Highly recommend this service. The communication, service, packaging and quality of the lens provided were all excellent. I received the lens as planned, packed exceptionally well with clear and easy to follow return instructions. The staff is very friendly and returns emails promptly. This is a perfect way to try before you buy and it also allows you to treat yourself to some high priced lenses that may otherwise be too expensive to buy. A+ experience.

I rented a Wide-Angle 14-24mm lens. I spoke w/Barry & he advised me of the CORRECT LENS TO USE for my trip to Yosemite Nat'l Park. It arrived, on time. I am happy to say I shot 749 pics,in 1 day. That lens kept up with me,& I will definitely rent again. I have told all my photographer friends about CLR..very affordable!!  
This is a very expensive lens, and I was scared at first...just having it, but once I started shooting pics, I was in HEAVEN.  
You CANNOT BEAT THEIR PRICES...they emailed me thru the whole process, keeping me assured the whole time. The return was a breeze! I was told where to go ahead of time by CLR for return..so absolutely NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER...do it, Rent a Lens from this wonderful company. Very satisfied customer.!

This is the first time I have rented a lens and found the whole experience extremely easy and rewarding thanks to the fantastic service from Camera Lens Rentals. The lens arrived in great condition, packed securely in a Pelican case giving me immediate confidence in the professionalism and quality of Camera Lens Rentals and the lens. Customer Service was absolutely spot on with Barry providing easy to follow instructions and email reminders. I will be recommending this company on DPR. Many thanks, I was able to capture some classic shots of my newborn son that would not have been possible otherwise.

This was by far the best rental experience,price,and customer service i have ever had anywhere. i cant imagine ever needing to rent a lens anywhere else.

I rented a Pentax 18-250mm lens; it was shipped almost immediately brand new from B & H and I was able to keep it for a week longer than I had paid for. Communications were fantastic; they really strive to please the customer and do it in an outstanding manner. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend their services without hestitation. CLR is a first rate operation - no question at all!

What an experience! Barry @ CLR gives quite possibly the best customer service of anyone I have dealt with in an online transaction, or even an in person transaction for that matter.  
 
I found 4 or 5 websites that rent camera bodies and lenses and CLR had what I wanted at a great price. I had never rented camera equipment before so I was a little nervous about the quality of the gear I would receive. Let me tell you, there is nothing to worry about with Camera Lens Rental. I rented a Canon 40D and Canon 10-22mm lens, both of which were in flawless condition. On top of receiving a product in perfect conidition, Barry also included a 4GB memory card, a high quality filter for the lens, the lens hood, and a Pelican case to protect everything. As soon as I received the shipment and saw how it was packaged, all of my concerns were eliminated.  
 
Speaking of shipping, Barry emailed me letting me know that a delivery attempt had been made within 1 hour of the delivery attempt. I order lots of sfuff online and I have NEVER received that kind of customer service. Absolutely phenomenal.

I ordered a lens early in the week and it was great to receive it that same week to use over the weekend. I thought the site was easy to navigate and did not encounter any problems. The lens looked brand new and their prices were very good.  
 
When the need arises again, I will likely go back there again.
