As Many Others Have Learned By This Company is that they Don't Stand by There Pricing Purchased 2 Laptops on Sunday Morning Thru Amazon.com and purchase was refused do to the list pricing was incorrect STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Purchased the ShureE2C headphones. Very nice price and the shipping was included. I used standard shipping and the product was at my door in two days. Very fast service!

In summary: This company claimed to have an item in stock when they did not, and their customer service rep's lied to me over the phone twice. Now they have stopped responding to my emails, and have not cancelled my order despite me requesting it.  
 
In length: I have been looking for a Logitech G15 Keyboard for over a month now, and everywhere I go, it is either overpriced or out of stock. This company's website sai it was in stock (for cheap) with free shipping. Since I have burned before, I called their customer support line to confirm that the item was in stock and for the price advertised (which the rep I spoke to said it was).  
I placed my order and recieved a confirmation email almost immediately that said orders placed before 4pm eastern (mine was placed at 10am) ship the same day. The next morning the item had not shipped, and the item's page said it was now out of stock, but the order status page said my order was still 'processing', not cancelled or backordered. After again calling the support line, I was told the item may be shipping from a different vendor and I should recieve a email confirmation later that day. 2 (business) days later, nothing had changed, except the length of my fuse. I sent them an email demanding an explanation, or I would cancel my order the next day. I received no response, and emailed them telling them to cancel my order. Another day has gone by since then, and neither my order shows being cancelled, nor have I received any response to my emails. This company is a fraud.

They are not a reliable company. They can cancel your order any time without bothering telling you about it. I will never shop there again.

Like everyone else here, I have also been ripped off by this company. I, too, purchased this laptop for college and had the order cancelled because according to this company, the price was a mistake. Well, too bad! That's not the consumer's fault, however, this company seems to think that it can get away with anything. We even told them that if they did not resolve this, we would take action. And the supervisor responded by saying "do you what you gotta do". So now we will, and this rotten company will be hearing from the BBB and many others! Please, listen to me when I say to you, DON'T GO HERE!  
 
Also, for those of you who were ripped off, I urge you to go to the BBB and Attorney General's office. Trust me, if you go to them, this company will learn their lesson.

This company is a real crook. They do post and advertise fake products with a real low price on their web site for 2-3 days. During this time they collect private personal info together with financial info from hundreds may be thousands of customers. Then, they sell these info to ID thiefs. Watch out these companies which are associated with Office Depot. Also, Office Depot is very well known by not honoring rebates via lies. Be careful about this computer4sure and Office Depot and associated companies. They are failing in business and trying to find out a bad way to earn money.  
Watch out.

I ordered laptops for advertised price of 449.99. After being processed, the order is canceled without telling me any words. There is no emails or comments at all and I have put all the effort to research for the items and even worse I have given also my valuable credit card information. It is a cheap way to steal one's credit card information.  
I am wondering what they are going to do with my account and credit card information.  

computer4sure is a big FRAUD. They are not honouring the orders/purchases and just collecting the personal information of people. One must take the mask off their face and expose their true picture.

Had a good price for a laptop online. Five days later it cancelled because it was a typo/error. My email reply to their cancellation email. I won't be going back.

I find it unbelievable that a company that sells computers could have made this error and not inform customers for 5 days.  
 
Please be aware that because of the speed and vastness of the internet, companies that exhibit this behavior are exposed and punished quickly by reviews on resellerratings for example. Buying online is difficult enough without these supposed pricing errors, which if this were your retail outlet-Office Depot- you would be legally required to sell me at this price. This laptop can be bought at other outlets for the same or near price with rebates, that was the draw of your offer- no rebates involved.  

They had a special for new years. A cheap celeron M laptop that usually costs around $600 and which they were selling for $449. I ordered it and received my order confirmation. They later claimed that it was a typographical error and refused to fill the order.  
 
Waste of my time. Do not buy from them.

This seller cannot be trusted. It launched attractive promotion programs to draw traffic to its website and then cancels those promotions, even after sending confirmation email to buyers.

After ordering, there is no any response from this SOB company, then suddently cancelled all orders without any expalnation and notice. It is the worst internet seller I have ever encounter. Please save your time and trouble to stay away from these bastards!!

I ordered an item that was listed as "In Stock". After 3 days passed, no confirmation or any acknowledge e-mail.  
 
Then, my order was cancelled without any notice or e-mail. Nothing happened since I placed an order. If you want to know your order status, you need to check by yourself at store website.  
 
After I 've known that my order cancelled. I checked this store website. The item that I ordered is STILL listed as "In Stock" !!!!!!  

When I received the package and opened the cardboard box, I found the stereo box inside smashed. It looked like the box had been run over. I could see inside and it looked ok so I opened it and the item was fine. This item was a gift for someone and how could I give it to them in a smashed box? The outter cardboard box was fine so this was shipped that way, it wasn't a problem during shipping. When I contacted them, no response. All they did was refund the difference between overnight and second day because UPS lost the package for a day. They ignored my complaint about the package. I wouldn't buy from them again.
