What a great company to rent from. Fed-Ex was a little late shipping and I got an email apologizing. I plan to use Camera Lens Rentals whenever I need a Lens. I will recommend to all my friends!

CLR's service is so good, they are now the benchmark I use to measure other companies against! Barry and Ilene take the time to ensure their website is clear and easy to use, their equipment top of the line and their attention to detail impressive. The equipment usually arrives before the agreed upon date, packaged exactly as described and easy to use. If you suffer from LBA (lens buying addiction) but have to live within a budget - or want to try the equipment ou before you drop a lot of cash - then this fabulous team is for you! They often have lenses before the big photographic stores can ship them, so the CLR website should be a bookmark you visit often.

Camera Lens Rentals was a great company to rent equipment from. They have great first time rental rates, excellent equipment, and very responsive service. They definitely go above and beyond in providing a quality service. I can't wait for my next rental from them.

Ilene and Barry were incredibly helpful with selecting the right lenses for my first wedding shoot, they knew what was up! When the wedding was canceled and plans changed, Ilene was more than generous in giving me a free week on a Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 for me to travel to D.C. and Annapolis with. I can't believe how helpful this team has been, they have my business for as long as I can't afford to purchase lenses! All my photography friends are getting your name in their ear!

Great cusomer service. I received my lens two days earlier than expected and they didn't charge me for additional days. The lens were in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied.

Outstanding customer service. Got a call less than an hour after placing the order letting me know that the lens had shipped. Received UV filter and lens hood that had been overlooked by priority mail even before they said that I should expect it. On the site now, placing my next order

Very pleasant and easy to work with. The camera I wanted to rent was not in stock when I first checked the website and therefore I put in the request to be notified once the camera became available. Within the hour I got a phone call and email to discuss the availability and placed my order!! The customer service was so attentive and helpful. The camera arrived on time and in great condition and the return packaging and instructions were very easy and convenient. Very pleased and will do business with them again.

Positive experience throughout. It was great to be able to use the lovely little Pentax DA21 Ltd. lens on a family vacation, and they work at making the process easy. When I had a question about the return shipping instructions, Barry's email response was quick, helpful and polite, and it seems likely that every little bit of client feedback is used to continue to improve the service.

cameralensrentals.com is amazing, I was very pleased with the service. The lens arrived right on time and was in impeccable condition. I was able to capture some truly great wildlife and airplane photos. Renting a lens is a perfect way to use lenses that are too expensive to purchase.

Probably the best customer service I have ever recieved from any retailer. The lens was flawless and the packaging was great. Process was as easy as opening up box, using lens and then placing new label on box that was shipped with lens and dropping it off at a FedEx location. Ilene called me and admitted to accidently over booking the lens and asked if I could return it a couple days in advance, before I could tell here an answer she offered me a one free week rental on any lens with shipping included. All I can say is awsome place to do business with. Try them out you will not regret it.
