I quickly opened and tested it to see if it was working and glad to find everything was perfect. Would gladly recommend this to friends, fast shipping, great price, great product.

Good, prompt customer service.

I waited a week to have thriftycomputer cancel my order. They actually charged my credit card, called me to confirm my identity, and verified that my order was accepted. Then, it was canceled. When I called, the customer service rep was unprofessional. Big waste of my time.

A new cell phone purchased on E-Bay was exactly as described and shipped almost immediately. I had a problem with one function on the phone and Thrifty Computer replaced it expeditiously without any hassle whatsoever. They truly went the extra mile to correct a problem that was not their fault. I recommend them highly.

Quick delivery and just as described and expected. Good Customer Service and follow-up. Will buy from again.

Received everything as ordered in less than a week. Good customer service throughout. Will have no problem ordering from them again. Ordered Motorola cell phone SLVR L7. Tested it and it worked and is brand new. Plan to use it outside the country when traveling.

Order item on Sunday. It shipped on Monday and I got it on Wed. Everything came as expected. No problems. I would buy from them again!

I ordered a phone from them on 7/28. Received the phone within 5 days, but it wasn't working. Sent the phone back on 8/11 via UPS. UPS delivered the phone on 8/14. Called on 8/20 and they couldn't find the phone. Emailed on 8/21 and they said they were looking for it. On 8/25 the phone was located. It was sent to the wrong address. ( Transposed the address ). They couldn't get the phone back, but their customer service did everything they could to help. They tried to get it back...called UPS and even tried the police to get it. Unfortunately it wasn't the outcome I wanted, but I transposed the address. They couldn't give me my money back..but they did make an offer of any item at cost. They were awesome. Kayla was great...and Josh was fantastic. If the opportunity arises I will do business with them again if for nothing more than the wonderful customer service!

Ordered a Motorola SLVR L7 and received it very quickly. I had to contact customer service via e-mail because of a problem with the battery for the telephone. I received an immediate reply from customer care, and they called me the next day and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.  
Overall, I would say that I am very satisfied with Thrifty Computer, especially their quick delivery and customer service.

I needed an unlocked quad-band phone for travel purposes after my blackberry crapped out on me. Someone told me about a decent deal on a new, unlocked phone for sale here on TC so I gave it a shot despite never having had heard of them before. My phone arrived quickly and as described so there is nothing negative I can say about the company at this time. They seem like a pretty good merchant with good prices on many things so if you are looking I would say give them a shot.

I had never heard of ThrifyComputer before placing my order. However, the price on their quad-band unlocked GSM phones was too good to pass up. I ordered two on a Sunday, and they arrived promptly 4 days later. The phones were exactly as advertised. I would definitely do business again with them.
