Camera Lens rental is the best canon dealer I have ordered from. Items are shipped fast and the price is alway competitive plus they always respond to questions of order status. I have had many orders with them and it is always the same, excellent.

A super experience buying an expensive and hard-to-find camera body. Barry informed me that he had the item available for sale. I placed my order with the help of an incredibly helpful and patient person on the phone (I called her three times! and she was nothing but helpful every time). The price was great and overnight shipping was free. Received the item as scheduled, brand new, everything as advertised. There isn't any way this transaction could have gone better, and I can think of many, many ways in which it could have gone worse. Thanks so much to Barry and everyone at Camera Lens Rentals.

This is the 1st time I have rented a lens. I recently went on an African Safari & w/o access to a telephoto lens, I would've missed some great shots. Everything about the experience was wonderful! The web site is easy to use, customer service gets back w/ you right away when you have questions & everything takes place smoothly & efficiently. I will definitely use this company & service again!

This was my second time ordering and both times their customer service was absolutely amazing. The lens arrived in perfect condition and they make the ordering and return process so easy. Even an email reminder when to return it. I will definately use them again.

This was my first lens rental experience with Camera Lens Rental and I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service, something that seems increasingly non-existent these days. They were very patient walking me through the process of placing my order and answering any questions I had as a newbie.  
 
Only "issue" I had was with some flash radio triggers I rented along with the lens. The radio triggers arrived without a connection/cable that I could use with my monolight strobes. This was no fault of theirs but I did happen to mention it when I was asking about the return details. I had no expectation of any compensation since it was my fault for not asking about cables but they quickly apologized and offered a free rental on the radio triggers next time I needed and even promised to research getting the correct cables for my flash units. This totally blew me away that not only would they comp my next rental but go the extra mile and see that cables were provided. What can I say? I honestly thought companies like this were a thing of the past....glad to see I was wrong!

The service from camera lens rentals was great. The only problem that I experienced was they sent the package to a fedex location that was different than the one I requested. thankfully fedex places a confirmation call with the address. The return process was a snap. they make it super easy to repack and ship with the sticker already packed. I will use camera lens rentals again.

After website claimed specific lens was in stock at time of order, contacted an hour later and told otherwise, asked if another lens would suffice, I mentioned slightly higher version of what I had requested, only to be told that I would have to pay full price for it (more than 2x what the original lens I had requested).  
 
The whole reason I opted to be willing to do business with them in the first place is because they claimed (falsely I later learned) to have a specific item in stock.

This was my second rental from CLR and I couldn't have been happier! I needed a last minute rush on my rental and Barry responded to my email immediately and worked with me on changing my order so I could get it in time. I've never had any problems with my rentals and I know Barry really wants to make his customers happy. Not to mention CLR has some of the most competitive prices around!

This was my first time renting from this company. I rented a lens to take with me to Hawaii. I am really happy that I did it! The lens came in fantastic condition and was exactly what I needed. I had the opportunity to see and photograph about 50 Humpback whales up close and with my current lens(s) the photos would not have been as spectacular. Shipping was easy and I appreciated the reminder call and email for the return shipping. Thanks! I will use them again.

These guys are the best. Lens is always on time or sooner! Equipment is well taken care of and works like new. Will be using them in the future.

I am a first time renter of a lens from CLR. My daughter runs track at a D1 school and I was always struggling with good indoor shots of her. The lens I rented did the trick, the pictures turned out great and I have already reserved the lens for 2 more weeks! The lens came just as promised and returning it was very easy.
