Light in the Box is a very good online store. I bought my Junior Bridesmaids dresses there and it was customized. When I received the dresses, they fit perfectly! I was so happy and very impressed. Nevertheless, when I brought it to the dry cleaner, they asked me who made it because the seams were really good. So, I asked my Bridesmaids to buy their dresses there too. I give it 5 stars for their work. It was really worth buying there.

Iordered five dresses from light in the box.4 of the dresses were beautiful and fit perfect but one i didnot like.I emailed them and i got 75%of the cost of that dress.Communication was excellent and customer service was very helpful. I ordered my wedding dress from light in the box and was delighted with the whole service - my order was processed and shipped (from China to Scotland) within 10 days! The quality of my dress is second to none and I am amazed that anyone would consider paying over the odds for a designer dress when you can get even better from this site. So pleased with my purchase and would recommend this site to anyone.

I have purchased two items from this store. The first item was a watch which worked fine and was in perfect condition and i was very pleased with overall look and quality of the watch. the second item i purchased was cell phone, the cellphone was in an alright condition it arrived with a few scratches the overall quality of the phone is good and the touch screen is responsive. The only other problem with the phone is the battery life, if i am full on texting the battery life only lasts about 3hours and it is flat :( that's why they probably gave me two battery's. overall u are buying from china and what u pay for is what u get. overall i was pleased from buying from them. but the biggest thing for me was the phone battery is crap, i have never had and a problem with there shipping, there shipping prices are very cheap and fast. Overall there okay:)

Don't take a chance on losing your money. I strongly suspect that any positive reviews are posted by employees of LightInTheBox. After over a month, and one response to my two requests for a reason this simple order was taking so long (they agreed on October 3 & said they would "definitely put a rush on your order"), I still have received nothing.  
I asked for a refund if the suit didn't exist on October 17 and still have no response. They took my VISA money within minutes of sending the order....it seems strange they can't refund in a week. The correspondence is posted below (most recent first - I am M------).

O man, I thought that this site was too good to be true. And indeed I was right. The online catalog of the wedding dresses was amazing and they all looked beautiful. I couldn't wait to choose my dress and when I did...I was disappointed!!! The dress was not the same as it was in the photo or in the description at all!!! And when i contacted them to help me resolve this or at least exchange...they ignored! When I tried typing a review complaining about the dress they didn't even let it show up. I do not recommend this site at all!!! At first it sounds perfect and the service is great but once something goes wrong, they all just go wrong...don't let the prices fool you. Save your money instead of wasting on something you don't want. They don't allow bad reviews.

I have never ordered anything from the internet in my life and took the risk of ordering my wedding dress (crazy I know). I ordered a dress, custom size and in ivory colour on 6th April (along with 2 bridesmaid dresses) and received it perfectly packed. The package was so small and could not believe that 3 dresses were in it. When I opened it I was gob smacked! I could not believe my eyes. The dress is absolutely gorgeous (the picture really does not do it justice)! The dress has little pearls, sequences and beads scattered all over it and the fitting was just perfect! I’m seriously not an insider of Light in the Box, I am a genuine customer who is very happy with her purchase! Thank you Light in the box for providing such a nice product for more then half the price! I would defo recommend the website to others (and actually have done).

i found like in the box to be great.i ordered my wedding made to order and it was exactly what i got and more.i thought the dress was much nicer when i received then the picture,also i thought the on line chat was excellent I was dealing with william and he was great in one of the inquires i had he didnt understand adn i actually got a phone call from his boss in china who sorted out for me.I would highly recommend light in the box.

This was my 2nd order from LightintheBox. An MP4 player and a Tour the France Bike jersey. The MP4 player was cheap and I had few expectations! But despite problems with the English instructions, and a lot of effort on my part in finding the English language menu on the player, this turned out to be a great gadget. Quality is as good as stated and video quality exceptional. Bike jersey was also great value and quality and the fit exactly as described. I have only purchased individual test items at this time, but will definitely buy from them again. A minor customer service issue was handled promptly and professionally. The English language translations on user manuals might prove to be a challenge, but the quality was there for what I purchased.

This is the second time i order sth on lightinthebox and i can say i am really satisfied. I had to wait 15 days to receive what i ordered and i think it's pretty fast. I had a question, sent an email and i was answered really quickly.  
I have already advised my friends to look at lightinthebox.

I ordered 3 cellphones at LitB in 2 separate orders. All of them arrived , but one phone was defective on arrival. The other 2 were okay, although one of them had a pair of earphones that didn't work correctly. I complained about the phone, and they asked me to send it back, which I did of course. After that I mailed them the tracking number of the package I returned. 2 months later I still don't know what is going on. I don't know if they gat the package and I don't know whether they are going to replace the phone.  
Last week I started to harass them by sending them a few mails every day, and then they woke up and reacted. Some guy named Denny is going to look what has happened and promised to solve the problem. More to come...  
Two days later, Denny woke up. He mailed me and told me he was going to replace the phone, and asked if I wanted teh same model or a different one. More to come...

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from Light in the Box and they were absolutely lovely in chocolate brown. The dresses fit without too many alterations. Make sure you use their measurement instructions and the dresses would be almost perfect. I would definitely order from tham again and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The dresses came about 2 weeks after they were ordered so the timing was right. Great job!!!!

Normally happy with this site and there prices. I tend to order cosplay, and while it is not always accurate to the anime it is very close and well-priced for the product. Am a bit upset about HOW LONG everything is taking, and STILL haven't recieved most recent order despite writing to inquire. Customer service is hard to find on this site, but the product would be so much more expensive otherwise...

I've ordered a Cell phone from Lightinthebox.  
 
I did so the 12th of oct.  
The money has been withdrawn from my account and I must be honest I dont believe to ever recieve anything for the money I've paid.  
 
I thought the page and everything looked so professional. But I've read a lot of reviews now and it seems that everyone who has ordered by the beginning of October 2009 isn't getting what they ordered.  
 
Of course they can just be slow and I'd get the phone, however I seriously doubt it... Everybody seems like being cheated.  
 
Don't believe a lot of the reviews, I suspect it is Lightinthebox themselves who write these so called reviews.  
 
Because honestly, their service really isn't any good at all, believe me. They dont respond your e-mails, and their live chat-help thing is just a machine that responds you some prewritten text.  
 
I know the prices seem so very cheap and everything, but I couldn't really recommend this company. It seems like fraud to me.  
 
I'm properly gonna loose all my money, you shouldn't make the same mistake.  
 
Btw, I'm from Denmark, I know the shipping will take a while, but no response? In anyway? I've tried contacting them, nothing works, they ignore you.
