Ordered an internal USB CF card reader on Monday.  
Arrived Tuesday (next day) via UPS Ground even  
though expected shipping was 3-4 days.  

Ordered a Seasonic Super Silencer 400 from Computers4Sure. Free shipping promotion made it a pretty good deal. Shipped fast; no problems.

I am very dissatisfied with computers4sure. This was my third tim ordering from them and it is definatley the last. Of the three times two of the orders ended with an unsatisfactory result. This most recent one was for 2 APC 1250VA line conditioners and was cancelled without my knowledge. They didn't even e-mail me to tell me that it was cancelled. This is after I even called to confirm that it was in stock before I ordered it. This has cost my company valuable time and money. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them

Purchased an Open Box Radeon 9800 Pro video card. Item shipped and arrived in two days. Opened it, and clearly saw that someone had traded a 9800 Pro video card for a Radeon 7000. Obtained an RMA, returned the item through UPS, received by them at 10:00 am, full credit issued at 11:00 am same day. Although never received what I ordered, the company stands by its offerings and I will have future business with them for this.

I had a VERY bad experience with them. They didnt have the item in stock, then they shipped it anyway after the order was cancled by me. The cancel was acepted by them but they shipped and charged me anyway. Attempts to contact them went poorly, I got rude treatment over the phone. Finally they agreed to allow the merch to be returned but would credit us after they recieved it back, even though it was their fault (and they admitted their culpability) in shipping it after recieving a cancel. Do not order from them.

I placed an order online, not realizing that the item was a special order, i.e. not in stock. I did have trouble loggin in to cancel the order, probably because of the plus in my email address. I called the 800 number to cancel, got a real human being with only 2 keypresses and no waiting on hold. The person on the other line confirmed that the item was not in stock and canceled the order without any hassle.

Ordered new Cannon printer 2 weeks before Cannon advertised release date. The printer was received a couple days before this date in excellent condition. Received emails confirming purchase, instructions on making changes and/or cancelling. Received printer in perfect condition. Prices not the best, but usually in stock and great service.

Best price around after rebate on Netgear wireless "G" router and notebook card. Paid for UPS ground, but equipment at my doorstep the next afternoon. Well packaged. Got conformatory emails for order and shipping. Not much more I could ask of a vendor.

Placed telephone order for 3COM OFFICE CONNECT GIGABIT hub on 07/23/02. We were told the hub was in stock and agreed to pay 2nd day shipping charges to assure receipt by 07/25/03. Received E-Mail 05:30 AM EST 07/24/03 stating hub was not in stock and had been back ordered. E-Mail stated order would be cancelled, if we wished, by replying to E-Mail with subject cancel order. Sent cancellation E-mail Reply 05:34 AM EST and received automated reply. Called Computers4Sure customer service 4:00 PM EST to confirm order cancellation. Chris stated order was being processed and could not be cancelled. Stated we would not receive hub by 07/25/03. Told Chris that we would not have ordered if we had not been assured the hub was in stock and we would receive by 07/25/03. Very dishonest and impolite customer disservice. Strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this company.

Computers4sure got my merchandise to me fast. I ordered a five port switch. Not only was it cheap, but I got it in 3 days. The switch works great. I researched Computers4sure here before I bought. They did good by me.  
 

Great prices and products. My tansaction went through without a hitch and my products arrived on time.

Since I'm on the west coast, this package took the entire 5 days to reach me. But hey, they offered free ground shipping so I'm a happy camper.

have purchased from this company on a number of occasions. They have the largest selection of items then any other computer reseller.. I use them for getting whatever i couldn't find at other resellers.. The have an easy to use site, very intuitive. Orders are processed quickly, and shipping is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hard to find item. They have decent prices also... They also have very nice customer service people, that seem to genuinly care.

I ordered a netgear wireless router and laptop wireless adapter in seperate orders. UPS tracking indicated that the router was on my porch, but when I got home it was nowhere to be found. I called the help line and they told me it could take up to 10 days for the "trace request" to be processed by UPS.  
I was bummed until I saw that Computers4SURE had put in another order for me with a second day delivery!! Very cool. A neighbor came by right after that with the package (left at the wrong house), so I called and canceled the order, but I was impressed with their customer service and quick response. I will order from them again.
