Well recommended. I have used them before but I entered the wrong dates this time. I sent them an email and got a telephone call from Stuart the next day who was friendly and dealt with the change with the minimum of fuss. It's a small company and it shows, all the communications are very personal and make you feel like they genuinely value your custom, which is a rare thing these days. I will definitely be using in the future.

Faultless service from all of the team. Email and telephone communications always very informative and friendly. Prompt replies and extremely helpful when a specific lens was out of stock, actually managed to get it.  
 
Collected the lens in person- the coffee was good! Used the courier service for the collection as well, service excellent too.  
 
The lenses were immaculate, boxed very securely. Brilliant way of experimenting with lenses without the enormous outlay and very costly mistakes of buying them.

This is the first time I have hired a lens, this being the Canon 100-400 IS L for safari in Namibia. I would have been lost without it taking well over 2,000, high quality images with it, both handheld and with tripod. Even though I very much enjoyed using the lens, I probably could not justify actually buying one of my own, so, will definitely use lenses for hire again. A very good service experience overall and would happily recommend.

Hired 18-55 2.8 IS, excellent service from hire to return. Lens in excellent condition (hired for sister's wedding). Highly recommended and would hire from here again without hesitation.

A recent visit to a Falconry required a 70-200VR lens. A quick look on the lensesforhire website and within minutes I had reserved the Nikon 70-200VR 2.8 on a 3 day hire.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Lens was delivered the day before the hire period in a pelicase with instructions. The case was very secure with anti-tamper and combination lock.  
I utilised the same courier for pick up and this was extremely straight forward. In short a very pleasent experience especially as it gives you access to exotic glass with out the huge initial outlay.

The service from Lenses for Hire is excellent. I was not sure which lenses to hire initially so I emailed through to ask which were the best two lenses for my requirements. I had a prompt response offering a choice of 3. I went with the Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM and Canon EF 400mm f/5.6 L USM. The charges are very reasonable and the website very easy to use. The lenses arrived early on the day quoted and were very well packaged and in excellent condition. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and got some fantastic photographs which I wouldn't have otherwise got. The return service from the courier was easy to use. I will definitely be using Lenses for Hire again.
