Bought a HP Monitor 22" for $294.95, received it in 5 days in excellent condition. Same Monitor on HP's website is $400.00, and HP charges tax.  
I had free shipping and no tax. Did everything online with out any trouble at all. Would buy from this vendor any time.

I ordered a Thinkpad X60s notebook. Within ten minutes of placing the online order my phone rang. A nice gentleman speaking broken english asked me to confirm the order. I guess they did this because, at $1860, the item is rather expensive.  
 
I received two follow-up emails confirming the order and then its shipping tracking number. The notebook arrived as scheduled and I'm very satisfied with it.  
 
I downloaded my rebate application from the store website and received my $200 rebate from Lenova as promised.  
 
I had previously purchased a LCD monitor and many other many smaller items from this store without issues and shipping has always been prompt.  
 
I'm appalled at the poor ratings they have received.

This was my first purchase from this company and I was quite impressed. I ordered a Toshiba Gigabeat S portable media center. I knew Toshiba hadn't released it yet, but Computers4Sure had the best price and free shipping. About once a week, I received an email reminding me that the Gigabeat was backordered. I called them on 6/15 to ask if they knew when it would ship. The sales support rep took my information and said he would send me an email as soon as he had word (he didn't want to keep me on the phone - even though it was toll-free). Within a few hours, I had an email with an expected ship date. The item shipped 4 days earlier than expected and arrived in one day via UPS ground. The charge hit my credit card the day the Gigabeat arrived. It was well packaged and is up and running flawlessly. Kudos to Computers4Sure for pricing, shipping value, keeping me informed, customer service and quick shipping.

Purchased the ShureE2C headphones. Very nice price and the shipping was included. I used standard shipping and the product was at my door in two days. Very fast service!

Placed my order for a Panasonic FZ30 digital camera on 9/7 (Wednesday). At the time it was on backorder and was told it would probably not be available for shipment before the middle of the following week at the earliest. However a check of my order on their website on 9/9 (Friday) showed the order was in process and due to ship out that day. Sure enough I had my order the following Tuesday. I was very pleased with the turnaround, and the price (the lowest price I could find at the time). I also had a pleasant experience speaking with their customer service rep (I believe his name was Tony). He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. My only complaints would be that the packaging could have been a little better (although I received damage free) and that their prices tend to jump around when checking several times during the same day. Otherwise I would definitely order from them again.

I placed an order for a palm pilot in the morning, chose standard shipping, and it sent out the same day. Good price. Didn't have to return it, so I cannot comment on their returns process.

I ordered an iRiver H320. I chose this reseller dispite the other poor ratings and I have no regrets. I got my mp3 player for $40 less than any other site I've seen. I didn't have to pay shipping and it arrived the very next day in perfect condition!  
 
Also, I made a mistake when I was first ordering my mp3 player and called customer service. They were very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a Lite-On 5005 DVD Player/Recorder on Sunday night 25 July and it arrived at 1715 on Tuesday night, certainly faster than I expected since it was "free shipping." Price was the best bottom line I could find on the web and it arrived undamaged and is working fine so far (playing disks, have not recoreded as yet). Overall one of the better on-line purchasing experiences I have experienced to date.

Great service, no problem ordering on line. E-mail sent to notify me of ship date and items arrived promptly. Highly recommend for military personnel with APO?FPO address. Prices a little higher than some but, you can't beat the security and excellent service. A solid online retailer

I was surprised that this site was rated lower than A Matter of Fax. Maybe I was lucky. I ordered an ATX power supply and was surprised to have it at my door just a bunch of days later. The retail box was in excellent condition. Additionally, they had a better price than most (even newegg) for the product I bought ($69.99 for TRUE380 12/31/02), and shipping was free!

I had an excellent experience: delivery in two days, and the camcorder looks fine.

I ordered my new PC on Tuesday and recieved my first confirmation within 1 hour and had the computer delivered the next day with a 3-5 day ground shipping instructions. I was a little skeptical to purchase here with the so-so rating, but these guys came through! I'll be back....

After searching the internet for some logitech z-5300 speakers, i found them at this website for a good price, and got free shipping on top of it. I placed my order right then and there (about 12:30 am). The order was shipped the next day and i got it as expected, only 3 days later. I love the speakers and am using them right now. computers4sure did me right with this one.

I had such bad experiences with other NY-based camera stores this morning. Every company wanted me to buy $300 filter set or $250 extended warranties. If not, 4 weeks to ship product but charge credit card now. My search for the Sony DSC-F828 finally ended here. Computers4sure, an OFFICE DEPOT company, actually tells you how many they had in stock. I ordered around 2pm and at 4pm, they provided UPS tracking. I will be receiving this camera by end of the week! Superb! Also found $20 off coupon which beat the price of the unethical NY-based discount camera companies.

Yes I know it sounds stupid but they are too fast! I called the night of 12/22 and said I didn't want to receive anything until the week of 12/29 because I'd be away and the guy said if you order now it should be good. He inferred with the holiday rush my order would be delayed anyway.  
 
So on the night of 12/22 at 10pm I ordered. 12/23 I got notification that 2 packages would be delivered on 12/24 and 1 on 12/26 and one across the country a week later. Darn that's fast! Also it pays to bundle. My 2 heavy items were supposed to cost $25 and $14 to ship. The other 2 things are light enough for free shipping. Well I only got charged $35 to ship all of them, and 2 are UPS and 2 are FEDex. All are from different warehouses also! How can they make money like this?  
 
Actually, I know how. Their prices were a bit higher than other sites. I priced out everything I ordered and probably paid 5-8% more than other places. However I knew they were dependable because I ordered 2 monitors from them before and to me, that's worth piece of mind.  
 
Also they have a great return policy so that was a huge plus also! No restocking fees. Try that at the cheap places. NO go.
