I purchased a DLP lamp for a Toshiba TV from Lamps-DLP.com. They were most helpful responding to two separate emails within minutes of me sending them. I placed my order based on those responses, the courtesy found in their replies, not to mention they had the best price as well. The order was placed just a few minutes before their daily shipping cut-off time. Just as they claimed, my order shipped the same day. It took only 3 business days to receive my order, that's counting my late afternoon order as one of those 3 days too. Simply awesome response and shipping time, coupled with the best price available on a new factory Toshiba lamp assembly garners this company kudos galore. Beware...read their return policy. I wanted to return a defective lamp and had to pay to send it back and a restocking fee. I can see paying to send it back but not a restock fee...how would I know the lamp would be defective. The customer service rep I dealt with also gave me attitude when I complained about it. So I got the impression a lot of people complain about this same money making practice.

The service was good on shipping received product in timely manner... however, less then one year my lamp on the panasonic item ty-la-1000 went out... and I contacted the manufacture they are not able to due anything... I would not buy from them again...
