Two days after placing an order for a digital camera, I received a call from a salesman stating that he wanted to "confirm the details". I stated that the details were confirmed by email already. He then stated that the item was not in stock and offered to sell me something similar. A bait and switch tactic. Beware, this merchent lures you in with low prices and then uses phone contact to attempt to get more money from you

I purchased a Sony DCR-HC32 camcorder from these guys. Very high pressure salesman who wasted almost a half-hour of my time. I also ordered an extra battery...what I thought would be a Sony np-fp90, since I ordered it by number. They sent me a third-party replacement battery with substantially lower capacity.  
 
At the end of the transaction, the salesman gave me a coupon code good for $50 off on my next order. When I tried to order a digital camera on line (before I received the box containing the switched battery), the coupon didn't work. I then called in, only to have the salesman tell me that it was good for $20. When I told him that it was supposed to be for $50, he switched me to "customer service". They never answered the phone. I purchased the digital camera from another vendor.

REceived my HP PDA in a very short delievery time although I had to take off work to go personally to UPS offices to pick up the merchandise because they didn't leave it without a signature. They did have the best price around.

I ordered a Camcorder with accessories. The battery was broken. When I called customer service, I spent several hours on hold to get problem solved. Horrible customer service.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an on-line store. I ordered a Panasonic TH-50PX50U plasma television on 9/18/2005. I was told it was in stock. I was called the next day by Roy who wanted to sell me other accessories and a service contract, all of which I declned despite the high-pressure sales pitch. My credit card was charged immediately for the full amount. When shipment did not happen after a few weeks, I called to follow up and was told that they were having difficulty getting the product from the manufacturer and would call as soon as it became available. On 10/31 I followed up with salesperson Roy ext. 228 and was told that they could no longer get this product. I had not been notified to this effect. I requested that my order be cancelled. Two days later I called to make sure that my credit card account was credited immediately. Roy was not available so I spoke to Customer Service. She said "Are you sure you cancelled the order?" and asked for a cancellation number. I had not been given one. She said just a moment, went off the line and subsequently cut me off. I called in again and asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were all in a meeting. Judging by other reviewers, my experience has been that of many. I will continue to pursue this until my maney is refunded. In the meantime, I would not recommend this store to anyone nor would I ever do business with them in the future.

Please do not waste your time or money with MP Superstore. After finding that MP Superstore had the lowest price for a 26" Samsung LCD TV, I decided to give them a try in order to save a buck or two. MP Superstore held my order and sent me an email requesting that I contact them via telephone. The reason they wanted me to contact them was to attempt to sell me an optional extended warranty. The sales person was very pushy and rude. I told him I did not want the extended warranty. They later proceeded to try to sell me a refurbished model instead of the new one I wanted. I told them no. Next, they took almost three weeks to ship my TV. I ordered it on OCT 5 and received it on OCT 27. When I finally hooked everything up and turned on the power for the first time, the TV was dead! Good luck speaking to someone fast. The typical telephone hold time is almost 20 minutes. I am extremely upset with this company. Please do not buy from them, you will surely regret it like I did.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! MPSuperstore.com is the worst retail buying experience of my life. They are high pressure, they lie, and are completlly dishonest and provide no form of customer service. It is like dealing with the mafia. They care nothing about the customer only their own interests. MPSuperstore is horrible!

Extremely deceptive practices. Almost a month after canceling and they haven't credited my money back to my account. Lied about product being "in stock", lied about shiping, pushy salesman told me that Samsung wouldn't honor their warranty because they are not a Samsung retailer, (after I already placed the order). There should be a controlling body monitoring sites such as this one.

Ordered Sony Notebook on 9/18. On 9/20 charged card the full price and tried hard sell on "extras". Finally, by 9/28 still not shipped so we cancelled the order being told that it would take 1-2 business days to refund our card. Then on they 9/30 sent email saying "item not currently available and they would be cancelling the order". Now 10/1 and still no refund.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online vendor. I placed the order on 09/11/05 and a sales rep. Jeff C. tried to coax me into buying other and/or more expensive items. When I tried to refuse to do as he wanted, he started telling me that he was going to cancel my order. I had to cede to his demand and changed my order somewhat. However, after waiting for 7 days without receiving the merchandise, on 09/16/05, I checked my credit card account and found that they had charged my credit card on 09/14/05. I called the customer service and was told that the merchandise was to be shipped out that afternoon. I believed her and waited for one more week and called again. After very unpleasant exchanges, I was assured by Jeff C. that the merchandise would be shipped out on 09/23/05, and confirmed by an e-mail to me. However, as of this time, I have not received anything. I therefore called my credit card company to report this fraudulent transaction.

The worst place that I have ever shopped from.  
This place posts a ridiculously low price in order to get some attention and then they do not honor that price and try to make up for that price by selling a whole bunch of accessories. Very dishonest way of doing business

Very low prices and fast delivery. They did "suggest" a slightly expensive warrenty for my camcorder but after I declined the order was process promptly. Overall a good place to buy.

Horrible time with them. Ordered a Canon Powershot camera for a friend for his birthday/graduation. Ordered the Camera on the 12th. Got an email on the 22nd saying that item was backordered/out of stock and that they will ship it asap. I called and said since this was required urgently I would go to local costco and pick it up. So I canceled order on the phone and they said that that was ok and that everything would be taken care off. Next day i go to costco pick up camera and give it to my friend (by this point birthday had already passed so didnt want to delay any longer). On June 25th they ship the camera (they charged my credit card on 12th). I call and say why havent i received my credit and why did you ship the camera. They said they would refund me immediately and i should "reject" the shipment so it would go back to sender. I did that and they recieved the shipment on 4th of July. I still had not recieved a credit. After many many calls and much debating they credited me on the 18th of July, more than a month since they charged me and nearly a month after I canceled my order. Just leaves a horrible taste in your mouth.
