I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Camera Lens Rentals. I rented a 300mm Pentax lens (not easy to find)and was impressed with all aspects of service, from the intial placing of my order (and prompt replies to my email queries)to the dispatch of the lens. The quality of the lens itself was excellent and arrived on the date specified, ready for the use it got over the next 2 days. The return process if fool proof and convenient and I would not hesitate to recommend Camera Lens Rentals and I hope to use them again.

Great company to deal with. Anyone can offer the product you want, but its the service that makes the difference. The way I was treated as a customer made me want to treat them in that manour. I will definitely be renting more lenses from them soon. No other company offers the level of service they do.

So glad to finally find a service that has Pentax lenses for rent. Got a chance to use the Pentax 35 f2.8 black for a week on vacation and loved it. Lens was in perfect condition, well packaged, clear instructions, friendly and fast service, answered questions. Great all around. I look forward to using again.

First time I've been motiviated enough to bother writing a review for anybody These guys are great to deal with. Most important, they rent for Pentax! As far as I know, they are the only place that does. Used them twice now, first for a Tamron 70-200 and second for a Bigma. Tammy arrived a day early. Bigma would have too, but they held off shipping it since the credit card I had used had since expired and they couldn't process it (booked it 3 months in advance). After calling many times throughout the day and finally getting a hold of me that evening, I found they shipped it anyway, just to be sure I would have it in time. Wow, talk about service taking a chance on a customer like that. After many apologies and feeling like an idiot, I did have to laugh a bit when listening to the messages afterwards, as each one was a bit more excited than the last. So far, nothing but A+ service from these guys!

Excellent customer service and quick response to email: I needed to change my delivery date, and I also canceled one lens (because I ended up buying the lens myself). Both changes were done quickly and painlessly. My lens arrived as expected, in good condition and return was very easy.

Wow! I rented a Sigma 50-500 lens for a trip to the Florida Everglades. I have a Pentax K7, and this is the only place I know that rents Pentax compatible glass.  
 
But instead of totally exploiting this market, they were fair and efficient. When I originally placed the order, they didn't have the lens for the dates I was looking for, but they ordered another one so that they could fulfill my order and also recognizing that this was an in demand lens. Wow! Talk about customer service!  
 
While in Florida, we decided to extended our vacation. Well, Camera Lens Rentals accomodated me and let me keep my lens a little bit longer without any problem!

I rented a Canon 100-400 F4.5-5.6 L. The lens arrived packed in several layers of foam and bubble wrap. The lens looked like it was brand new. I will definitely use them for future lens rentals.

CameraLensRentals.com is a terrific company,I have used them twice now.Their customer service is fantastic.They ship when you need it.Lenses are well taken care of.Price is better then renting in state(CO) where I live.They have a great selection of lenses and accessories.I use Pentax and Nikon.I will do business with them for years to come.

This was a very easy & smooth transaction. The hardest part was deciding which lens I wanted to try first. The lens arrived packaged very well and full operational. It had all of the information necessary to make my first lens rental a breeze. Got both an email and call to be sure that the lens was returned on-time. I will definitely be renting from CameraLensRental again!
