A really great company, I had excellent  
communication with them at all times.  
 
There was some trouble with my payment, yet that was resolved with in the hour of the notification.  
 
The lens arrived exactly on time, included was a HOYA UV filter, which was a bit of a nice surprise. I will defiantly be using this company again, as well as referring it to friends.

Great customer service, I was kept up to date on proceedings from the moment I ordered the hire lens through to the final email to confirm the status of the returned lens. All dealings were highly professional, the equipment arrived on time, well packaged and in excellent condition.....I would recomend this company to anybody looking to hire camera equipment.

As with the last time that I used LensesForHire, their range of equipment is excellent and there service exemplary. Especially notable is their policy of ensuring that the hirer has the use of the equipment for the full hire period, delivering the day before the period starts for return the day after. I've used several places to hire lenses, some good, some truly dreadful. LFH is head and shoulders above them all in terms of simplicity, value, friendliness and efficiency. I'll definitely be using them again and again :)

The scenario: My 24-70L developed a focusing problem the day before a wedding.  
The outcome: LFH had one in my hand the next day (Saturday before 9am)  
The review: Quite simply the most important company any pro photographer needs on their side. To me, the quality of service, the quality of product and the quite frankly UNBELIEVABLE pricing policy takes the cliche "if it's too good to be true, it's not" and throws it out the window. Just thinking about doing a wedding without my most important lens makes me break out in a cold sweat. This company is priceless and I can't wait to use them in the future for personal rentals, I really would like to try Canon's 100mm Macro 2.8L.

Brilliant service as usual from LFH. I hired a lens to go to New York City with and it was well worth it. The customer service from LFH is second to none. I originally reserved the lens last October to use in February. I was so pleased the lens arrived right on schedule too.

It has been a great pleasure dealing with Lenses for Hire. I picked up a card from their stand at the SWPP convention and am glad I did.  
 
From the first contact they have been helpful and informative.  
 
I hired a Nikon 24-70 f2.8 lens primarily for a wedding but I also had the opportunity to use it for two studio sessions and a rock concert in the week I had it. The lens was exceptionally well packaged and in excellent condition. It came with an instruction manual and a UV filter.  
 
I was pleasantly surprised to find that with Lenses for Hire you really do get a full week to use the lens. You can have the lens sent to you or pick it up in person. You can return the lens by post, in person or by dropping it at Mail Boxes etc. in town.  
 
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lenses for Hire and will definitely be using them again.

The service from start to finish was excellent and I was very impressed throughout. This was the first time I have hired a lens and it is definitely something I would do again. The lens came before it was required, giving me time to play and sending it back was fantastically simple. First rate experience.

I don't normally bother leaving feedback for company as they are just doing their job. However in this case I can't compliment LensesForHire too much. I hired a lens to test it out before heading off to Australia later in the year. I was kept informed at every step of the ordering process. The lens arrived earlier than expected, with full instructions for use and return. The lens was perfect, both in quality and for the job in hand and I shall definitely be hiring it again when I travel. They even boast that if you book at least 2 weeks in advance they guarantee availability - even if they have to buy a new lens! All this and low prices as well. What more could you want?
