Went to their store today to ask about the Antec 1040B computer case, and they were quite busy at the time, but i managed to find someone to help me. i asked him if i could see the case because antec and their website has been warning about vendors replacing the case with fake power supplies and other types of fake imitations. the guy was very impolite and said that i must pay him to see it because the case was in the storage. i told him that this was a $208 item and that i wanted to see it first. ($208 is definitely not spare change for me!!! i wouldn't give it away unless it was really worth it! don't you guys think so?) well, he eyed me like i was crazy and that $208 was worth nothing, and my friend was unhappy and told me to leave. haha, before i left, of course i tried to bargain so i could tell you guys how successful i was (since you guys haven't actually tried yet right?) again, he was impolite and said, no, and that includes tax! and then he walked to another customer and dealt with him. i was quite unhappy at their arrogance, i don't care if other people pay them $1000's for their computers and don't ask for a bargain or don't need to check their items, i earned my hard earned couple of hundreds and to me that's a lot of money. they should treat me like a regular customer and have shown me the case just like any other professional store would. urban, is canada computers a franchise in which complaints can be filed to? anyways, i guess this will create a lot of mixed emotions, some people will say 1. local retailers don't give you service or 2. they were busy and $200 is nothing, but i still think that they should have treated me better.
