Delighted with the service. Lens in pristine condition, came with protective filter and hood. Arrived exactly when requested and kept fully informed during order and return processes. Really couldn't ask for anything more. A wide variety of lenses offered; would definitely use again.

They have been amazing! Very affordable, awesome communication, e-mails every step of the way explaining exactly what was going on, and how to return the lens.  
 
The lens came with UV filter, hood and a bag. Well packaged with a sticky label with the return address on.  
 
Top marks will certainly be using again.

Great price, excellent service. The lens was delivered to my office the day before the hire period began in perfect condition including all manuals and a lens case. An excellent alternative to buying those expensive optics outright!

I was a little concerned about hiring from this relativly new company to start off. I think I was a little bit worried about their prices. Far too low!  
The lens came very quick, and very well packaged, and worked fine. Even came with a PRO grade HOYA filter, not just a cheapo one!  
 
the lens was perfect, I loved it, I wanted to hire it for longer, but they needed it back for another customer.

I'd never tried hiring a lens before and was a bit unsure about a company that I'd never heard of, even though it came highly recommended. I shouldn't have worried, they are excellent.  
 
Stewart at LensesForHire was very helpful when I had some questions and got back to me quickly. I hired a Sigma 10-20mm lens and was delivered on time and well packaged. The lens worked without any problems.  
 
I can't recommend LensesForHire enough. Excellent service and competitive prices. I'll definitely use again and would recommend others to do the same.

I loved the informality of the website and just knew I wouldn't be disappointed with Lenses for Hire. It just ticked all my boxes. I ordered a Canon 200 f1.8 and 85 f1.2 which I was desperate to try out with a possible view to buying one or the other or indoor sports. I required the lenses last Saturday, up in the North of Scotland, and Stewart made sure I had them in good time by posting on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday. Everything was perfect and I was delighted with the results. I've spent all week uploading 350 images to my website and I've been inundated with photo requests following 6,000 views in four days. My best indoor work by a mile in a hall where half the lights were off for energy conservation, creating many light and dark spots. My wife was so impressed that she gave me the thumbs up to purchase a 200 f1.8 I had been eyeing up on ebay, but unfortunately it had gone by the time she gave me the green light on Saturday night.  
 
I cannot praise LFH highly enough. Everything was perfect with outstanding customer service that one rarely gets these days. I can fully endorse all the wonderful comments I read about LFH before I took the plunge. Thanks Stewart, I am one very satisfied customer and I don't get the opportunity to say that very often.

I was looking at a few lenses when I came across this site via a photo forum. The site and style seemed simple enough and friendly, and the prices looked excellent. One problem though - the lens I wanted to look at wasn't on the site. So I decided to test the offer to buy in a lens specially, and they did! Stewart is very efficient and I'm so impressed I've already booked a second lens.

Hi i would just like to let all readers know how great lenses for hire is, i hired the 28-300-mm 3.5fl for a wedding the lens cost about £1500 and rather then spending so much money i had been advised by another company just to hire my lens they give me the contact details and i took it from there. lenses for hire were so so helpful answering all my worries and questions i could highly recommend them. I hired a Canon EF 300 f2.8 L IS lens from LensesForHire.co.uk and have nothing but praise for them. Despite having a very short turnaround time if they let me hire the lens when I wanted, they allowed the hire if I could guarantee it's prompt return. This did mean that I had to fund an external courier to return the lens, but that was a small price to pay compared to not having the lens in the first place. Communications were excellent throughout, and no security deposit was required. I would definately use them again.

This is my second rental and it's been fault free again, excellent service again and great communication.  
 
Must the best lens rental service out there.

Superb service, and fantastic equipment at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Stewart and his company, and will be using them again for my next hire.

Used this service for the first time - hired a Canon 24-70L / 2.8 for my cousin's Registry Wedding. Lens was collected in person as I work in the vicinity of this company. Biggest worry was what condition might the lens be in having been through many hands potentially. I'm glad to say it was as new and tack sharp! Included filter and lens hood. Very happy - will be using the service again for sure!

We hired a Nikon wide angle lens from Lenses for Hire earlier this month. The delivery, service, and overall experience was superb, and totally hassle free. Great customer service and good communication throughout. I would highly recommend Lenses for Hire, (and have done so to several pro photographers already,)and will certainly use their excellent services again in the future.
